They serve as a mailbox and local post office. No international postal services. When I visited I had a superb service and advice (to visit central post office) from the two friendly ladies who work there.
Not sure your Post Will arrive to the addresser! Many many Times It didn't arive. So i Will Not send anything anymore!!!
