I was referred to Nashville Delivers by a friend as a great place for second-job income. I thought I'd apply, and if hired, maybe work for them 9 months or so to put a little money away. That was over 4 years ago, and I really don't anticipate leaving anytime soon. Why? There are so many reasons why Nashville Delivers is a great place to work. Management and Dispatchers are fantastic people to work with. They are kind, friendly, and just good people. The customers are the same. I know most of our customers on a first name basis, and dealing with a difficult customer is extremely rare. Management gives you a minimum hourly rate, so even if you're not getting deliveries, you're still paid. You absolutely won't get that from Door Dash. You're assigned to an area, and for the most part, that's where you stay. I'm glad to serve primarily the great people of Nolensville. To wrap things up, the job is very rarely stressful, and management as well as dispatchers work hard to keep it that way. They truly care about their delivery drivers. Thank you Shawn, Teresa, and the rest of the gang for giving me a great place to hang my hat! They even gave me the hat!

I have been working as a Nashville Delivers driver for a few months now, and have to say it’s one of, if not the best, jobs I’ve ever had. For me, it’s the perfect amount of lovely interaction with customers and restaurants combined with some time to catch up on my favrotite audiobook. The schedule is very flexible, and allows me to truly feel some balance between work and the rest of my life. While at work, I am able to meet some of the friendliest customers and work with very kind and helpful dispatchers. The boss, Shawn, has shown real care for me as an employee and is great to work for. There are definitely times when business is a bit slow, but for the most part I stay busy and am paid fairly. I would highly recommend this job for anyone looking for a low-stress, flexible, and caring work environment!

I used Nashville Delivers tonight to order from Ozeki. The order was delivered promptly but was incorrect. Brandon, Theresa and Michael were incredibly attentive in making sure that the correct order was put into the system again and delivered as quickly as possible. This is the type of personalized service that you can miss out on with other delivery services. I would recommend using this food delivery service, especially in Nolensville and the surrounding areas as they are the only ones that will deliver from some of these restaurants, not to mention the great customer service that they provide with every order.

So happy to have found ND! We're in Nolensville where no one delivers EXCEPT Nashville Delivers! Tried them out to get our favorite pizza - and sure, it took over an hour, but they were very transparent about the timing so not an issue. Also, since Google Maps doesn't work for our address, it was really nice that the driver called to ask where we were. I ordered a $ customization for my salad, and even though the restaurant got it wrong, when I contacted ND about it, they responded the next day - and not only credited the $ but also the delivery fee. I was impressed and will definitely be using them again!

I have used several food delivery services and by far Nashville Delivers is the best. When I don’t feel like cooking or just don’t want to get out of the house, I turn to Nashville Delivers. If the restaurant is out of something, they call or text you. If your order is missing something, there’s always someone you can contact to get it resolved. Other food delivery services just have an app that sends you in circles with no person to talk to, no resolution and sometimes no food. If you haven’t already, try Nashville Delivers!

I am a driver for Nashville delivers. This is by far one of the best companies I have worked for. You definitely get compensated for the work you put in. I had an incident where I wrecked my car and didn’t have means of transportation. Shawn Stewart the boss man himself allowed me to use his personal vehicle to continue working til i bought my own car. A month a half later. I was able to purchase my own vehicle. I use this service a minimum of twice a week. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My food orders have always been on time, food orders correct, and hot. The team always accommodates adding special items not listed on the menu and makes multiple stops at different vendors to complete my order. I would give them ten stars if I could. I’ve been working as a Nashville Delivery driver in Nolensville for a few months now and I can honestly say the owner Shawn and his team are incredible. Communication is always great and Shawn has always helped me with my scheduling.
