I really wanted to like this salon because of all the reviews I’ve been reading but sadly it wasn’t a good experience for me. I booked for an eyebrow threading and eyelash lift 2 days ago but I was disappointed by both services. She did the threading first and she was gonna go in without asking me how I wanted the shape to be so before she went ahead, I quickly said that I wanted the tails shorter and I want the arch threaded so it would be like straight eyebrow shape. She wasn’t willing to listen and just told me that eyebrows should be long and went ahead to shape it how she wants it. I ended up with very long and very thin eyebrows which is the exact opposite of what I asked for. For the eyelash lift, there really wasn’t any at all since it did not do much for me. She said that it’s because I have very short eyelashes that’s why it didn’t get lifted. Although through the process, she was very careful not to sting my eyes which I appreciate. In the end, because of her good personality, I still left the salon with a smile. It’s true that she’s good with rapport but I also think at the end of the day, the customers’ wants should still be followed even if she thinks otherwise.

I met with Renu today about my beauty needs. She greeted me like an old friend. She has such an infectious wonderful personality. She explained the treatment options available to me, leaving me to make the final decision. I was very pleased with the results. My friends complimented me on how good my eyebrows looked. Many thanks Renu. She is so talented. I have the impression that she is not driven by money, but by achieving excellent results of her work. Her parlour after rearrangement looks very spacious. Access to her salon is very easy: plenty of parking spaces around for cars, also opposite the train station. I have no hesitation in recommending New Look Beauty in Marayong for any beauty treatments. Do yourself a favour, try her services and then you'll understand what I mean. She will become your personal beautician.

Did first time a 45min fruit facial in New Look Beauty Salon. I have been trying a lot of facial around the area but this was the best facial treatment I ever had. Renu applies facial product then make sure it will be absorbed properly by taking time to massage it to your face. Best facial massage by far. Then followed by steam and clearing out white/blackheads and applying mask. My face was so soft when I came out of the salon. It is better than the salon found in the malls becuase she makes sure your money is worth it. I will definitely try the 1hr full facial treatment next time. By the way, I always do my eyebrow threading with her because she knows what she is doing and what looks good on you. Great attitude is plus factor but the quality of service is what also makes it a perfect one-stop beauty salon.

Yesterday I got my facial done at Renu's parlour. Such an amazing person at heart! This is my first time at Renu's parlour, she made me feel so comfortable when I wanted to enquire about the facial options. During my enquiry call she sounded so warm and friendly that I instantly wanted to get my facial done here. I really loved the way Renu took care of my skin and she did a very good job as my skin feels smooth now. Thank you Renu though you are going through a difficult phase you made sure that you lightened my face with a big smile. Looking forward for many more facials and friendly conversations. If I could give million stars I will, this was my first time having a full face threading at a salon and I am very happy I went to New Look Beauty Point. I had a wonderful time, not only Renu did a great job with my full face threading but I felt so relaxed and comfortable around her. Don’t hesitate to go there if this is your first time going to a beauty and hair salon. Renu even recommended hair products to use on my hair and she was very helpful. Hubby was very happy with the results ❤️And my kids loved their lollipops ❤️I will definitely go back to Renu and New Look Beauty Point. Thank you for everything Renu ❤️

I got my eyebrows threaded here for the second time and I am so happy with them. I also got a lash lift done as well. My lashes are so short and straight but after the lash lift they are nicely curled and look so long! I’m not even joking. She never seizes to amaze me. She is also the kindest lady. I highly recommend going here:)
