This parking lot is a rip off. We had multiple issue with the card reader not reading our ticket to exit. The assistance is horrible and extremely unhelpful. It took over 20 mins to get assistance to exit. Never again and I would not recommend using this place.

This place is awful! Called to get help over 15 times and only got someone 3 of those times, had to end up paying $40 just to leave and that’s after trying to get help for 45 mins! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Careful parking here tickets don’t read sometimes and you end up having to pay $40 for day parking without a ticket when the machine eats your ticket. Working downtown this has happened to me a couple times.

If google is stupid enough to send me a request to review a parking lot i'm going to do it. It's constructed out of black asphalt. It has white lines painted so idiots know where to put their cars.

Parking in Nashville can be expensive. This parking place is among the cheaper ones in the area. It has a lovely, heartwarming mural!
