I have never got such bad service from Nando’s. We were having Dinner With the family, we sat at a dirty table for like 20mins till I asked the cashier to kindly please clean the table for us. We had our dinner, we couldn’t finish our meal and asked the waiter by the name of Bongani who proudly told me that he can’t help us to pack our food cause time time time time (very rudelu )he wants to knock off. Asked the stuff but I was joke. They sent me from peeler to post even the manager when I asked what kind of service are they giving he just said ( Mohammed) “ he said it’s unfortunate that they gave us that service “ but still I had to still ask for from him too.

I came to Nandos at 10:15 and ordered a double chicken burger. Upon its arrival the meat was cold, the bun was not fresh at all. I alerted the manager who advised me that the roll is fresh as it is baked inside Nandos (I don't know why she lied) as I know the rolls are not baked inside the store. They took my food and brought back the same old roll and cold meat. I did not eat this good and left it there. I also took a picture of the food I sent back. My morning was ruined as had the same meal at Nandos which is not inside the mall and it did not taste the same. Very dissapointed Ve

Pathetic service !!!!!! i was charged R70 for a meal paid the amount charged for , and get told i should pay R4 cause the staff member did not include it to the bill , i did not get my order instead they insisted i should pay for their error , and therefore i was advised that my payment had been reversed i should pay again (never recieved no reversal notifcation) , this is poor service all i wanted was a decent meal and i now should pay for someones error , i wasted R70 for nothing Thanks NANDOS

The food is always devine but when ordering on Mr delivery they always forget the sauces. I was so excited to see u had churros back I ordered 5 of them they are R46 for two with chocolate sauce. None of them came with sauce I'm so disheartened as the sauce makes the churros. We are paying alot please add the sauce. IV been dying for ur churros for so long now I'm disappointed.

The lady never showed me how to use their machine as it was giving me a problem. Instead on showing,she quickly ordered for me . I expect her to at least smile . I was not able to see adult meal prices. I got to see at the last minutes. Customer care please!

I got there 20munutes before closing but because it was New year if they didn't want to assist me.Uprubtly they told me sorry we are closed.I went past lot of restaurants and I regretted it.My wife wanted to have nandos and I don't mind anything.I will never set my foot there again

I'm at the restaurant now. I ordered my meal at 18:05 and it took them 30 minutes to serve my meal, while people that came after me were getting their orders. I'm very much disappointed.

We went to Nandos for lunch with my mom and sister. Nandos is beautiful, the decor is nice and always different and the service is just amazing. The food was delicious and obviously delicious.Also loved the sharing jug of the Cranberry cosmo.

Not the best Nandos out there but as good as it gets. The service was good. We ordered quarter chicken meal, chicken wrap meal and chicken burger meal.

Im here right the service is bad we had to clean our table for us to seat in and im not happy with thier service our order is late i don't know what's wrong seems like they're short staffed

WIll never ever shop here again after what they did to me. They debited my account twice and refused to refund me. Spoke to the so valled manager called Themba, the rudest creature alive
