Moving during a time of COVID-19 was crazy. With so much uncertainty and price gouging, I thought American greed had consumed us. I pretty much stop trusting anyone to treat me fairly, when I had discovered a new roof had to be put on my home. I got several bids and was surprised at the quote I received from Clay, with Nations Roofing, it was reasonable and I was told it could be done within my time frame. Although I was skeptical and had prepared myself for the worst, things went better then expected. Clay was great! He was professional, responding to all my concerns in good time and his crew worked efficiently, getting the job finished day two and they were out. I was impressed and happy with their work, so much so I shared my experience with friends and family right away. I'd been planning on getting my roof redone for the past 2 years and have been receiving many quotes since that time as I saved up. Clay was great - He inspected my roof and didn’t find any problems but I told him about the water stains on my ceiling so he came back to look inside. And then he ended up sealing up some metal pieces on the roof so hopefully that will take care of the problem. I felt that he was honest and willing to help me out for free with some minor things which I greatly appreciated! It’s been my experience with some home maintenance companies that little repairs can be way overpriced for the amount of work and time it actually takes. So it was really refreshing to find someone willing to genuinely help me and not just make a profit!

Nations has been a fantastic partner, they have been exceedingly communicative and took all of my concerns and worries into consideration. They did a phenomenal job in a very quick time frame. After a storm decided to knock a tree into my roof they got it back in great shape in a quick time frame and even took care to help with my solar panels to make sure they were working properly after the storm. And they have been extremely patient and supportive with all of my worries and concerns and even helped with my insurance company. At the risk of not being awarded the contract, Clay had his crew install tarps to prevent water leaking on our apartment building. I was impressed with his responsiveness to emails during the bid and contract process, and roof replacement. Contacted a day after a tree fell on my house (August1 ish). It's been like pulling teeth. Clay came out to look, said they could do it. Sent the scope a week later (insuance took that long).Then another week or so later said mine wasnt top priority due to it not being extreme damage. Told me they'd start in a week. That came and went. Reached out again just to be told they are too busy to fix my house. Over 4 weeks wasted.

I hired clay to do some jobs for me but one of them is my grandparents home twice needed fixed first the house then the garage. He took care of them so well. This is a great christian company but he doesnt use that to his advantage. His work ethic, personability, quality and honest word is what makes this company strive! My family will not use anyone else and as a home remodeler i trust no one more to help my customers!

Clay was a referral from my realtor and wonderful to work with. I was selling my house and during the inspection it came back we had roof damage from a hail storm. After an initial phone call, Clay was super quick to get out to the house to inspect and get the work on the books ASAP. I had my siding, roof and gutters inspected and replaced after some hail damage. The group was really great to work with, helped with all the loops and paperwork associated with insurance claims. Very patient- I personally really appreciated the group going around after and doing a thorough cleanup with outdoor vacuums of all the little chunks of debris that come with large scale construction.
