Plot of District Court building admeasures 16,435.60 Sq. Mtrs. Earlier District court, Thane was housed in the Pe-shawe wada. In January 1900 Shri. J. I. Hitten was the District Judge. In the year 1968-69 the present building of District Court was constructed, Annex building in the year 2002 and the building of Family Court and Fast-Track court constructed on the same plot in the year 2009. In the campus of the court building, District and Sessions Court, Fast-track Courts, Family Court, Courts of Civil Judge S. D., Courts of Civil Judge J. D., and Co-operative Court and their offices are functioning. They are in all 36 Courts

A Very Well Maintained Civil & Criminal Court located in the Heart of CBD Belapur just near the NMMC Head office. Cleanliness is well up to the Mark but the Main issue is related to Toilets in every floor they are not clean and tidy. Also the Benches for sitting on every floor have been broken and people have to stand during the Peak hours. Also Lifts services are a bit slow, people have to wait in Long Queue. So overall a 4 star from me. But I Pray to Almighty that please keep us all away from this Court related Matters.

Bad place all cheap material used ..dirty place urinal smell , pan spitting staff , no cameras to monitor .. elevators over crowded with only 2 elevators in the whole premises ... its a new building made but the standard of make is so cheap and downgraded ..

Nicely designed. Central waiting place on each floor so that around 8 courts are easily accessible. Working like a normal district court. The appeal court is also in the process of shifting, so Navi Mumbai residents need not go to Thane for any matter.

No Canteen, one Lift out of two never works... Uncleaned URINALS, Water Purifier is only available on 2nd Floor & Expired Fire SAFETY equipments... The best part is that Judges of this court seldom turns-up on time and sometime never turns …

My mother happen a bike Accident so my mother is injured and bike person is save not get him punishment so my mother not get him justice

As usual dirty smelling filthy place pan eaters spitting everywhere dirty washrooms , all in all same as all other government buildings

Best court premises in vicinity of navi mumbai. Its G +6 story building with the strength of 19 court rooms. All J.M.F.C. AND C.J.J.D.
