The price of tickets for Indians is 20rs and for foreign 500. 2) You should carry a small purse or nothing at all because big purses or bags are not allowed. You should deposit your purse or bags, if you have. 3) After entering, 3 main buildings will be there. - Art museums ( paintings of famous painters), Jaipur house and auction building (things made up of silver etc are there for auction. Prices will go from 11,000 to crores). 4)Two restaurants are there. One is a green cafe and the other one is the saddle house. Trust me I went to the green cafe, I loved it. I ordered idli and it was soft and delicious . And last Don't forget to visit Jaipur house.

This place is heaven for art lovers. If you are someone who appreciates art and has a deep understanding of portraits and pictures then this is a perfect place for you. The gallery has a total of three floors and if you go by observing every picture and reading history then it will take you 2-3 hours to cover the whole place. Here you can find portraits from various prominent artists across the world. The entry tickets costs just Rs 20 for Indian nationals. Outside the gallery, there is a big park where you can sit and relax.

It is a must-visit place for art lovers. The 3-floor building is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you can relax and enjoy the greenery. The gallery itself houses an impressive collection of paintings, sculptures, and drawings from various artists. I was amazed by the range of styles and techniques on display. If you need a break from walking around, there are sitting arrangements on each floor where you can take a rest and admire the art. I highly recommend this gallery to anyone interested in art.

NGMA opens from 11am on all days except Monday. Ther eis parking available inside and outside the gates. The tickets are 20 rupees per person. There are three floors in the new wing, there is a jaipur house that has traditional art as well. Inside, there is also a newly opened cafe. Do not miss the steel tree that is in the lawn towards the right corner of the campus.

One of the best art museums in delhi has many artwork from the past 150 years and famous artists  like Rabindranath Tagore, Raja Ravi verma and international artists too. It is situated nearby India gate and the ticket price is rs 20 which is affordable the only concern is that photography is not allowed inside and camera cannot be taken inside

National gallery of modern Art Its collection of more than 17,000 works by 2000 plus artists includes artists such as Thomas Daniell, Raja Ravi Verma, Abanindranath Tagore, Rabindranath Tagore, Gaganendranath Tagore, Nandalal Bose, Jamini Roy, Amrita Sher-Gil as well as foreign artists. Some of the oldest works preserved here date back to 1857.

One of the best experience I had. If you love art and want to know about modern art and paintings this place is a must visit. Paintings of renowned painters like Rabindra nath Tagore, Amrita Shergill , Abnindra nath Tagore and many more are displayed there . As a student of history honours I enjoyed my visit there.

It was an amazing experience. One of the best museums in Delhi. You can find our rich culture here. First, try to visit Jaipur house. It's awesome. You can find some sculptures which are made in the 2nd century as well. Photography is banned inside but outside you can enjoy it.

It's the best place for the people who love art paintings sculptures etc. There's entry fees 20/-. It closes at 6pm. Monday is closed. Enter from gate no 3 as they don't allow from gate no 1 which is very illogical. There's a art shop from where you can buy paintings etc. Drinking water & toilet facilities available.

Had a good collection from the 19th and 20th century. Indian artists majorly. Couldn't cover the jaipur house building entirely. But it's so worth visiting. And the pricing of just Rs. 20 is a sweet cherry on top. P.S. Also the cafes here have delicious chai and samosas.

Best place If you are an Art lover specially if you like paintings. There are many paintings of different painters from different time period made of different types of paint on varieties of canvas. Simply liked that place. There are also sitting area on each floor. Taking water bottles and pictures inside the gallery is not allowed. Metallic tree is a must watch attraction there.

It is a large complex with multiple buildings lots of precious arts, culture, historical items , a few of which have esteemed historical significance . The complex sem to be fortified with high security which should be for some of priceless items stored in this complex. Since photography of exhibits are not allowed, only the surrounding building complex have been captured.

It was a great experience to be there. You can find artwork of famous painters here. Vibes of this place are amazing and it's a quiet place. Quality time can be spent here by observing and discussing the artwork of famous painters.

One amazing place which hosts numerous exhibitions round the year. One can always walk in and be up for a surprise. Hosts amazing art pieces at several places inside. One of the best is the steel tree out there in one of garden made up of everyday utensils. Very conveniently located near India Gate as well.

Tickets are priced at 20 rupees for Indian nationals and 500 for foreigners. The place is usually not that crowded and they boast some amazing collection of old paintings and sculptures.

Lovely place to see the old paintings and sculptures. Ye will be amazed to see the unique art done in history. Picture clicking or videography is not allowed inside the hall.

The Jatin Das exhibit was amazing. Truly a great, thoughtfully curated art museums. A highlight of Delhi if you like art.
