Good store apart from when we went the other day the store was basically empty so I left my boots by a seat whilst finding some shoes to try on. Went to put them back on to find they had gone missing. Finally, I found them behind some shoes in a section we hadn't looked in and it could only have been a member of staff that had put them there as there was nobody but 2 staff members around. Was disgusted! My shoes could not have been mistaken for a pair of New Look shoes as they were quite well worn!

Not the best of New Look's in Leeds. This store specifically is always a bit of a mess when I visit, whatever time of day which is really disappointing. There has been a few occasions too where the girl on fitting rooms has been really rude and just stood there on her phone. The clothes are great at brilliant prices too, just the customer service isn't always to scratch

Really excellent staff members which is becoming a rare commodity. As a Dad shopping for an 11 year old and not really getting current fashion trends, one of the staff helped me to pick out an outfit for her. It also ticked all the right boxes. She loved it and I was pleased as it covered more than 75% of her body. Good work New Look.

Not very big, with not much choice was very messy when we visited took a while for us to find what we needed. Also noticed no mens options in this store which is abit of a let down. In future think I will prefer to visit the trinity Leeds shop or Broadway Bradford to be able to complete my shopping trip in one trip.

The white rose store always irritates me, they have many a time had pictures of clothes inside the store that aren't available there... also the sections of clothes seem to be all over and spread out, casual and smart in same areas it's just really unorganized... A few times I've walked in and walked back out again!

We are taking "one happy man here" My wife sorted a dress for herself for the wedding of our niece. She got the jacket,shoes,bag and fascinator within 30minutes. I am totally impressed cos she looks a million dollars. The big problem was I have to buy a new tie for me.

Great shop nice an spacious. They have recently changed the layout making it feel much less crampt and easier viewing. Get many great items from new look high quality materials that last. Would really recommend a visit to get some great fashion pieces.

Very disappointed in your till service. In that, I visited 3 different locations and in each case, there were faults with either, the scanner or till not working. In one location, there was a hold up because of the click and collect.

New look, I'm sorry but it had a peak point, now it's just full of rancid fashion, I go in expecting a surprise and come out with a disappointment tbf, it went very 90s fashion last year and now it's... Something

The sales were on they were clothes on the floor it looked like a jumble sale staff were talking to each other, it is possible a lot better now but it would not be like that down here in Torquay / Paignton

Extremely dissapointed that they removed the mens sections and only cater to women! How sexist is that!??? In this day and age I wouldn't have thought a store like new look would do that! How unfair!

Quite a dingey shop, always seems like there's a sale by how sort of unorganized it is. Clothes are kind of alright and medium priced. Staff seem a bit bored. Changing rooms are lovely though

They have a great range of clothing, shoes and accessories, for men and women. I buy from their tall range and my daughter, petite and we both never fail to get what we were looking for

Still disappointed at the fact they don't sell plus size instore anymore. Surely it's quite obvious there's more of the bigger sized folk out there these days, why not cater for us?

The section for larger people has gone. It's the usual very cramped store - turn around too quickly & you've accidentally picked up 2 shirts, a dubious necklace, & a small child.

Big shop with lots of clothes but unfortunately it is seems manufacturing hands have been changed as jeans and a few other items don't fit the way they used to.

Not a bad sized store with a good selection of reasonable priced shoes and clothing. Particularly like the Apricot brand. Often have good sales on.

Disgusting customer services, the employees are obviously not shown how to deal properly with even the minor of complaints or even the know how.

Unhelpful. Unfriendly. 3 shop assistants stood chatting whilst we get sent in the general direction of what we are looking for. Disappointing

They had an offer of 30% off certain summer clothing at the time of my visit. I have visited bigger New Look stores though with more choice

Lovely clean ( crown point reatail park) shop,friendly staff the only downside is they don't have a big section in the curves department

Removed the men's section, used to be upstairs, got smaller and smaller but been in today and it's gone. Will be using H&M from now on.

Good shop for women, went in with my partner yesterday to find most of the lights off which was obviously no fault of the shop

Finally got some wide leg boots to fit. Brilliant will defiantly go back. The staff were nice & easy to talk to as well

A good place to get some nice pieces and shoes and bags too. Need to keep visiting to ensure bargains are not missed.

Nice and tidy and well presented. Good changing rooms too but a couple of more chairs for Mum's would be nice.
