I own a business with National Bank and I do cash deposits all the time from any branch that i find near me while driving around the city. Today Feb 08, 2022 I was coming back from Markham and I decided to stop at this branch to get some change for the store, then when I was at the teller i gave her few hundred of dollars CASH to deposit it into my account , she asked for my company name i answered her, she asked for my address I answered . ... and then she says " Sorry sir I can not help you with the deposit because you have to go to your own branch !" .. Which pretty stupid because it is Cash not a cheque , so right away i understood there is something fishy here. I asked why! she said I have to ask my branch to " GIVE THEM INTERACCESS" so they can accept my deposits. By The Way The teller was a young confused girl , then she turned to " Very Unprofessional Looking Lady sitting at the back desk for help ... This time the older lady with grey hair she says to me ( SORRY YOU CAN ONLY DO DEPOSITS IN YOUR OWN BRANCH BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN TOO MANY """" FRAUDS""" ) ! . I right away understood these are very unprofessional bankers they see a dark skin guy walk in the bank and he must be a scammer ... So I told her nicely " I am Just Curious why, can you help me to find out more information , in mean while I will go to the ATM and deposit this cash " . I go to the ATM and make my deposits, then I go back she says to me " WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS BUT NO CHEQUES " ..The funny thing is she said it with confidence like she is educating me, when in fact I was the one educating her , I was expecting her to apologies that she made a mistake but instead she continued to be unprofessional . This incident happened between 13:01 - 13:09 PM February 8th, 2022 , I am sure if there is a professional " Real Banker" who actually cares about the customers want to investigate then they can check the video and audio of that time that i was there . BACK IN THE DAYS BANKERS USED TO BE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, BUT IT SEEMS THEY FIND THEM ON KIJIJI THESE DAYS.
Poor and inadequate service. I had an issue with a MasterCard Application, Call Center Agent advised to visit the branch, and I chose this one. The Teller at this branch was unwilling to help, simply stating the branch doesn't know / have anything to do with MasterCard applications. As a client, I asked the branch to reach the call center to understand the issue, the branch refused. There is a direct line at the branch that can reach the call centre agent directly, the branch refused to communicate internally. In the end, the customer was asked to go call the call center and figure it out himself, knowing that the customer had gone through multiple call and was in Queue for over 30 minutes every call already ... Compared to other banks, the competitors are providing a way better customer service than this branch.

That blonde lady who I believe is costumer service manager she never lift the finger to help you she never listen to you she doesn’t care about your problems anything you ask her she said you better call them never provide any phone number which step you must take never smiles and very rude I am planning to close my account because when you need help they are not there for you very poor costumer service.
Great interest rates for a mortgage but if you need help with anything good luck. On hold for over an hour just to be transferred twice then hung up on. Tried calling the branch and they don’t even answer the phone. When I came into the branch I called again as I hear the phone ringing I see 2 employees just walking around and then when I show the teller she says “no one is going to answer that” wow. Picking up the phone could have saved me an hour and a half out of my day in transit. Beyond frustrated.
Applied for an MC1 Mastercard online. Approved & Recieved a letter stating I needed to visit a branch to show my Ontario drivers license. Came into this branch & I was told the paperwork would be send to Mastercard department. I called the credit department to verify. The representative told me the branch did not sign the document to finalize the Mastercard process. Frustrated because I am now delayed because of the branch rep's error. Very displeased with this huge error.
One of the banks - seems like a credit institution. A stand alone bank in a location that has very few visitors. However it’s a large bank from Quebec. It reaches women advisors. Great to see their commitment to women. According to statistics Canada~ women aged 25-34 are more positively likely to view their health. This likelihood reduces as women grow old. The banks commitment to women advisors should be known. This is an opportunity of how they grow the women tribe.
Worst banking experience. Came to the bank to get some details in regards to the line of credit, and booked a meeting with Shan li. bank representatives doesn’t even know what’re all the details needed for Business/personal LOC and suggested me to call the helpline number which she looked on the NBC website, can’t I do that staying home
Each time i go into this bank to use the ATM there are squatters. The stench given off by these people when you enter burns your eyes. Terrifying experience to say the least. This has been going on for years, the bank management has done nothing to prevent or protect customers using the service.
I went to the branch today and the Teller name Hadia helped me with my queries and assisted me with the transactions I had. I like the quality of service provided at this branch they are very helpful.
Very friendly bank with nice bank teller. Clean inside area. This branch has safety box. There are limited parking lot behind of bank. There are two ATM machines inside of the bank.
When I set NBDB with some difficulty, I choose to go the branch to get things sort out. The bank staff answers "No, we are different, we do not do anything about NBDB"
don't know why they have phones they never answerer them, this branch is why i pulled all my investments, mortgage and accounts and moved it all to TD
Maddy is an exceptional staff. She helped me to sort out some issues I have had for years with transfers.
One of the many banks in the area, however the other banks offer more convenient and longer hours.
Poor poor service. Took them 10 days to cash and promised to call back which they did not.
They are always under staffed. They only have one person dealing with customers
