They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. It typically takes a month or more to get a call back. If you can't walk in, or are calling from out of state, then you might as well forget it.

Not very safe. My car got broken into, call police twice, it took then 2hrs to come and when they did the seem careless. Will never visit this city again. Very sad.
