I consider myself a reasonable and patient person but this company pushed my limits. I do not normally post reviews but I feel compelled to tell about this company. First, I had two other active offers to do the work for my house, that was damaged from Hurricane Irma. I decided to get a third, I choose them because State Farm recommended them so I figure they must be good right? NOPE. First when they got there, they told me they couldn’t get on the roof of my house to inspect it without signing a contract? (really?…that should have been my first sign). I know because the other two roofers inspected my house with no obligations and gave me quotes. So against my better judgement I signed the contract. (people follow your true instincts) , but I asked Tristian and McKayla both for an estimate. Mckayla said she would send me one within the next day. Never got one. I sent another email 2 days later asking for one. Never got one. Ok I let this go. I’ll be reasonable because they are probably just going to go with the insurance quote. So I met with Tristian and Mckayla along with my state farm agent. And Tristian and Mckayla come with no ladder? What roofer does not come with a Ladder? The State Farm agent had no ladder either citing that usually he works with the roofers to get on the roof. So I took time off of work for this meeting. waste of my time. So we all left the meeting on that day..agreeing that Tristian and Mckayla would bring a ladder on the next meeting because the state farm agent said that only certain Vans have the ladders in them and it would take 30 days to request one. Yeah that is stupid but this is what we agreed on that day ..that it would be better for Tristian to bring a later. The next meeting Tristian shows up and he did not bring a ladder again!! So state farm agent is pissed and I’m pissed too as again I took off work for this meeting!! So state farm agent leaves my house pissed. I call him back later to talk him down and he was nice enough to come back later and just write out the claims check even without inspecting the roof. Really nice of him. but what roofer doesn’t have a ladder? I let this go. So then the day they were scheduled to come out to do my roof was Thursday. Tristian said they would be there bright an dearly to do it. They were a no show. I called Tristian to figure out what happened and he said..’oh they thought they were off’ .Again took time out my schedule to be home for this. So next day they come early and finished in one day. Workers did not clean up their material as you can see in the photos. They left a t-shirt and materials in my yard over a week. i called Tristian twice to come pick this up and still stayed in my yard for over week which damaged my grass. I hate to be the person to complain about grass..but I pay over $150 a month on yard maintenance so its important to me. Finally the thing that broke the straw for me…was that they were contracted to do more than just my roof, but for leaks, siding , shutters and windows. They only did the roof and siding and the siding it took over two weeks to get them out here to do. Yet they are now requesting the entire Insurance check and even MORE money for things they NEVER did. I also asked Tristian on more than 3 occasions could he come out and do a final inspection on my roof to ensure they are no more leaks coming through. He has given me the run around on 4 occasions saying he would be here on a certain date and I take time out my schedule and then he no shows. Its funny now he just called me asking for the second part of the check and says he will be here next day to pick it up. But then i couldn’t get him out here for the past 2 weeks to do his inspection. What a lazy person. I never had an experience with such a bad company before. I would not RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Others may have had a good experience, but ours was horrible. New Image gives a 30 warranty which is only helpful if the work is done right and they can fix the problems, which they CAN"T. We didn't find out until too late that New Image uses subcontractors that must not have been vetted at all. We have three chimneys and the flashing job around these leaked on two of them, one to the tune of a gallon every 2 hours or so requiring me to go up into the attic to try to catch as much water as possible at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, the leak was in a room that we used for storage and we didn't discover the leak until my lungs started reacting to the mold caused by the leak! My wife and I both were sick for weeks, never mind the stress caused by the whole mess. It took several attempts to stop this leak, meanwhile more water kept coming in. The other chimney leak was never fixed despite numerous tries to correct it. We finally had to have Dr. Roof come and they fixed it in one attempt! The mold remediation and room repair cost us thousands of dollars. We were in the process of getting our house ready to sell and had to disclose that there was a mold issues that required remediation, decreasing the value of our house. New Image was no help with the insurance claim process for which we had to go through the subcontractor. We started the claim process four months ago and have just now come to a settlement, which will not cover all the costs. This was a total mess! If you have a straight forward job with no chimneys, this company MIGHT be adequate, but if not, do yourself a big favor and call Dr. Roof instead.

UPDATE: I reviewed this company 2 years ago when they initially put our roof on so I wanted to jump back on and add to my review (2 years later) because this company is AMAZING! We had 3 very tall trees fall on our roof due to hurricane Irma-- and even the adjuster was impressed that minimal damage was done and he complimented the quality of the roof installed. I called Montana Mace--to see about the minor repairs needed and learned that he can ALSO take care of the gutters and siding!!! This company is a ONE STOP shop--- THANK YOU Montana Mace for taking great care of us--ONCE AGAIN! HIGHLY highly recommend this company. 10 out of 5 stars.They are the absolute BEST!!!! All I can say is this company is top notch. They made the process of getting a new roof so very easy! Our architectural roof is stunning and the roofers that put the roof up were detailed and diligent. Another thing that makes me extremely happy that I chose this company-- is the fact that they were "in and out" in ONE DAY. No garbage dumps to deal with in my driveway! They cleaned up my yard/driveway beautifully and took the old roof with them on the same day. With all of this being said, I highly recommend this company. They aim to please. We are thrilled with our new roof and the ease of the entire process. If we could give this company 10 stars we sure would! Thank you for a great job!

My wife and I unfortunately bought a home that Had a shingle roof that is defective. 4 other roofers want to inspect and replace my roof until they heard Allstate was my insurance company, they all walked away, without even taking the time to inspect our roof, never to be seen again. Were selling our home as our family is growing but failed our home inspections because of the defective roof. I even had to lower the price of the home to allow the new home owner replace it as we could not afford the $13,000.00 needed to replace it . I was very upset when my wife allowed what I thought was just another Roofing company inspect my roof. But surprisingly they said they would represent us with Allstate to get our roof replaced. Now I have a brand new Architecture roof with a lifetime warranty, they also financed my entire deductible at 0% interest for up to 2 years, which allowed us to pay it off when we sold our home. We finally passed our home inspection AND were able to sell our home for $15,000.00 more than our original asking price. With COVID-19 it was hard to find a contractor to come out and repair a problem in our roof (leak) that ruined our front porch. This constant rainy weather these past few weeks did not help the situation either. There were delayed responses from other companies as well as other contractors who could not fix all our concerns due to COVID-19 limitations. I am so glad I found this company! They were responsive and communicative and willing to address and repair all our main concerns. Zach was professional, responsive and ultimate a great person to work with! It was such a relief to find a responsive company that could get our residential repair completed expeditiously and for a reasonable cost. They are veteran friendly! I would highly suggest this company to anyone with emergent roof concerns during this pandemic. They will get the job done immediately and strive to address all your concerns. Attached are the photos of the porch damage caused by leakage in the roof. New Image roofing first repaired the leak in our roof. New Image Roofing Atlanta made replacing our storm damaged roof far easier than I ever could have imagined the process to be. CJ was absolutely amazing to work with from the first time I met with him until after our roof was completed! CJ helped with filing our claim, was onsite to help with our insurance adjuster, came and showed me all different examples of new shingles and clearly explained what was included with the insurance coverage and what would be a premium option and the differences between them (he was in no way pushy nor tried to up sell me but we did end up selecting a premium multi-colored shingle because of some of the advantages he mentioned). The best part was how well CJ kept in contact about the status of everything, this is something that none of the past companies I had work on our house have been good with. If I ever need my roof replaced again I would call CJ back in a heart beat! Thank you CJ and all of the great people at New Image Roofing Atlanta we absolutely love our new roof!

A hail storm recently struck our home in the Atlanta area and searched on the internet for a licensed roofer. After calling New Image Roofing we spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman that came right over to inspect our home. He explained what hail could do to our roof and gave us a free inspection. After spending some time on the roof and around the exterior of our house he showed us the evidence of the damage with his digital camera. Explaining that hail will shorten the life of your shingle and could cause leeks in the future we called our insurance company and reported a claim. Once we received our paper work we picked out our shingle color and the roof was scheduled to be done within a week. I was expecting this to be a long and drawn out process but New Image roofing helped us and made it a very pleasant process. I would recommend New Image Roofing to anyone, they are very professional and will call them again if another storm ever hits the Atlanta area.

Never heard anything back from the company. Called the company out to get an estimate and the guy came out. Said he would have an estimate written up and never had an estimate given. My mom is a senior citizen and a veteran and most of these roofing companies keep giving her the run around. She needs a new roof and nothing has been done. The guy was more interested in talking to the insurance adjuster. My thing is my mom wanted to know if roof would be covered because there had been a lot of storms and a tree did fall on the house. The guy never talked to me about doing an estimate so i could forward that to my mom. Instead he just said the insurance guy would take pictures of the house and that is all but no estimate or any declaration that they would even fix the house. Maybe we were the wrong skin color. :(

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and personal attention that Montana and Charles gave to me. From start to finish, these guys worked hard, were honest, and worked with me and my specific roofing needs. They were here with my insurance company to guide them correctly so I was able to get the maximum coverage on my roof repairs. And finally, their team was quick, thorough, and very nice during the day of contruction. They were VERY good at cleaning up and making it look just as clean as when they started. We are so happy with New Image Roofing Atlanta.. Before we found them, we called so many other companies around the area and none of them were able to help us with our problem, one company told us they will get a proposal to us within a week and we never heard from them. Charles from New Image Roofing Atlanta showed up to the appointment on time and was able to have a proposal to us within a couple of days. As soon as we decided to move forward with the project, he was ready to start and when they finished the job they left the area spotless. Our dormers look beautiful, they are made of copper, and we have not experienced any leaking problems since they finish. I will 100% recommend them for any project.

I thank the Lord for New Image Roofing, because my roof was leaking around the roof Pipe, where a filter was left off when the roof was put on. I called two other companies but they could not come out because they were to busy even though my roof was leaking. In fact one of them was Crist Roofing & Construction who put my roof on in 2005 and the warranty was still on but he was to busy to come out. When I call New Image Roofing, Mr. Montana Mace was trutly a blessing, he let one of his worker come by in the afternoon to fix my roof. This company is the best! They are super responsive and the customer service is outstanding! They assisted me with a roof repair after a few shingles blew off from a heavy storm and subsequently caused dry wall water damage inside my home. They completed all the work in one day and there was no mess leftover to clean! They also had the very best price compared to other estimates I received. I definitely recommend them for any home repair job and I will use them again and again! Feels good to know a company that takes so much pride in their work and their customer service!

I just bought a house in Decatur. The roof was twenty years old and at it life end. I called Jonell and she sent me an estimate to my email. I had set up appointments with two other roofing companies that used high pressure and added an extra square plus added cost for metal flashing. New Image Roofing gave me a quote which included all the extras the other companies were charging and 2 grand less. This company is great !!! They came out to install my roof and were done in one day. I love my new roof, they did a great job. Thanks Oops I forgot to mention the warranty.

i was referred to New Image roofing by my insurance company so I new I was in good hands. Montana called me that same day to set up a time to come to my house to inspect my roof. New Image Roofing did an outstanding job completing full replacement of 34 townhome roofs. This was a very large project because all 34 owners had to submit a claim to their insurance companies for damage on their roofs. New Image Roofing met with EVERY insurance adjuster on the homeowner's behalf to address any concerns. All claims were paid and the project was completed in record time. I came across "New Image" when they were doing my neighbors house. We had a hail storm come through our neighborhood and we were looking to have someone inspect our roof. They gave us a free inspection and showed us pictures of the damaged shingles too out roof. After I made my claim they met with my insurance adjuster and got my roof paid for along with a leak in my upstairs bathroom. They were awesome to deal with and did a great job replacing my roof! My husband and I were looking for an Atlanta roofer that could deal with my insurance claim. We found New Image Roofing online and gave them a call. They came out and handled my entire claim process just as they said they would! We were paid out by the insurance company and my entire roof was replaced in one day! I asked this company to meet with my insurance adjuster on my behalf they refused to meet unless I sign a contract giving them the whole insurance check. If I get a paid insurance claim and not chose to use them they can sue me and ask for 30% of the claim that was awarded. I refused to sign any form without knowing the material used, and seeing if they are insured. Once I turn over all the money it leaves me with no guarantee the work will be completed. Run from these people.

This company is AMAZING!!! Handled my claim for hail damage perfectly! The insurance company only wanted to pay for repairs, but Montana's knowledge and expertise forced the insurance company to replace the whole roof. I had the misfortune to have two large trees fall on my house in a month and a half and, on the advice of a friend, contracted with New Image Roofing for the repairs. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed by Montana Mace and his crew. We can't say enough good things about this company. My grandmother had a re roof done 2 years ago. It went smooth and the guys are very professional. Fast forward 2 years with that's extreme cold front a seal broke on one of the vents. It took one day after contact with the company to come out and honor the warranty. A+++ customer review.
