The manager Thumeka is horrible person and should not be a manager anywhere!!! We ordered fries from another restaurant then came here to order our typical chicken meal with 2 sides and drink to dine in. After getting our food and begin eating we saw Thumeka tell our server to inform us that we cannot have outside food. We said ok we weren't aware and we will not do it again. Thumeka then sends another server Innocence to tell us again that we can't have outside. We explained that we weren't aware, the other server already told us and we won't do it again and to stop disturbing us while we're trying to enjoy our meal. Thumeka then comes over after hearing us talk to Innocence, acting like she's stupid asking us what's the problem and she wasn't aware of any issues despite us SEEING her send our server and Innocence over to us. She then keeps talking to us OVER our food and we finally get tired of hearing her and tell her we understand and won't do it again and go away and stop sending people over to disturb us so we can eat and go. She leaves and send the other manager Fran or Francis to us. He was saying we should not just tell the manager to go away and yell at her and should just tell her that we understand(when she totally exaggerated the situation to Fran and made it seem like we were arguing when she was the one who wouldn't leave us alone). We did tell her we understood and even apologized. I don't know if she was wanting us to leave AFTER we paid and had already received our food. So we told Fran that we understood and he said that was all we needed to say that we understood that outside food wasn't allowed. Yet we told Thumeka and the other servers we were sorry and understood for the future. Thumeka is the type to start trouble and pretend she doesn't know what's happening. She's a dangerous person to have in any type of leadership or situation.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The service is absolutely ridiculous; 1. We ordered online through the Nandos app and a R35 discount was applied. We then receive our order only to be told that we owe them money. When we called head office and confirmed our discount the branch refused to accept the head office conclusion. We received the managers number and were told to tell the head office to call him as though this would be our responsibility. 2. The second incident is recent, we ordered two light meals and after over an hour and a half our order was still not delivered (please bare in mind we work in the rosebank area and are less than 10 minutes away from the mall). After having to call the head office to be sent through to the Rosebank customer service absolutely no progress was made and we have not received our order at all. The customer service is appalling and surely improvements need to be made.

Hi I ordered two platters from Nando's Rosebank on the 08 Dec for our company lunch. Order was placed at 11:36 for delivery at 12:50.By 13:00 the order had not arrived. We tried calling the branch numerous times no answer. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone who was checking on the driver. But never heard back from them. Around 13:30 still no food. We then placed another order with Nando's Parktown North. Miraculously the driver from Nando's The Zone called just after we placed the order to say he was 2 mins away. We tried our best to cancel our order at Nando's Parktown North but could not. We eventually received the order from Nando's The Zone almost an hour later. Unfortunately the we had to turn away the order for Nando's Parktown North. @Nandos Parktown North, thank you for being so understanding. We will never order from Nando's The Zone again.

Do not ever order from the Nandos app. I order from them almost everyday for clients at work, every single time it comes 3-4 hours after I ordered, the app does not allow you to track the order ever, phoning the branch they are always rude and just say they don't know where the food is. Parktown and Rosebank branch have the same issues. I have been going through this with them for 6 months and this is a daily issue affecting our work, not one person has responded to my queries or complaints on the app. We will be taking our daily orders elsewhere.

Eat here regularly...love it! Had Cabo Sosatie special yesterday: it's a sure winner! Suggestion: please make the side a choice of chips OR rice. Sadly, chips are not dietitian approved...the sosaties are! Pleeeeez...

Tucked in just outside the Zone in Rosebank, this Nando’s fits in very nicely in the up market surroundings. It now has some extra seating in the covered patio. The service was fast and friendly . The food was magic as usual. No better place for lunch if you work in one of the many shared offices spaces around here.

My coworkers and I ordered lunch from this branch and the food was terrible. There was no cheese sauce in both the Festa Fries, the wedges were burnt and half cooked, the salad in the wrap was brown, soggy and it had a funny taste and the pita had no sauce and was dry. Never ordering from this branch again!

I took my mum to Nando's Rosebank for her birthday and we enjoyed the great service. The only thing I ddnt like was the big tomatoes on the salad, they could've used salad tomatoes. Overall, the meal was superb. We also had their great malva pudding.

Whilst in Rosebank i was feeling hungry and wanted something Halal.... So i popped into this Nando's. The place was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was provided swiftly and tasted amazing! Overall a great experience! Will be visiting again soon... Keep it up!

Such wonderful service at this branch, always even though they are usually quite full. Waitresses were really friendly today. I can definitely see portion sizes increasing at Nandos branches generally.

Today We had boiled chicken, no flavour, no taste nothing. Over spiced wedges… no tomato sauce,salt whatsoever in the bag. Couldn’t down my food, this was the worst meal on a Friday

Ordered from Nandos today and got a terrible food. My chicken and veggies were burnt and my rice was overly salted ( not only my meal but my husbands too).

I come here often for lunch and I am never disappointed. The food is great and staff are on the ball. Definitely recommend
