Extremely inefficient and unprofessional. 1. I was first to arrive at 930am but there was no one at the counters. When there was finally someone, he made me wait another 30mins before attending to me with no apparent reason (Operation hours are 930-1230pm for submissions). 2. Went back the next day to collect my visa at 3pm. Saw a line of people waiting with no one around to attend to them. Apparently people were waiting from 2pm (collection time 2-4pm). Explanation given was that they needed an officer to sign the release who was coming back from Putrajaya. The officer finally arrived with passports in a basket. People who came much earlier had to line up again! Worst part was, no apologies were given. Overall: • No consideration for operation hours • No proper queuing system • No proper handling of passports (your passport could easily be misplaced or worst, stolen) • Of course, no customer service Poor reflection of a beautiful country.

no.1 renew pasport form..to get next apoiment date for payment..go down kantin floor have the counter..take no.Q)..embassy staf key in form data sistem..proses rangking 30days..staf counter give 1 paper time date slip and old pasport..u can go back home..no.2 u come at apoiment time date..to 1 floor counter first..after that go to 2 floor take no.Q for payment..after payment and get blue recipt..old pasport and paper form..pasport in proses rangking 21 to 30days..no.3 ceking status first at embassy webside..if pasport ready to take..u can set time day to come..come to 1 floor at counter 4..Q time collection 9.30am to 12.30pm..2pm to 4pm..very good u come morning time..sometime so many friend come..sometime not many come..if all nepal friend want to renew pasport..u must come to embassy 3 time..regular pasport renew only paid Rm210..if lost pasport paid Rm420..so good luck to all Nepali friend..TQ

मलेसिया रहेको Nepal embassy ले कहिल्यै फोन उठाउदैन। यदि फोन न उठाउने भए फोन नम्बर किन webside मा राखेको? र emai को reply पनि कहिल्यै गर्दैन। मैले करिब 20 पटक ईमेल गरेको छु तर कहिल्यै reply गर्दैन। मलेसिया embassy हुनु न नहुनु मा केही फरक पर्दैन। बरु embassy नभएको राम्रो। नेपाल सरकार को तलब भत्ता खुवाएर किन राख्ने यस्तो निष्क्रिय embassy. फोन उठाउदैन email को reply गर्दैन तर बेलुका पख 5Pm, 6 pm तिर फेसबुक मा live आएर entertainment गर्छ। लाज को पसारो। फोन उठाउन भ्याएन तर email को reply गर्न त भ्याउछ नि। । फोन उठाउन न भ्याउने email reply गर्न न भ्याउने तर फेसबुक live चै सधै आउन भ्याउने ? हिजडा कर्मचारी।

सर कंपनी ने पासपोर्ट रखा है। हम लोग का नहीं दे रहा है और 4 महीने का सैलरी एक ही बार देता है। 4 महीने में एक सैलरी देता है जब 4 महीना रुकता है तो सैलरी देता है। 3 महीने का एडवांस में रुकता है और हमारा एग्रीमेंट भी कैंसिल कर दिया है और हम लोग को धमकी देता है। कंपनी बोलता है। एग्रीमेंट नहीं के हिसाब से नहीं देगा। पैसा और एग्रीमेंट के हिसाब से अगर लगा तो हम तुमको सिर्फ 8 घंटा ड्यूटी देगा। ऐसा धमकी देता है। कंपनी इसके लिए सर क्या कर सकते हैं आप बताइए जरा?

If is an Embassy which actually represent the Country, do train your tele-customer service or the one pick up the phone well. If I can get information online, I don't need purposely call in and being told - "I don't know" and "find the information online" as a solution. Don't need to be so harsh okay?

Was here around 9.05 to collect one of my staff passport... they ask him to wait until 12.30pm and he is still waiting.... You think we don't have better work to do izit.... stupid management.... organisation bad.... when will you ever improve... …

Namaste Friendly officers and efficient service! Online application was easy too! I did over the weekend before submitting my passport and payment today. I got my tourist visa done in 15 minutes. I love Nepal

Counter staff were adequate in doing their job but an officer is very rude and aloof, doesn't even bother to aknowledge or look at me when asked a question. Typical of govt officers in backward countries

Full of people. Ventilation is bad. The place is stuffy. Remember to print out your Visa application. Even though they stated softcopy is accepted in the application form, but they don’t accept softcopy.

Customer service at the counter was very helpful. At 1st floor there was this nepal guy who can speak fluently in Malay, he even wrote down what i need for a worker pasport renewal

Went to apply for tourist visa. Apply online, then submit docs at the embassy. Visa will be ready next day. Check the website for the process. Process is fast and went smoothly

Easy to find parking. There's one private parking 200m from the building where this embassy is located. The embassy staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful,visit here to renew passport 1 of my staff. But if u want to visit here better came in early morning to avoid long que.
