While still okay compared to competition, this lot used to be better before they changed ownership. We now have to go to Blaxland to talk to staff, we can't get a discount for paying a year in advance, and the number of random computer issues has been way higher.

Nice easy to use & service even though remote at another site is good.However it is annoying that there is limited to no on site parking to load unload without blocking other people units which causes unnecessary aggravation.
