We had to wait a very long time in a short queue to place an order. The gentleman taking the oders was on slow motion. The portion size was smaller than at other branches. When ordering the avo and halloumi pulled chicken boujee bowl ( with extra pulled chicken) it's usually served in a plate and not a bowl. More than half of the bowl consisted of rice. I don't know what happened to the extra pulled chicken as there was hardly space for chicken, avo and halloumi on top of the heap of rice. Our table was dirty and I had to use hand sanitiser and serviettes form the hand washing station to clean my table. Nandos is my ultimate favourite restaurant, but I will not be supporting this branch again, sorry guys.

When we arrived there it was utter chaos. It was so packed that two different families were basically sitting at one table. When we finally got a table, the plates of the previous customers were not cleared until we had to call the waitress (who by the way kept ignoring us). It was only when we asked the manager for assistance that she came to clear the plates. On top of that, people who came after us were serviced swiftly and were constantly checked up on. They are lucky that their food wasn’t so bad. They must really work on their crowd control. The service was so bad that I want to give it a zero but I can’t so I give it a 1.

Arrived at the venue, the tables were not cleaned for over 15 min, that's including the waiting time to purchase. Tony (single service star is for him) at the Till was doing well as he was engaging. The other staff members were just relaxed. Sat at the table for 10 min before they can clear and clean seats. I have been to many Nandos (Newmarket, Meyersdale, Belabela & Mokopane, to name a few as my ratings can be traced) who made me choose you today while I was waiting for my movie. I am not impressed with this, The Glen Nandos.

This is an odd one, Went in to get a 1/4 chicken and chips, and asked the cashier for take away. Because I wanted it in bite sized pieces because I'm on the go, I asked for it to be cut up in 4 pieces, the cashier Ayovile a lady refused my request saying that "we are not allowed to cut it in so many pieces." This is extremely upsetting as I have always been a loyal nandos customer, how I want my chicken cut is up to ME as a patron and consumer. Won't be visiting again, the food court has many other options.

The waiter/teller was so rude after I placed my order, telling me she doesn't like avocados and looking at me funny, after I asked for extra avocados, making it feel very unpleasant while ordering and I told her, thats not nice to tell a customer that! Then I still get an ice cold burger like she was trying to spite me! Very disappointed!!!! I placed the order #613 @ about 18:45 on the 19-01-2023.

the food was great and service was great but surprisingly there are no toilets so it got me wondering why they allow sit-ins when there is no toilets this is very disappointing for a restaurant of such class, I had to hold it in and have my mail under pressure because I couldn't go to the next the shop and ask to use their toilet is the Nando's patrons suggested.

I never had a problem with Nandos the Glen I have been there quit a few times in the last year and over the years the place is always spotless the staff is very friendly and the food is good. Another thing that is important to me is being punctual and well I can say 10 or even 15 minutes at this establishment is 10 or 15 minutes. Well done keep up the good work.

Ordered a full chicken mozam paprika flavor but the chicken had no flavor, no sauce and it was dry. Mr D food delivered another chicken after I called the branch but the chicken was the same. Almost all other branches always have such lovely sauce on the chicken. I will definitely not be ordering here again.

The service was horrible,it was a sit in. We firstly had to go withdraw cash as the machine was not working. Ordered for 6 but only cutlery for 4 came with the food. No glasses as well until we asked for it. The manager was also not friendly speaking loudly in a shouting and condensing tone. The chicken was great but the chips served cold. Wouldn't make the trip again.

Drinks were served after finishing our meal, and we only got them cause we asked about them. We asked for the sharing jug but got served in singlets and were told then that they do not have jugs, when we asked for 3 glasses only one was brought and the lady told us we can drink from the tropic sunset singlet jug. This was at Nandos The Glen.

More than 4 time we came here our order was 3 full chicken and always we have to listen same story that we can only get 2 full chicken Closing time is 9:30 as google Thye will start saying on 7 that it's our closing time you can only get what we can deliver Even ti clean table thye take more than 20/30 min Worse staff ever

Was robbed by nandos columbine crossing last night. Orderd a delivery was short delivered called the manager to enquire .manager totally unhelpful . He sent driver with outstanding item . Driver laughed at me and insisted I return an item for outstanding item. After 7 years at columbine crossing will never eat NANDOS again

My order took forever, but as it would turn out they had forgotten that there were costumers waiting for they orders, our orders had been ready......... Then when I got home to eat my meal the chicken was burnt.

I love the food here but also is it possible that when we order from home and our food gets delivered that it be tightly closed even if it can be stapled because mostly I've received food from your store that are Slightly opened and I am not comfortable with that.

Chicken was very dry, and my roasted veggie portion was too little. This is not the Nando’s standard I’m used to. The Manager was quite rude as well when I made the complaint. Horrible service overall. Don’t think I’ll be comming back to this franchise

I ordered full chicken and 2 sides as take away. When I got to my car I noticed that coleslaw was not in my order. I called them and they said they are sending someone to bring it. I waited for 45 minutes and left. I was not far from them.

Seriously disappointed. ordered 1/4 chicken & chips(breast portion) well done mild for R63 takeaway. The cashier repeated my ordder but on getting home now they gave me thigh. Just not happy. My order no was 225. Really dissapointed

Worst service ever. Had to wait for more than an hour only to be served the sides that that got cold b4 the chicken was served. Tables were not cleared we did it for ourselves. The ice in our drinks melted before the food arrived

My partner and I received a very horrible customer service on Saturday 20/08/2022. As we arrived no waiter/waitress approached us to serve us menu's. For ALMOST 10 MINUTES!!!!. NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE UNTIL WE LEFT.
