The sales person that came to our house was so easy to work with and not pushy (which in the past with other companies has not been the case) the EXACT opposite! He was so helpful as we were not exactly sure what we wanted in our kitchen. He talked about several options positives about each and we were able to come up with a favorite that we both aggreed on. I like when the sales people are knowledgeable about their products and can help guide you but not overpower or push you. An added note-it was not the most expensive either which is another plus.
