I've been coming since their old location. They've been fantastic. I've very particular about my lashes and how they look. I like a natural look and they've nailed it every time. I always go to Cece. She went on vacation I was contemplating not going back until she returned. They assured me that everyone was just as good. I agreed to go to someone else, Hiru, and she was just as great. She was fast, which I like, but more importantly they came out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants pretty long lasting lashes. By the way, their massages are good too. You can thank me later .

When you walk in, the beautiful chairs and clean space are very inviting. For privacy purposes, I will not share any pix....my cousins enjoyed themselves very much. The staff was very accommodating and nice, they even helped me fix a table for little snacks and wine for my guests. My cousins are already talking about the next time to book their appointments. One actually did. The price was everything, seeking for massages and facials for a group of 5 was challenging, when I landed on natural beauty spa....it was a blessing. We left happy and our pockets were too.

I enjoyed the couples massage with my bestfriend!!! The space is clean and welcoming. I love the attention to providing a safe and inviting space. We both fell asleep! The focus of the massage is the back which is what I needed, but they ask if there are any tense spots and then they atracj them with love!!! If you purchase on groupon you have to pay $5 tax so be prepared. I purchased the 10 massage package with 1 free facial for $469. It's a special until Labor Day. Go ahead and get you one of these!

I can’t describe my experience. Mimi was my masseuse and facialist. Honestly this was the best massage I’ve had. She went above and beyond and it seems like the establishment does the same. I came in with a Groupon and they added on a free hot stone massage to the general massage. Mimi spent over an hour working my body. So incredible. After she gave me a deep pore cleansing massage - there was a face massage component, gua sha etc. I’ll definitely be back and include both in my regime!!

My first time coming to Natural Beauty spa. I was highly satisfied with every service I had facial and massage. The hot stone treatment feels amazing during a deep tissue massage and I can feel the difference in my body. I felt brand new person. Thank you to Mimi. She was amazing. She focused on any concerns, muscles, knots or tightness during your massage time. This is an extremely clean place with excellent service, great products and friendly people. I will defiantly be back!

I visited on a whim, bought a Groupon and hoped it worked out. My lash technician was Ivy and she did the best natural lashes I've ever had the pleasure of receiving! I have hooded eyes and need curly lashes; I've gone to Midtown, Canal Street and more places for individual lash extensions and these are by far the best lashes I've ever received. The strands are wispy, look beyond real and Ivy's lash placement is perfect. I will be coming back to hopefully be a regular <3

5 Stars. Yuki is very very good. I came for a Deep Cleansing Seaweed Facial and she did an amazing job. Cleaned out every blackhead and every whitehead. She also cleared out my pimples and recommended a product that would work for my skin. She took her time and was very thorough. My skin feels very smooth after the treatment. I will be coming back. The store is also very clean and the staff are polite and treat you well. Quiet and relaxing place. Again, I will return !

Had a good facial treatment that came with a neck shoulder/massage resulting in relaxation and disappearing blackheads. I also got an eyebrow tweezing and I was satisfied, so came back and had a beauty mark mole removal that was clean and quick. Approved 5/5. My dad also got leg massage treatment for his leg injury. Next time on vacation I will come here for eyelash extensions, manicure and the other services that they offer.

Tiana & Eva are amazing. First time here with my babe and he booked it for us. We both been having back issues due to working so much and not sleeping the best. But today was so great. 1 hour massage from Groupon has made us a regular customer in the upcoming days. They focus on wherever you are having back issues & go as heavy or light you like! We will definitely be back. He will be booking again before the holidays.

I visited this Natural Beauty Spa on 06/31/2023 and everything from the service to the treatment was super amazing!!!! I used a Groupon voucher with no problems and booking was very easy. I would recommend this spa location to everyone and I already booked my sessions for next time. I am 100% pleased and satisfy with their services now I have a new spa location to visit. I always look forward to my appointments at the Natural beauty SPA. Having them micro blade my brows literally changed my life I’ve never been more happy & confident. The compliments on my brows from other people are overwhelming. Also get my lashes done with them, the look is so natural and the quality of lashes are amazing. The owner and her husband are very friendly and they make you feel so comfortable.

Came here for a couple massage. Upon entry I was greeted by the desk worker. He was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. He even let us pick our room! The whole vibe is very relaxing. Place is super super super clean. I told them my main problems were my shoulders and they focused on helping my shoulders feel less sore. Super relaxed after finishing the massage! I’ve found my spa in Brooklyn now and couldn’t be happier. Beautiful place for Brooklyn with great customer service, the spa was nice and everything was pretty clean. Greatly appreciated this place and I would come back and refer for someone that needs just to relax and have some “me” time. Surprisingly it was amazing! We never been to a spa in Brooklyn, so we didn't know what to expect. The entire process from scheduling to same day changes to arriving and being welcomed was smooth. Hey everyone! I have been getting my eyelashes done at Natural Beauty Spa for going on three years now. It has been a beautiful experience every time. The place is very clean and offers wonderful costumer service. They do natural eyelashes so it does not feel like too much. It is very pretty and lasts long, I also feel like their prices are reasonable.

I came here for the first time this evening and it was amazing. The front desk was very communicative about time and even called and offered to move my appointment up when an earlier slot became available. I’ve gotten many massages over my years in NYC and this one was fantastic. Definitely coming back - will be one of my go-to Brooklyn spots!

Came here for a hot stone massage. Loved it so much, I ended up opening up an account with them. My girl, Lisa, was amazing. She relieved most of the knots on my shoulders. I wanted to get a facial done too, and she was also great at that. She was super gentle with my face but did a great job clearing my blackheads. Can’t wait to come back.

Couples Spa. Felt amazing. My partner was sleeping half way through. Which for us means he's relaxed and comfortable. I felt all the knots in my shoulders were targeted and messaged out. Deep tissue massage was amazing, they did the full hour and the massage therapist was attentive and constantly checked in on whether I was getting what I needed. The space is clean and the front desk staff was really helpful. Definitely will come again, the service is both affordable and great.
