If you throw a stone in the air it's quite likely to end up hitting a Nandos fan, I am also amongst the many that like Nandos chicken, my experience at this particular branch was great in terms of food but the staff were not friendly at all, seeing how beautiful this brach is there are many who dine in and click a few pictures just as everyone does in any other restaurant. Here, we were asked not to take pictures by the staff, when I asked for the reason behind this, they failed to explain and simply asked not to take pictures. I looked for a sign on the walls which says so and there wasn't any at the entire place, I believe taking pictures is a very common thing that many people do, in my case i was seeing a friend after 2 years at this place for brunch. Irony is when i write this review i see many reviewers that posted the inside out of pics this place along with dropping a review. This is definitely the absolute worst meal I've ever had but it's been like this from Nando's for a long time ...I have been served BOILED CHICKEN for months... tastes like saw dust.. ive now tried different outllets and it makes know differents..all just as dry ...and completly horrible ... they don't UNDERSTAND what the word grill actually means ...told the person I ordered from I do not want BOILED CHICKEN ..and guess what ? I got the new flavour from Nando,,'s again ..but you will never see me again ...as I don't enjoy BOILED saw dust ..I let the person a ordered know from the beginning what I wanted... i want a grilled chicken succulent and tasty ..but got the exact opposite ...offered him some boiled saw dust but he wasn't hungry or interested... so I asked to see a Manager but again got nothing...Who ever is running Nando 's try and remember how the food was presented and tasted from the beginning...because something has got drastically wrong..

Absolutely useless service. I placed an order for kerbside collection via the Nandos app at 18:50 with an ETA of 19:10. We arrived at the kerbside collection at about 19:05 and indicated that we had arrived on the app. We waited and waited with no indication that our order was on its way. At 19:35 we decided to go in to see what was happening (defeating the purpose of kerbside delivery), as we had already waited more than 25 minutes past the ETA. When we got inside, all we saw were surprised faces. Our order was not ready nor was it progressing; it had been completely forgotten about. Our order was wrongly scrapped together from there on, fixed only after being corrected. We walked out 30 minutes later without even a "sorry" as a consolation for the poor service received. I am not impressed by this negative experience, which is likely to be my last at this Nandos branch.

Great food , really enjoyed the way our food was made, well cooked, fresh and tasty and the chips are fried on fresh oil and staff and management are super friendly . Even the security guard at the door is so helpful and friendly and most importantly there is also plug points and charging ports at the table that enables one to work from the restaurant on your laptop, or charge phone etc while you eat or wait out load shedding. They have a bottomless ice cream option as well so good for kids and i do love their dessert options .

Service was absolutely excellent! I couldn't make a booking online as my order exceeded the online order amount. So I called the store to place my order of 20 full meals - wrap with extras, chips and a drink. Upon arrival, my food was ready as requested and I needed two more changes that were executed swiftly. The staff was friendly and all hands on deck. My client took a while to arrive, so the staff to put the food back in the warmer. Everyone was gracious and offered to help me carry everything around. I'm crazy about good service, and Nandos showed again, why I'm in simply in love with them!

I love it myself, however on two occasions I recommended them and bought for my colleagues, their food, the meat was burnt the first time, second time was dry. Embarrassing. After speaking so well about their chicken, it was the very thing that dissapointed.

This is the best Nandos in JHB, it's such a beautiful sit in place, so clean, and good vibes. Just one reason why it's not a five, is the reason that the waiter, or runner brought wrong drinks and did not come back to the table for the entire time we were there. We even wanted to order more chips but due to the lack of service as a sit down customer, we just left. But it's a nice place just their customer service could be a little better. Also it's the biggest drive through iv seen with the coolest design. So just wake the guys up a little. Other than that the food was good

New to the area and thought had found my new lunch spot. Ordered a pulled chicken wrap and a passion fruit drink. The wrap was ice cold from the middle down and the other half Luke warm. The chips were overcooked and super crispy and tasted like old oil. The drink I ordered was super sweet (but this could just be the normal taste of the drink and not to my liking). What a waste of my money and still hungry at the end of my lunch as I didn't finish the chips or wrap. In the bin they go.

We met following two years and needed to invest some great energy ,time here, but it was not. Folks recollect even you get ready extremely delectable food nobody will come nandos on the off chance that your staff's way of behaving isn't great. we are paying for food however atleast we can anticipate that ordinary morals from your staff should serve clients..

One of the best Nando's I've been to. Love the aesthetic and food is always fresh and spicy! This particular restaurant makes amazing frosted drinks and an ice-cream machine that works, for some yummy milkshakes! I wasn't pleased on this particular day as they stuffed up my order and basically told me there is nothing they can do - do better next time and please listen carefully when taking the order. I'll be back though :)

Nandos Bryanston DT is so inconsistent and serves the worst food for delivery specially. They never get the order right. Chicken is either burnt or boiled Chicken they never give extra sauce even when you ask. Their rolls for delivery are always not fresh. Even after I call to repeat and specify the order, still wrong! This Nandos needs to take both sit in and delivery orders seriously! This is not on!

Worst Nandoes in Joburg, go somewhere else!!! Once got black burned chicken! Often have to wait over an hour for MrD orders, even dealt with rude people at the till. Often get there and they're closed. Currently Google maps shows their kitchen is closed from now, Wednesday, until Sunday 9PM. Beyond the inconvenience, this is a serious safety concern. When asked what the issue was, the excuse is loadshedding- which has sadly been a reality for over a decade. Excellent service from the staff at Nandos Bryanston. Apart from the food being prepared so well, they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to serve their clients. My cellphone fell out of my handbag while in the store and unknowingly, I left. One of the employees actually stopped my car before driving out of the complex and handed me my phone. Stellar care by these friendly patrons! 10/10 will definitely recommend paying them a visit!

The space is beautiful and staff very friendly, the drive through is very convenient and efficient. The chicken is awful though, I don't know if you use GMO chicken but it just doesn't taste like chicken should. I tasted it for the first time and thought no maybe it was just something wrong with my order then tried it again this past Friday, it's Sunday today and we were unable to finish a half-chicken order and ended up throwing it away.

The food is always good and the white guys who work there are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and offer great service but there’s always issues like waiting time for chicken or not being able to order chicken after a certain time. Something needs to be done about timing and operations. You guys know around dinner time the restaurant will be busy so this is just bad planning.

Different Nandos setup in a very good way. It features a unique tunnel drive through with african art to admire. Inside is very spacious and clean with some additional african art decor to admire. Outside the shape of this particular Nandos remind me of the design of the fnb soccer city stadium at night. . the Very friendly and courteous security / door man is doing a Great job and superb ambassador.

The renovations look great, well done! There is now bottomless drinks and soft serve ice cream, I'm certain many families will be delighted by this. The staff is professional and helpful especially the pleasant guy that opens the door and checks our temperature . His pleasant attitude makes the Nandos experience so much better. I usually sit down for my meals and i get the best service!

First The Drive Through was out of order so I went inside. I was going to have a simple chicken burger and a strawberry milkshake. They were our Of stock of the milk shake and the service was terrible. Then we have to watch the employees eat at a customers table. They was no staff working during lunch hour. There was only one griller and one cashier. Not what i thought it would be

I think the owner has issues with extras that customers ask for. Every single time I ask for extra sauce I never get it. The one time I was refused when I checked at the window, lady at the drive through mentioned something about limited sauce on the chicken. I never have any of these issues at other branches. The chicken is absolutely delicious!! and my family know I'm not a chicken eater so that says alot. I just wouldn't suggest ordering any extras ordered extra haloumi on my salad and extra avo. Two anorexic slices of haloumi and 4 anorexic slices of avo (R40) . Anyway in closing they know how to make chicken but are stingy on the extras, paper thin.

As far as Nando's stores go, this one is rather pleasant. It gets very busy during lunch time so keep that in mind. Still I have not found myself waiting very long for food. Service is friendly and the quality of food seems to be even a little better than some of the other branches I have been to.

This Nandos brought back the good old days of Nandos. They were efficient, got the order right. The food was lovely, fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. The chips were crispy as requested, the veg burger wasn't oily. Thank Nandos Bryanston keep up the excellent service and great quality food.

Pretty fast drive thru. I'm from Durban and I hardly ask for extra sauce, if you are like me, ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE. Otherwise, great Nandos, great area with good parking.

Great new Nandos in Bryanston. Fresh look and great food. I would recommend not doing the drive thru during peak hours as this could take some time.

Order took too long for a drive thru. The chicken was dry and so less sauce. Did not enjoy my meal. And we ordered a family meal. Very dissatisfied

The DT is becoming worse and worse, dry chicken, no extra sauce. They never get my sides correct either. Time to find a new outlet.

Asked for extra sauce and as usual they didn't add it. Seems to be their MO. Starting to dislike coming to this nandos

They are so slow. I waited an hour in the drive through. Very slow and not the first time.

Staff are very accommodating , they will tell you the kitchen is closed 10-15 minutes before closing time.

Nice place for a lunch, although it can be a struggle to find parking
