To say that I am appalled at the Nando’s in Eagles Landing would be putting it mildly. Yesterday, February 10, I ordered on Uber Eats at 19h00. This would give them more than enough time to prepare and deliver my order if they close at 21h00 (Curfew has been extended, so I know that they close at 21h00). At 20h20, I receive a notification that my order wouldn’t be delivered but my money would be reversed. Bear in mind that my area was experiencing LoadShedding and some restaurants were about to close. I also sympathise with the Uber Eats delivery man who had to wait an hour by the restaurant to pick up my order when he could have picked up other orders instead of wasting his time on an order that Nando’s canceled after an hour and twenty minutes. This is unacceptable and Nando’s should have notified me at least 30 minutes after I ordered that they wouldn’t deliver my order so I could make another plan on time. I would like to emphasize that this put us in a tricky position because by the time they notified us that the order wouldn’t be delivered, most restaurants were preparing to close. I am extremely disappointed with Nando’s Eagles Landing.

this is the worst nandos in the entire world!! out of all the nandos i’ve been to this is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful i am in camp in south africa and i’m not allowed to leave so i ordered delivery. they gave me a specific time for my food to get here so they gave the time and i got there at the time they gave me but they weren’t there only for me to find out that the driver came way earlier than the time given and didn’t reach me so i reordered then the same thing happened i even got there ten minutes before the given time and the driver had already gone. Even if the driver wanted to come earlier they could’ve waited till the time given. so i called the manager and he was very very rude to me and he told me it was my fault and he told me that eagle landing was never going to deliver to my address again and he argued with me after i told him that they gave me a specific time and while i was talking he hung the phone up on me. this is the worst nandos and i advice u never to order or ho here because this has happened five times in a row and nothing has been done. please nandos fix up.

This WAS by far the best Nando's I had visited! But the last two months this Nando's has taken a shocking dive in quality and consistency. Let's start with the orders, they seem to be messing up the orders and giving us the wrong food more frequently. This is not due to pressure, even when the store is not busy, they get it wrong. Then the food portions, they are very inconsistent. Today, when arguing whith the manager, he stated that everything is weighed. That is a blatent LIE. There is no weighing when spooning the pap. There is no weighing when they mix the vegetables into the chicken for the Hotposts. Then there is the preparation of the food which is "hold you breath and hope for the best", your food can range from good to burnt, depending on how the staff member that is preparing your food feels that day. With no real hands on management of this store, no consistancy and no quallity control and staff that don't care because this is just what they do inbetween collecting their wages, the best Nando's every is dying a sad death. I urge you to check your food thoroughly before leaving the store!

Your delivery service is the worst, every time I order for delivery there are items always missing or messed up items on the order. Yesterday’s was the worst where I had to call 2 hours later to enquire on my delivery but was rudely told that the driver is on the way with my order, this was without even getting my order number as I was stopped before I could say it in full. I was then called a couple of minutes later to be told that the driver had a tyre puncture and is now heading out to deliver it again. I waited another 40 mins then called the branch again to cancel the order but no one answered my numerous attempts. One of your cashiers called Precious is very rude and dismissive, never willing to hear customers out. I’ve been your loyal customer for 6 years but I’ll never order from this branch again.

NEVER GO TO THIS NANDOS. Arrived to order some lunch, I didn't know the name of the one new item I wanted to order so I explained it to the lady behind the counter only to be met with the most attitude someone could throw my way. She continued to try take my order but she mumbled everything so I couldn't even hear her speaking. When she asked if I wanted drinks and I said I did she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes so far back I saw the whites of her eyes! I have never had another human being go so out of their way to actively be rude towards me as a customer as I have with this woman. Not even sure if this is the right person as she wasn't wearing a name tag but the slip says I was served by Ndileka. In my personal opinion - fire her. Worst experience at a Nandos ever.

Ordered food for delivery from this Nandos and the service and food was pathetic to say the least .When placing the order the consultant advised that I would receive my order in 35-40mins .I only received my order after 1hr 20 mins ,after calling the store multiple times to query where my food was ,and every time they would say the driver left with it .When I eventually received my order I could barley eat any of it ,as the chicken was soooooooooo raw , literally pink on the bone . I have never received this kind of service and quality of food from other branches ,and was extremely disappointed ...... I WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMED THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!

Always a good food joint to either get a quick bite or takeouts for home or office. Food always full of flavour however chicken options is getting a bit expensive. We always had Nando's at least 3 times a month but unfortunately it is down to once a month. However, when I am on the go and need a quick and simple meal I always stop off and have the Nando's Hotpot with rice. Not much chicken but good enough for a lunch time meal. Eagles Landing Nando's have the best and biggest serving of hotpot, for eat in, than any of the other stores.

There was no manager to organise the ques tonight, people are collecting from phone orders, Mr D orders and then there is people arriving to order and everyone is packed in the tiny space trying to figure out what to do. There was a lady at the door spraying your hands as you enter, so I asked her which line or bunch is for collection , she told she is also collecting. A CUSTOMER was taking on the task of spraying hand sanitizer. What an absolute disgrace and extremely dangerous concerning Covid distancing. And then when I get home there's a chicken piece in my wife's veg wrap.

Worst service I've ever had from a Nando's. I ordered at 17:50 only for my food to arrive at 19:40. I called the store to find out where the food was at 18:50 to be told it was on its way. After phoning customer care twice and the store multiple times, which they did not answer after my initial call, the food finally arrived. According to the order receipt the order was only put through at the store at 18:38. On top of that the order was wrong. Only one of the 3 items was correct. This store does not deserve anyone's support.

Usually good food and service. Ordered food ahead of time. Arrived when they said food would be ready. Paid. Was told food not ready. Was made to wait a hour. After insisting that I speak to manager since they kept saying food was not ready yet they pulled food out of warming drawer where it had been laying for a while. Food was not hot anymore. Missing corn(which i only noticed when i got home). No spice on perry wedges. Butter had seperated from luke warm drawer. Chicken was dry. Incompetent staff and manager

Used to be a lovely venue that I went to all the time. Unfortunately since the renovations, it doesn't seem that things were thought through properly. Found myself going there with friends and being forced to sit outside in the cold due to the lack of seating indoors. In the warmer months its fine, but any rainy or cold weather it's just not an option. Changed my review from 3-4 stars as I can not complain about the actual food or staff. Just an uncomfortable inconvenience with the seating.

I absolutely love Nandos and have been supporting the Eagles Landing Branch for a while. Unfortunately tonight's experience was not satisfying at all. Fist of all the portions have decreased and price still remains the same and then to top it up the way the pita was presented was not delicious what so ever. Is it that hard to cut a pita properly and put all the fillings in nicely. Not even sure where the other half of the pita went. Service is also not up to scratch. Very disappointed :-(

Rather go to another restaurant around the area because the attention to detail here is disgusting. They miss the smallest things. I asked for a Appletiser, they charged me for it and gave me a Grapetiser when I fetched my food. Second strike, I asked for spicy wedges and got chips. Today I ordered a vegetarian boujee bowl only to get home and find chicken stripes. When I specifically said VEGGIE BOUJEE BOWL. Train Your staff to do better!!!

The food quality is deteriorating at this Nandos. The order I received today was probably the worst thing I’ve had from them. My garlic role was stale and dry as there was not even any garlic butter in it. The quarter leg was burnt and then just dipped in the sauce but it didn’t help cause you can taste the burn. I’m very disappointed as I used to buy from them quite a bit but I think it’s time to switch to a different Nandos in the area.

Noisy! Outlet needs an overhead screen indicating current orders being processed and those that are ready for collection. No ideal queueing place - late afternoon hot setting Gauteng sun beats through high glass window where one is probably expected to queue! I ordered 2 x 1/4 chicken with lemon & herb - what we received was so spicy that it was unpalatable. Seems like it was per-peri fried chicken on top of what was poured the lemon & herb sauce! Not what we remember from Nando's.

We had to wait for our food for over 20minutes, they only brought the food after my partner complained. The food was cold and not appetizing at all. I recently ordered a full portion of the new Mozambican Paprika livers from another branch and was very happy with what I had ordered . It was delicious. Because I enjoyed the livers so much I thought it would be a treat to order again. I was however very disappointed at what I received. My full portion only ended up being a 1/4 portion. The livers had blackened from being burnt and the little sauce I did receive was not like the one I had the week before. Won't be back .

The food was so terrible. The quarter chicken wasn't cooked through on the inside. It was dry and not seasoned enough. What is the point of ordering if your order doesn't go through. I placed an order at 20.15 via the call center, I was told it would be ready by 20.40. When i got here, it hadn't be processed. How is this a me problem. It's the 2nd time it happens. When you call the store directly, sometimes they don't answer, or redirect to the call center.

I have always enjoyed Nandos Eagles Landing and still rate the service very highly but what in heavens name have you done to the decor. It looks like a spaza shop in the location with those bars etc. You have done yourself a great disservice with the decor and i am shocked that you allowed it. Based on just this i will not visit your establishment any more as ambiance is everything. 10 out of 10 for staff service.

Pathetic service! See order attached and paid for. We never received the 1/4 chicken lemon and herb . They don’t answer their phones. One is not even able to report this to Mr Delivery all they ask for is a rating! In today’s times of difficulty one would hope that service is top of mind ! nandos you are not cutting it! Worst service which I’m experiencing with Nando’s eagle landing. The other day I was charged delivery fee and service fee. Today my food is taking 2 hours to be delivered after I spoke to Sanele (Manager) and he said my food already left the store to my house that’s after I went to look for the food in the store after an hour of ordering. Food was supposed to be delivered by 20:40 being ordered by 19:06.

Nando's has always been the go-to fast food option for those looking for a slightly healthier alternative - their peri-piri chicken as well as funky ad campaigns always keeps me coming back for more. That being said this specific branch has sadly steadily deteriorated in service quality over the past 18 or so month - after a management change. Still worth a visit but double check your take-away orders

After not visiting Nandos for years, we were a bit disappointed. The service was non-existant and the food was lacking - one member of our party had to send their food back to be heated as it arrived cold. Another member ordered lemon and herb chicken but received a meal that was incredibly spicy - he decided not to complain as our waitress seemed so disinterested that he thought not to bother.

This was a vegan visit. We tried the new burger with 2 red onion rings n smashed avocado. Have to admit that the smashed avo was yucky n the lack of onions in the burger left it pretty dysfunctional to the taste. Think the idea of changing and adding more to their menu is great but at least add more onion rings. N fresh peices of Avocado instead. So it' holds the freshness if it's avo taste.

The delivery was delayed twice and then when I followed up with the driver, Nandos had cancelled my order due to the order apparently being stolen. This restuarant didn't rectify anything and told uber to cancel. Poor customer service and disappointing problem resolving.

I then called the call center only to encounter more incompetence!!!! I am bitterly disappointed -this is one of the worst experiences EVER!!!!! I ordered wraps and asked that they'd be filled properly as they were only half full on the last 2 previous occasions. This time, they were overflowing with goodness :-). I ordered at the counter and its a 7min ride home. Somehow my wrap was barely warm though and I had to stick it in the microwave.. Not sure how they get cold so quick.

Worst service ever, i waited 2hrs for an order on the 24-06-2021, it was cancelled by 2 uber drivers because they took so long, I phoned the manager 3 times, he kept lying and saying the order was ready, however every time I asked the uber driver, he said he was still waiting. This branch is forever getting the orders wrong or delivering short item's. The manager Lucas is of no use and can not solve problems that they cause. I previously stopped using them for months because of the same issues and decided to give them another chance but it's the same problems all over again. Avoid disappointment and use another branch.

Very Disappointed, first they brought the wrong drink, the brought only 1 drink then later the other drink, then the burger looks like it was dragged on the floor. And to top it off you have to take you food of the waiters plate not them putting it in from of you and you have to put is yourself on the waiter plate not them.

Divine. I always get nice food at this Nando's. We love the outside seating, beautiful Deck. Keep up the good work! There's just one Cashier, 'Precious' is her name, she just has a really bad Attitude towards customers. Wish I could give them a zero. Ordered through their app & Uber Eats and their chicken had no sauce at all even when we tried to call them before hand to request sauce because we knew they might do it the 2nd time. Disgusting service receive the incorrect food after waiting for 2 hours. Call the store to report and sort out only to be told the driver left they cannot help me they will send me the correct food in the morning. Really bad service and delivery.

One of the better franchises. Excellent interior, good decor and vibe. Outside seating also available. Food is good, quality better than other Nando's in the area. Good service and food presentation. Rest rooms and restaurant feels clean.

Will not be coming back to this branch . Food was dreadful and management there especially the Indian manager has no customer skills. I was charged an additional R2 per small butter without any notification. I should have been advised.

Burger was good, delivery too. Not happy with the chicken livers. I got 5 pieces with very little sauce. I weighed the food with the container, and it came to 148 grams. That's not acceptable for the price of the starter...

Nando's sells great chicken but when it comes to their green salad it's always disappointing the tomatoes are always over ripe and never that fresh and I have experienced that throughout all the Nando's branches in my area.

Extra sauce is pointless to ask for, food always comes cold. Nandos has been a huge disappointment in the last 5 orders. It seems they take for granted that they are the better chicken out there. That is simply not true.

While waiting for my food for over 40 minutes I saw one of the staff members eating food with her hands and then dealing with a customer (during a pandemic) it's disgusting regardless. I would not recommend this branch!!

Food took a whole hour to be delivered. They only started making the order when he arrived and the order was still wrong as they'd left out a 1/4 chicken. Judging by the reviews this seems to be a recurring problem

Probably one of the best Nandos that exists. Friendly service that goes above and beyond brilliant management, delicious food. The customer always comes first. One might think this is the flagship branch.

Ordered 2 pitas, there was no garnish inside but slapped with 4 pieces of chicken. If I wanted this I would I have ordered pitas with chicken strips. This is not worth the price I paid.
