For the first time I have visited this Neo Restaurant. This place is located in S.Kamalov street near the city center "Orayliq bazar". When you come there, you see no name. You can reach there by 23 routine. In outside you can sit in summer's days. Parking place isn't big, approximately ten or twelve cars can fit in the parking lot. You can enter through two doors. The right door leads to a big dance hall. Left door leads you to  Restobar. There have enough lights, place, plants, also there is clean, staffs are well-behaved. They can serve guests four languages, such as Uzbek, Karakalpak, English, Russian. It's very cool. But there hasn't got a wardrobe. You can sit any kind of table. Some of staffs weren't wearing masks, they didn't sprinkle antiseptic engine. When we ordered food , we waited approximately 10-20 minutes, such as bread, salads, tea, however the main meal was brought in 40 minutes or near an hour. It's speed was a bit slowly. When it comes to food, firstly, we ate some salads. For example, Caesar was perfect, it was fresh "Yasnaya polyana" well-designed with mushrooms and tasted good. Tomato salad was tasty. Then,we had the dish "French meat", meat and cheese, "Italian meat", which is meat, mushrooms and sauce meal and "Chinese  meat" that is spicy meat, fresh  ingredients such as red onions and carrots. French and Chinese food were yummy with cheese and spicy. Italian food wasn't bad; it was a bit strange the first time I ate it. Last, we ate our traditional food, "Beshbarmak". It is a meal which has rectangle Dough,  turkey, beef and Kazi, which is traditional horse meat like- many Turkic nation's food with carrots, potatoes.  Its ingredients were well-cooked. After having dinner, the administrator said that smokers are allowed to smoke in a special place, and aren't allowed to enter with animals, also he said about dress codes that wearing shorts, sports costumes also don't be allowed.  There is a bar full of drinking, near there are deserts. One of the important places is a toilet, it is stylish and clean.  In addition, the menu  doesn't have photos, also some of the prices  in the menu are hand-written. If you want to dance, you can do it on the second floor, if it is empty. Because, people often have wedding and birthday parties there. Although there are some negative sides, I recommend you to come here.

The pin was not very accurate so I have re-pinned the location. I saw on previous photos there was the word "NEO" on the building but now it's gone so pay more attention in locating the building especially at night. Arrived and could see the restaurant was like partially full, any later I was thinking I might not get a table to dine here. I asked for a non smoking area and was seated at a table, but throughout the meal I was taking in 2nd hand smoke which was quite bad even though its a non smoking area. There was a good variety of dishes in the menu and there were so many things to try. So having tried the soup lagman elsewhere, I wanted to try the fried one which was also recommended by the staff. I wanted to order a few more dishes as lagman is generally heavy and she said portion can be quite big so she advised me to consider only after finishing the lagman. It's a big restaurant but most of the staff couldn't speak English. I raised my hand to order food, few male waiters came and couldn't understand English and left, waited a while before a female staff who could speak little English came to take my order. So I ordered 2 local dishes, the Khash and the fried lagman. Khash is the beef tendon soup, first time trying and liked it because the soup was flavourful, though the portion wasn't very big. Came the fried lagman and the portion was quite big. I took very long to finish, but still couldn't finish in the end and also gave up ordering other dishes though I wanted a meat and a dessert. Food was not bad and the price is slightly more pricey than elsewhere. But I wouldn't visit again if I had to take in 2nd hand smoke from the smokers.

Nous avons voyagé en couple en Ouzbékistan durant 15 jours avec ma femme en mangeant dans environ 25 restaurants de diverses catégories. Après 12 jours à ne manger que des plats locaux nous nous faisions une joie de goûter d'autres plats que la gastronomie ouzbek. Nous avons commencé par commander une bière et un verre de vin (qui était indiqué sur la carte à 15000 sum) quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand la serveuse nous a apporté une bouteille. Après discussion la serveuse a dit que la carte n'était pas à jour et que la bouteille nous sera facturé 80 000 sum (je précise que ma femme parle russe ainsi que la serveuse, et qu'elle a bien spécifié durant la prise de commande qu'elle voulait un verre de vin et pas une bouteille ce que la serveuse a d'ailleurs bien compris). Nous avons commandé deux soupes et un plateau de 26 pièces. Lorsque le plateau est arrivé il a été servis avec de la sauce soja salé, nous avons poliment demandé s'il y avait de la sauce soja sucrée mais il nous a été indiqué que non. Nous pouvons comprendre qu'un restaurant n'aiy pas un produit et n'avons pas insisté, cependant en goûtant la première pièce sur le plateau, il y avait de la sauce soja sucrée sur cette pièce. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir en fournir aux clients. Concernant le restaurant la salle est jolie mais la boîte de nuit et le son de celle-ci gâche grandement l'ambiance. Tous ces désagréments auraient été secondaires si nous n'étions pas tombés malades 1 heure après être sortis du restaurant. Par conséquent l'hygiène ou la qualité des produits semblent à revoir car c'est le seul restaurant dans lequel nous sommes tombés malades en 15 jours. Bref très mauvaise expérience que nous déconseillons.

Worth the wait and incredible value and quality. Laghman soup and kababs were basically all we could get beside beers and Uzbekistan red wine but man was the food delicious. Think steakhouse in the steppe. Long long wait times on a Saturday night and they ran out of a lot of items. Also got skewers of potatoes (very good) and fries (meh). Juciest lali kabab this Indian had had in a long long time and the chicken kabab was exquisitely tender. We sat outside on a mid September night and had a great meal for 5. All in, with food and 8 beers and a bottle of wine cost less than the cheapest bottle of wine in any restaurant in SF.

Gehoben, auch bebilderte englische Speisekarte mit usbekischen, osteuropäischen und internationalen Gerichten. Schmackhaft.

Entering Neo's restaurant you smell roasting meat smoke, but the seating area is smoke free. Although there was an ashtray on my table I didn't see anyone smoking or smell cigarette smoke. The seating is comfortable (it reminded me of an American steak house) the service is fast, my server's English fortunately was good so he could help me with the menu which I could not decifer. My food was nicely presented and cooked and the check was all right.

Staff doesn't understand much in engliah and russian that's why your order isn't always the thing that you wanted. Also meals aren't excellent, I can call them 'good' or 'fine', just nothing special except lagman which is truly one of the best I have ever eaten. Waiting time is about 35 minutes or longer also when there is no big party upstairs everyone is needed to pay 4000 for a music.

I like it! It’s a comfortable atmosphere— not too fussy with a friendly and attentive staff. The food is quite good (we had borscht, steak, & lamb chops) and there is cold draft beer. No complaints here!

Easily the best dinner and lunch restaurant in Nukus. Reasonable liquor collection as well given the location. Hookah starts only after 7pm.

Restaurant isn't bad but has some bad smell. I guess AC doesn't work correctly. Foods are okay.
