National Storage St Mary's features secure 24 hour monitored access with motion sensor lighting which means you'll never have to navigate the vast halls in the dark. Complimentary trolleys and trailers make loading and unloading a breeze. Bathrooms are clean and available on site for rest breaks when long hours of work require a time out. The 10 - 15% increase on monthly bills after 9 months of service was disappointing and will very considerably dependent on the size of the storage unit being rented. In spite of this, the facilities are impeccable.

Worth the hike put here to get good boxes, wraps, tapes etc at very sharp pricing with excellent staff and good service. Store needs more choices... e.g. few more box sizes and different bubble wrap sizes, but tissue paper choices good, house or unit package deals great and staff very helpful. Way better than Bunnings, Officeworks and similar for PRICE and choice... TIP: Get medium boxes for your heavier or fragile items... much easier to pack and carry and very cheap at $2 box...

I went into st marys national storage today with my 3 kids to get some moving boxes and the staff were exceptional! Both staff members were very friendly, inviting and polite not only to me but to my kids as well, inviting them to help carry some stuff which made them feel important but the lovely lady behind the desk held my 4 month old so I could move the car to the door while the young man helped load them into my car. I cant recommend them enough.

Ronnie and her team are not only an asset to National Storage, but an outstanding credit to themselves and the St Marys branch. We have been a Client for approximately 2 years, and we’re always impressed with the cleanliness of the premises and the helpfulness of the crew. They staff were grumpy they had all the lights off door locked and sign said closed mind you it was 10:30am Called the office got transferd to the main office explained the situation They called the store and the staff returned Then the older lady said I was wrong and that the sign was the other way around was snarky like I had taken away from nap time Anyway all was sorted However Beware a bear with a sore tooth works hear

I had been storing my things with this company for almost two years. The site manager, Ronnie, and her colleague Mark, have gone above and beyond in extending exceptional and excellent customer service and help for an easy transition whilst I was moving. If I ever need to store anything again, I'll definitely use these guys. Recommend 100%. You won't find anyone better than these lovely individuals.

Absolutely wonderful customer service ethic and Mark who works there is a cutie and he was very helpful to my friend and I. If only I plucked up the courage to ask him for his phone number even if he was to decline at least I can say I tried. If I was using any storage company I highly recommend this particular one. As it is affordable and decent.

Very beautiful king bed just bought straight away from them becs it’s the biggest bargain ever like non of the other store have this people bought beds from overseas and sold here in Sydney I recommend to my family and friends we are planning to buy more luxury tufted king size bed again soon

Don’t bother with this company… Called yesterday to rent a storage unit. Was told by a staffer that they would send me payment details and pin and I’d be able to access immediately after payment. Still waiting for information 24hrs later. Went to kennards and got a unit without any issues.

The centre is very clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. If not for Ronita and Christine I would have already moved out. 4 stars for the centre and 5 stars for the staff.

Moving out can be really stressful time…. Ronnie and the team were very considerate of our situation especially with the date of moving out our stuff. We really appreciate them.
