Upon booking a moving company, I came across New Chapters Movers. From the beginning I was contacted within the day about the job and emailed a quote of the job. The only drawback was the start time. The workers arrived a half an hour late to the job. Giorgi started the clock to be paid when they arrived and from that point on, their work spoke for themselves. Three movers showed up for the job. They had everything packed, wrapped what was needed, and stored it in the truck quickly. They also accomodated me at the storage unit and loaded it with a couple of things bringing me the keys at the new condo I moved into. The movers are professional, genuine hard-workers, and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to receive top rated care of their belongings, to be communicated with efficiently and promptly, and to receive more personal accomodations to your specific requirements. These guys are amazing! They arrived 5 early and worked hard for 8 hours! And the price was reasonable. I have twin infant so I could not help much the day of, I did my best to get everything organized. It was still a mess. Merab and Jaba jumped in immediately and took over the reigns. I am so grateful for their hard work and consistency. They were responsive when I reached out at the last minute to move. They dissembled 2 beds and 2 cribs and put it back when we reached our location. They came with a big truck, wrapped our tv and mirrors. There is an additional fee for packin mirror and tv. Came with extra moving blankets, tape, boxes. Honestly no stone left unturned. And on top of all their hard work they were friendly and kind. I hope I don’t have to move again , but if I did I’d call them again.

This moving company is fantastic! I reached out to Giorgi (New Chapters Moving) in a panic when I was nearing the closing date of my house, only to get sick before I was able to complete the move. They were finishing up a very big move but were willing to show up after hours, if necessary, to help me make my deadline. Giorgi and his brother, Dimitri, were personable, professional, energetic and hard-working. They took great care of my belongings and moved everything - with multiple drop-offs - smoothly and without a single item being damaged. 1 hour late, Gorgo & Cvhick, came w/ Little to no English. They Refused my request for; identification, proof of license and insurance. Lazy, young, careless, clumsy & No respect for my property. Stayed on the phone for 25% of the time here. I commented that they get a lot of phone calls. They said, “so”. They only stayed 2 hours. They were rude w/their Tillisby, Georgian Europe curses. My wise Google Translate. I was forced to accept that & some missing family heirloom jewelry so far. They didn’t finish the job and left a big mess.

We needed to move our very heavy washing machine and dryer into the moving truck and then upstairs in our new house to the 2nd floor where the connections are located. Dimitri and the other man took great care in moving them without messing around the side of the walls or breaking anything we had around them. They were also very kind and friendly. They get the job done and do not complain. They also came prepared with the necessary materials! This was very important!! Highly recommend them!! Thank you both so much!!

Excellent job dismantling, transferring and re-installing my Spencer Marslton table with Simonis cloth felt. Gabriel “the artist” and Michael were very nice and courteous and took their time to make sure my table was taken cared of during travel by covering each piece. Marking each side of the slate, to make sure it lined up the exact way it was initially. They also took their time leveling the table to make sure it was perfect. True professionals. I highly recommend them. Great job boys.

I've moved multiple times over the last 30 years, (military spouse, jobs, etc.), I have never had anyone so courteous and professional as Marko and Xvicha! They worked tirelessly and without even an eyeroll when they had to move a BEAST of a dresser upstairs. (Seriously it is a beast). Marko had a cast on one arm and they still out worked and did a better job than ANY moving company I've ever had! You will never regret using these guys or this company!

Movers took 7 hours when it should have taken them like 4-5. They wrapped all the furniture and attempted to wrap my mattress, which was completely unnecessary and made the process take way longer. I paid $1220 and they didn’t even move all of my stuff, which means now I’m going to have to go back to my house and make like 5 trips back and forth to finish moving everything. Oh, and they showed up to my house an hour and a half late.

I had to move from Lakeview to Jacksonville, I called New Chapters Moving company, they’re customer service is fast and very communicative. I didn’t have to put anything down which was amazing! They worked with me whole time, came on time packed everything in the house and delivered it safely, it is first time that I didn’t lose anything or got broken . Their quality is amazing !
