Had a lovely experience at Neo Skin. The clinic was bright and modern. I felt that the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had an aqua facial and massage with Ruth. She was brilliant. She did the massage very firmly which I requested, it really got all the knots out of my back, The facial felt very luxurious and gave me a deep cleanse which is what I needed. I was very happy with the overall experience and both services I received. Would definitely go back and recommend a friend.

It was the worst wax experience I’ve ever had the girl was not professional she even didn’t know how to wax in hair directions she don’t know how to handle the skin when you gonna remove wax strip it was a cheap wax and they charge too much extra for the cheap wax they don’t have different wax for underarm and bikini area they don’t do the whole bikini area they just do the front half of bikini and charge 26 pounds for it cheap service and too much expensive . Never recommend this to anyone

Had a few facials and laser treatments with Neo skin.Never been let down and their customer service is excellent. Been suffering with hormonal pigmentation and uneven skin tone for awhile and there’s a lot of improvement with just one session of laser treatment with them. Highly recommend the practitioner name Olga and the other male practitioner Jeremy.

Absolutely loved my treatment, I had a back and shoulder massage and a facial, these were so relaxing, just what I needed after a long week. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again. Michelle ❤️
