Haven't been to Nandos Columbine for quite a while now and now I know why.... ordered the chicken with extra sauce it had minimal sauce to say the least and was dry and rubbery ... the pita too was literally half filled with about 3 pieces of chicken that I could see and pretty tasteless... the 1st half of the pita I ate was just doughy emptiness and was really awful ... when we complained nothing was done but were just told that's how it's made... and realistically the staff couldn't care less... definitely won't be returning any time soon, if ever... would rather drive all the way to Nandos Cresta where food is always good and pita is of a totally different standard to Columbine where we were merely shrugged off and told this is how it's meant to be....utter awfulness if you ask me!!!

Firstly, I marked clearly on my order that I could not have dairy on my burger and asked for no mayo, my burger arrived absolutely dripping with mayo. Secondly, they did not pack the cool drink that I paid for as part of my meal, I then called back an was told it would be delivered soon. An hour later, I called back again to ask when I should be expecting my delivery and they said it was on the way. Now 2 hours later, I still have not received my cool drink. Needless to say, I will no longer be bringing my business to this nandos branch.

I ordered a very overpriced meal last night from the columbine branch and it was honestly the worst, the rice was old and hard, the chicken was Dry to the point where i had to make my own sauce just to make it edible. Usually i would just let it go but if i am paying R500 for a meal i would like to feel like im getting my moneys worth. The chicken was precooked and stored in a freezer, the quality was honestly worst than a street vendor in jhb CBD. This is honestly a disappointment i couldn't even eat anything

I bought full chickens at Columbine Nandos Friday 22nd October early evening . I was so disappointed with the poor quality of how chicken was prepared. It was burnt to the extent that it was bitter and also dry with no sauce at all. What a waste of money. Worse is I stay in Constantia kloof far from the shopping centre and thus could not return. My family could not have dinner and I had to look elsewhere at night for dinner. Shameful!!

I called into Nados and the agent Puleng Maseko whom claimed to be the manager on floor tod me that they don't have access to the calls that were made 4mims ago and I wasn't speaking to a Angent trying to make a order and my call was disconnected in the process of calling back this Puleng Maseko told me that they don't have the Anegt on floor and that I qcn not place the order

The worst chicken I've ever received from a NANDO's possibly the worst in the southern hemisphere as well, the chicken was dry, nandos chicken should always and has always been tender juicy tasty, what I experienced, was dry poorly seasoned chicken, requested a special order with extra sauce, there was hardly sauce in the bag to cover the chicken. DON'T GO THERE I WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING YOU AGAIN, WOOLIES CHICKEN IT IS

Been to Nando's probably twice in my life! haha Loving it so far. Only been to this branch, and the service was great, except that one of the ladies who assisted me with placing my take away order at the counter - did not fully understand what I wanted. she kept miss-understanding. haha maybe it was the noise in the place. it is small inside, but the food was lovely / perfect !!

I was truly happy with the service received from placing the order very diligently assisting me I am also truly happy with the delivery guy allotted to me so friendly and trustworthy truly appreciated the service received especially might get the name wrong but it starts with an semilani...delivery and order 1772 truly appreciated thank you guys

Utterly disappointed with the service as a regular customer. Got my delivery an hour and a half later, driver arrived with no speed point and 4 items missing. Goes back and eventually comes back an hour later again with no straws for the milkshakes not to mention the potato wedges that were missing . Was just a lot. ZERO STARS

Not happy at all. My husband went to collect an order. I gave him my card, he forget the pin. Asked the staff if he could please use the phone to call me, for the pin. What a story. What a problem. Manager is arrogant, full of nonsense. Got no management skills. Doesn't know how to talk to customers

No extra sauce like the previous order, added to that, the chicken was dry and really didnt look appetising, almost like it was standing for hours and just put on the grill minutes before...NOT happy at all, especially for the price we pay. Nandos in NOT cheap. Treat me like a paying customer!

Ordered for Delivery waiting for my order for 2 hours now. Tried to call 3 times to cancel or ask how far is the delivery nobody answered. Pathetic service from columbine Square. They said the order would take 1 hour if I knew it would be longer I wouldn't order from them.

Pathetic service! Ordered at 18h00 for delivery, at 19h30 I had to go to the store because they don't answer the phone. They then could not contact the driver to locate my order. They eventually had to make me a new order. I would stop offering delivery if I was them.

Pathetic ordered a delivery was short delivered called the manager unhelpful send his driver with remaining item .Driver laughed at me and insisted on me returning something for missing item . WOW .After 7 years at same branch NEVER NANDOS AGAIN

Not a fan of Nandos anymore. Went there today 2022-08-27, the quality is bad. Chips under done, Prego but was dry, in my opinion at least a day old. Asked for a wrap got a burger. Compare to the Glen, it certainly does not!

Placed an order 1 hour before my lunch break. During lunch I still haven't received my food. I called them they said it's on the way, I received my food 5minutes before end of my break. VERY BAD …

Store was extremely busy... Although it was good to see the manager/owner helping his staff and going to customers to apologise... Almost didn't mind waiting 40mins for food watching him work... Keep up the effort.

Nandos Columbine Square is one of my preferred Nandos outlets. Service is efficient and staff are friendly. And being a Halal store is a bonus for me. The ice cold Berry Bloom is great for hot Summer days.

Sometimes the food is good other times it is horrid. The standards keep changing here and there is no consistency. The food is never met to the order, often wrong flavours or too little of something.

I have been always a good paying customer to Nandos but as from today I had the worst treatment ever in my life nandos Columbine bad service driver his name is Ishmael very rude driver so pathetic.

It's so convenient how everytime I order something is not delivered. And with promises of the missing item will be delivered and never is the case. This is the reason I prefer to order from Camoro.

I placed my order at 13:40 and received my order at 15:10 approximately 1 and half hour late. And to top it off there was a mistake on my order. Utterly disappointed. Terrible service!!!

Best Nando's ever!!! Hands Down. Been eating here for ages and never found anything wrong with my order. Highly recommend this for anybody who loves Nando's. SUPER ADDICTIVE!!!!

Terrible service. Answered my phone call only to put the phone down and keep me waiting. They never picked up the phone again! To top it off, I received my food 1.5 hours later.

Good quick service, but i wish they could put the chicken in a container instead of a packet when one orders take aways. By the time you get home everything is really soggy!

Best Halaal Nandos around. 10 visits and 10 times excellent service. Definitely feel like chickens shrunk a little. However, overall a 5/5 experience and quality.

Didn't visit Nandos on this trip, just meeting someone. Very popular centre though, and a good place to meet, just off Columbine.

The food is always prepared nicely. Gets full on a weekend so the wait takes a little longer for take away but well worth it.

Not crazy about the veggie patties. Spicy veg and rice has different veggies to other Nandos restaurants.
