Had sns nails done here on 2/4/19. The lady soaked my hands in a pot of acetone to remove existing sns which was an unpleasant experience as the fumes were very overwhelming. The lady then proceeded to use the electric buffer to take off what was left of the old sns. She used it way too hard and actually damaged my nail to the point I could feel it had injured the skin under my nail. I cried out in pain and she apologised. The nail job she then did was very sloppy. The nails were filed into uneven shapes and left jagged when she applied the new sns. When she was tending the cuticles she cut me three times on three different fingers with the electric buffer. She drew blood three times. It was then I started to realise that the tool she had just used didn’t look all that hygienec. After the nail job was finished I went home to rinse off the blood around my cuticles and had to re-file the tips myself. The overall result is bumpy nails with cuts on the cuticles. I have left a one star review due to being hurt FOUR TIMES. Even if I wasn’t hurt I would still have been dissatisfied with the end result but probably would not left a review. The lady did apologise for hurting me but I don’t think that’s good enough. I am now really hoping that I do not have infection. I will not be returning to this salon and would encourage others to stay away as well.

As a lash technician buy trade I went here not knowing what really to expect. The technique of these ladies is amazing and above bord ! They use the right glue and all of their equipment is sterilised, application technique is applied correctly and only individual lashes put on no clumps! ( realy important!! ) After care techniques were spoken about. I was extremely impressed and will go back again! In this line of work there is no room for error! And I can only say I was extremely impressed. Shap of eye brow wax was pretty awesome as well!

I’m extremely disappointed with this place, I used to come here all the time and every time I was happy with the result, hence why they have such good reviews from a while ago. Now every time I’ve gotten my nails done here (SNS with tips) the nails last no longer than 3 days which is absolutely ridiculous for the $50 price. The same thing has happened to my friends as well wether they’ve gotten acrylics or SNS, the nails break or fall off so easily within a short time span. Do not go here if you want nails that will last long.

I've been having my nails done here since they first opened. Sadly I just can't go back. My past few times where I've had SnS and a manicure have left me with infected nails, split and tearing cuticles and lasting issues with hang nails. The work standard just isn't what it used to be nor the product quality. My pedicures have been sloppy, nails different shas.nd lengths. Kim the owner is the only staff member who does a good job but picks her favourites. I just can't recommend this place anymore a

The process took way to long and the nail techs stopped half way through. I asked for a design and showed 3 nail techs and none of them did it. My nails were way to small and they weren’t glued properly. At the end they put nail oil on and it got under the nails making everything I touched oily for days and made me have to rip them off. Part of the design i requested was french tips and they made the white part way to big and made it look strange.

Kim is amazing! I’ve been here on and off over the past few years and it’s one of the best nail places I’ve been to. Very clean and hygienic which is a huge tick ✔️ and I’ve always been satisfied with the work Kim has done. She listens and is a real nail artist! I highly recommend her

Being a Regular Customer since the shop was open ( almost 3 years) and their service have never disappointed me. The staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. The salon is nice and organised plus doesn’t smells toxic at all. Personally i think it’s worth the money anytime i spent.

Best nail salon in Melbourne...can not stop raving about it! The staff are amazing and my nails have never been soo healthy. They truely listen to your needs and try their best to accomodate. I’ve had nail art (including stones) that have lasted a month. Would recommend any day

Unfortunately one of the worst salons we've been to. The staff were lovely but my cuticles are ruined. The next day I woke with chipped nails. My daughter's nail polish has peeled off of two nails. I guess you get what you pay for. So very disappointing.

In my opinion this is the best nail bar in Williamstown! And I've been to every single one! Very accomodating, friendly and professional. Kim is the best! Hilariously funny and amazing at what she does!

friendly and properly done. love their work on my nails. I just had a pink SNS with tip and they are very natural looking. Nice and thinly coated and filed to perfection.

Went in to see if they could repair my split nail. The lady was lovely and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
