Worst haircut I had ever in my life. Never felt bad for being to a Naturals, except to this Kengeri branch. Since I had newly relocated, I had to choose this place. An amateur barber, who could have hardly handled 10 customers in his life made an haircut for me. He was ready to finish his haircut within 10 minutes, nothing being done. I had to explain him inch by inch what needs to done. It was totally a tiring experience. Waste of money. I would strongly not recommend anyone to visit this place. Management please replace all your amateur barbers at work. They are doing a really bad job, which might make you lose your business. I had to take another haircut after leaving naturals with which I had to spend 300. Poor experience.

We went here for a video shoot for a college assignment where we want to show the 7p of marketing. These seven are: product, price, promotion, place, packaging, positioning and people. The staff was very cooperative and allowed us to shoot whatever we want. The Manager is very Jolly and she enjoyed the interview with us and had a valuable time with us. We also took the customer reviews and it was good and satisfactory after the services that they had. The connectivity is good for local transport and you will get advantage of Domino's, Polar Bear, Kanti sweet shop etc.

I enjoyed visiting for a few services here. They respect the scheduled appointments. That's good. They do not hurry you up. I did a haircut for myself and the kids. It was nicely done. My toddler, who likes it fast, loved it. Salonist managed to cut the hair without making her cry. But the style of cutting did not match Javed Habib salon. But they did what was asked. Missed that 'wow'ness. Facial was good. Sarswati did a great job. Her hands were magical, I even had a nap. She did a good job at my first pedicure.

I recently visited this place. I was really amazed by the service especially by Gayatri who did my haircut and highlights. She was really very attentive and patient. She did exactly what I wanted. Small detailing also she paid attention and did the same way. I was in doubt initially but later Gayatri helped me in everything. She also gave suggestions to what will look better. Very friendly and polite team. Thanks Gayatri and team.

I truly enjoyed my experience here. All the services I required were done with great efforts and professionalism. Arif, who gave me my hairdo and blowout truly changed my entire outlook and gave me exactly what I needed plus more with the amazing voluminous blowout. My hair removal services also went very smoothly. Highly recommend the place and Arif for his professionalism towards me as a client!!!!

Enduring a frustrating 3-hour wait without the promised appointment at this establishment was disheartening. The evident lapse in time management by the front office staff added to the overall irritation. Sharing this feedback to highlight the need for improved customer service and smoother scheduling processes. The front office lady was highly irritating .

I've been visiting this place from past 4 years. I have loved their service and hygiene. However this time there was a different receptionist who charged me more for hair spa and hair cut which was informed to me was a package inside. I've never felt the pricing was an issue but charging people based on their appearance is never appreciated.

It is a very good salon with experienced staff . Have been visiting this place since couple of years. They suggest suitable services all the time. However , SAM on the other hand enquired about my hair style requirement and specifications and then performed exactly how I asked for !!!! He did a great job!

I asked the hair stylish if he understands Kannada, he said no, then I asked if he understands English he said no. Rest is history, I don’t know hindi. I’m dead! I didn’t walk away because I’m also human understand people situation. I would blame the owner not encouraging them to learn Kannada.
