It is a convenient go to place to buy Indian Grocery and some speciality items. You can find everything from Desi Ghee to Pickles and papadums, Basmati rice, Lentils - Dal, flour, herbs and spices. The owners are helpful and will help you find what you are looking for. There's also a restaurant right next door - serving Indian food.

I was excited to learn Vegan options in North Brisbane. But this one is a disappointment. Bland food, comes delayed, poor service, arrogant staff and more than anything, the owner needs to have his head in the right place. I would recommend Mirch Masalla or Dosa Diner at Morning Side to be money well spent.

Very Rude, uncourteous staff and so called chefs sweating and cooking and wiping hands with dirty clothes. Too much garam masala and too expensive and oily. The owner is always boasting about quality and how fresh is the food. Try mirch masala at wolloongabba. Its a much better bet.

I ordered malai kofta and batter paneer and basically got the same dish with a slight difference. The side of rice is way overpriced for the size and the nan bread obviously shop bought. All in all I weren't impressed by the restaurant but the spice shop next door is awesome

It is a very good store for buying all range of Indian groceries at affordable prices. The quality of products particulaly that of rice, flour, spices, and other eatables are very genuine. We have been visiting this particular store for a

Our favourite Indian restaurant. We've brought many friends to Spice Valley over the years and have never been disappointed, even the meat eaters love the vegetarian menu. My only complaint is that when the restaurant is full, it can be a

Visited Spice Valley last night to catch up with a friend. Quite basic setting indoors. Found it was quite busy for a Thursday night but still plenty of tables available. Service was polite and pretty standard. Food was delicious and well

Excellent Indian groceries shop. Every items are available. The team is run by two brothers who are very humble and finds things for us immediately, whenever we are a bit lost. Recent renovations have made the shop look much spacious and

Looking for a local Vegan and Gluten Free friendly Indian resturaunt, and the only options on the menu were sure to be the best dishes ! We have tried a lot of indians before and this would have to be one of the most authetic in Bris.. I

Do not try Naan bread here. They should not advertise it as Naan bread. It is misleading. They make Naan bread on flat pan insteaf of authentic tandoor. The naan bread we were served was half uncooked and caused food poisioning. We also

Great place to buy traditional Indian groceries. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with and despite their client base being almost completely Indian - I have always had great experiences. The food from the restaurant is authentic

Probably the best Indian vegetarian restaurant in North Brisbane, It is next to the Spice Valley grocery store (same friendly owners) who have everything you need for your Indian cooking, including laddu, spices, chapatis and the like.

This store does not operate a restaurant. Therefore the pictures of dosas etc are wrong. The current store is an Indian style grocery store which also stock many Asian foods, eg noodle and many sauces. Other comments are correct…check

Ok as a foodie, I must review this eatery (2nd time since its opened).Visited on a Saturday night. Stale potatoes smell in Samosa, too bland and Samosa pastry was thick and I think they ran out of Garam Masala hence the bland taste.

Recently undergone renovation, the store is so good now. Things are laid out pretty neatly and the variety is amazing. Pricing is very competitive. I guess its the best Indian grocery store in North Brisbane. Keep up the good work.

It is the only shop in Australia I noticed with exceptional cleaning & good customer service. We liked the Indian food from the restaurant within shop. You can buy grocery and eat out at the same place.

  • Dhirendra Singh

Quality of Indian foods served here is very good and prices are also very reasonable. I loved the Parathas made by them. The ambiance is not that good, they need to work out on improving it.

  • Keng Murray

Have been coming here for years. My favourite vegetarian restaurant in this side of the galaxy. This place makes me want to eat my way around India. Well done Spice Valley team!

  • Kathy Devos

Authentic and very yummy vegetarian Indian food. Always enjoy a Dosa or other and it never misses a beat . Basic table.and seating but look beyond that...it's worth it!

  • Valeria Void

Very awful customer service. Few spices were out dated last month, still on the shelf. Rude and arrogant staff. I am new in brissy and wanted to check this place out.

  • Talha Baseer

Strictly vegetarian restaurant. Nice mix of Indian food, can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. The Mysore Masala Dosa is consistently good. The lassis are not bad.

  • Saurav Kataria

Great tasting and authentic Indian food (includes street food as well). The service is sometimes slow and average but the quality of food and taste is great.

  • Guy Carpenter

This place is a hidden treasure. Great range of vegetarian and vegan options. Courteous staff, reasonable prices, and most importantly the food is delicious.

  • Mazeta coelho

Best street food style dishes in Brisbane! Tastes almost as good as the street food stalls in Mumbai. Go here for a mkre authentic Indian food experience

  • Heramb Kramawant

Taste has been severely reduced after new menu change. Prices have significantly gone up, serving sizes slightly reduced. Unhappy will not be returning.

  • DINESH WADHWA

Good variety and quality of all groceries available. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

  • Jas Stancombe

Pleasantly surprised, considering their other photos - great food and awesome vegan options.
