Disgusting customer service I was served by some woman who was making unnecessary comments to me and my partner, when she noticed I wasn’t smiling because we both felt clearly uncomfortable she was glaring at me and proceeded to say ‘does she ever smile’ to my partner which we both agreed was horribly rude. After we walked away she started mocking me to her colleagues, felt completely discriminated against. Just wanted to enjoy our shopping day together, but nasty people like this work in customer service apparently ‍♀️ Really need to sort their staff out as this isn’t a way to treat customers, or anyone ‍♀️This is coming from someone that also works in customer service, you never know what issues people are facing. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all

One of my go to places for buying clothes, but often have a better selection and better discounts online. A couple of months ago, I came to return an order purchased online via PayPal and was told by a member of staff that I was unable to do this and would have to return it at the post office. I left and after looking on the New Look website I found that you in fact are able to return orders purchased via PayPal in store, so went back in and spoke to a different member of staff that processed the return for me with no issues at all. It seems that not all staff members are on the same page and could do with some additional training to avoid spreading false information.

Very taken back by the awful service yesterday around 6PM. I chose some sunglasses and the asian woman at the till did not look at the item I bought, she should have informed me it was faulty/broken, she sold it blindly. She was definitely money hungry because she could’ve asked me to change it for a pair that wasn’t broken. I’m shocked because I was on holiday travelling from very far so now I will be unable to return it. Thanks a lot, will not be returning here.

Awful service overall. What ever happened to 'service with a smile' ?? when serving customers. Also i have called several times into store to check stock on an item and whoever picks up doesn't like to take ownership on checking, they transfer me to another department, then who ever picks up eventually hangs up. Ive had this happened every time i have called up so i don't bother anymore and have resulted in leaving a review as I'm that annoyed with their service.

Went in teenage kid who likes some of the clothing lines. Not much would be to my taste and with all the issues apparently being caused through fast fashion, well that's a separate question. Lots of stuff everywhere and some areas were a jumble of stuff and messy looking. Plenty of staff available and no queue at the till. Overall it's ok if you ignore the ethics and are happy to look through lots of clothing to find what you are looking for.

I was at this store today where staf was searching one Indian woman for not having right receipt. It was unpleasant to see how they were checking her personal belongings. they all surrounded her, poor woman looked traumatised, I hope she's okay. Someone would not go to till with wrong receipt Intenationally. Sometimes you do make a mistake. but at this place mistake is life threatening.

Nice place and a good selection of clothes and shoes but if you are above a size 10 you are out of luck as the sizing is very scarce above that range! I would also say the fit for clothes above a 10 wasn't great, very tent like and hugged in odd, unflattering places. Just be prepared for a size hunt if you visit!

It's a highly female dominating environment and some staff have been quite bitchy in the fitting rooms. However there was one girl on the till who was really sweet, asked how my day was etc and offered to check a size on something. I find the store itself rather warm for something and is very chaotic at times.

New look is one of my favourite shops. The particular one I visited in Leicester though, the mens section is a bit small with limited variety of clothing. If the mens section was a bit bigger with more choices for men I would give it 5 stars. In general, the shop was nice, tidy and the staff quite helpful.

I'm not a great fan of fashion. But these do the best leggings you will ever find. Two pairs for £12.99! And they've been doing the same kind for at least 5 years. It's rare that you find an item of clothing that you really like without it changing or being removed next season.

Wife didn't find what she wanted as stock seems to be all over the place, wanted a pink suit jacket and you would have thought it would have been next to all the other jackets of similar design but no it was over the other side of the place with something totally different!

One of my favourites New Look stores. It is spacious and nice. You can find a bit of everything fashion related and it is relatively affordable. The customer service is fairly good, some are rude but most are nice and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this store.

Had an issue returning some dresses because of the new policies. Yusuf was able to call customer service and get the refund processed. Can't thank him enough for his help. After a bad week it's nice to see there are people willing to take the time to care.

I do really like new look clothes, however they don't stock enough in store for tall people. If your petite or normal size there are dedicated areas but if your tall you take pot luck in finding what you want in store and have to order online.

We went here to get a coat. I spent more than I wanted to but it was a lovely coat. Staff very helpful. Returned within 5 min, no problems. Expected %25 discount online. Went back next day and accepted 10% student discount.

Love the clothes and prices are ok but store looked a mess and lady behind till asked me way too many times to get the 3 for 2 offer (I bought one of them) after already refusing.. didn't want anything else!

Got a lovely coat for the wife £50 not a bad price service was quick and efficient but quite forceful on having a store card when I say no thank you I'm fine it means no stop talking and give me my change

Considering this store is right next to John Lewis. It looks a mess ..untidy and uninviting. .The was nothing to that would catch your eye. THE NAME NEW LOOK DEFINITELY DOESN'T GO WITH THE NAME

Lovely staff but some information doesn't clear such as they had student session at 8.30 and I asked the staff about the discount, they told me it's same but when I did purchase it's not

Not the best new look I've ever been in but a nice layout and nice staff with lots of choice the only thing is that the sale sections are quite messy and the shoe section is minimal.

I'd like to say a special thank you to Ciara from this store who processed my two big returns yesterday. She was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you once again.

I thought as it was a bigger store they would have a better range, but they didn't have what I wanted although the items I required were well stocked in the Loughborough branch.

Can always find something I like in here and the prices are reasonable, the 9/15 range has a few nice bits but there's not much selection unlike other retailers

Like shopping in there But sometimes the music is way to loud and puts you off wanting to look round It's clean tidy clothes laid out nicely Staff are helpful

Lovely shop, clean, friendly staff, but the aisles were too small to push my double buggy round. Could JUST get down main aisle so couldn't look at all stock.

Poor customer service. Got there as soon as opened to hangers and rubbish over the floors. No changing rooms on top floor. Negative comments from staff.

It is a good place for casual places however it could do with more variety and needs to be bit more organised in the changing rooms

Staffs aren't always there to help but if you need assistance they are helpful, also it has good discounted clothes over weekend.

Very good shop but expensive in parts but top level 912 is a good place in the store and has sale goods and children's clothing

my wife like the shop but i don't , always too many people and always a long queue. because my wife like it i give it a 4 stars

Always find myself a little treat here. Can get very busy though. The best time is to go just as it opens, no queues.

Coalville shop is much better than some of the others I've been in. The layout is great and staff friendly.
