Carolina Vanegas rang me 10 minutes before our appointment. I rang reception and she asked me to stand by for Carolina explaining that she'd had a cancellation and rang to see if I was available earlier than scheduled. Very efficient. Usually Doctors are running behind. As always, Carolina was her sunny self. She again referred me to the sleep clinic which we had actually discussed as a option 12 months earlier in order to eliminate the source of presenting symptoms. Carolina also suggested that potential mucous leakage from my nasal passage was causing me to awaken an hour after falling asleep dry retching. As usual very thorough. I love Carolina's natural passion. She is the ultimate multi-tasker taking to me in a foreign language (Spanish is her mother tongue) whilst touch typing. Carolina is a rare breed. Compassionate, personable and intelligent. I only know one other Doctor of her calibre and he is in the UK.

I cannot recommend Dr. Carolina highly enough as a professional medical practitioner. She has been a wonderful doctor to me in the time I have been seeing her, including at her previous practice. Her happy, friendly and bubbly refreshing nature together with her precise thoroughness, expert quality of care and understanding, plus her impeccable professional knowledge are second to none. She has been the most thoughtful, caring doctor I have ever had, and I hope I can continue to see her, when needed, in the coming years. And the reception staff - so friendly and supportive. I feel so blessed and privileged to be under the continuous care of such a professional medical practice.

Before moving to the Northern Beaches I had a good, kind, caring doctor which I thought was enough. The Newport Doctor and in particular Dr Edwina Pritchard has been an entirely different NEXT LEVEL experience. Not satisfied with just handing out referrals and scripts, this clinic is exceptional and will leave no stone un-turned in their treatment and care plans but also their full scope of services, in house nurse care and full explanations and active listening. I cannot recommend this practice more highly, particularly if you require a high level of care for health issues.

Excellent practice! Dr Prichard is an outstanding doctor who approaches each patient's needs with expertise, competence and thoroughness. She carefully checks details and engages collaboratively to offer best options and recommendations. Specialist referrals are to similarly excellent doctors who are expert and explain issues carefully. Admin staff are delightful. I am so glad I found such a great doctor and practice to help with my health needs. I have a sense of security, involvement, and understanding of my health issues. Thank you.

I cannot comment on the care of the Doctors as didn't get that far. As a new patient I was told I had to see one particular Dr (3 week wait) then upon turning up I was advised they werent avaliable and that there was no other Dr avaliable. Apparently they had tried calling but, as it turned out, the wrong number was taken down. This despite at the time of making the appointment I confirmed the number... given that they handle medical records this is extremley concerning.

The level of care and professionalism from this suburban medical practice is exceptional in our experience. We are a couple in our 70s without any ongoing serious medical issues. We derive a great deal of comfort from having a medical practitioner who is particularly well informed and proactive in helping us through any health setbacks.

As a patient of Dr. Northover from the very beginning of 'Newport Doctor' I have continuously been treated very successfully and with care by all his staff. The same goes for Jennifer, my wife. Dr Carolina is wonderful, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s not often these days, as a 52 year old man, you walk out of a Drs feeling looked after and cared for. I know Dr Carolina has her patients welfare, health and best interests at heart and core of her practice. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This is probably the best medical practice I've been too, I usually see Olivia Andrews, who is everything you expect in a doctor, but on those occasions I haven't been able to see her, all the others are good too.

Fabulous medical practice. All of the doctors and the nurses are exceptional. They care about their patients, follow up and know the patient's case file. You will be well cared for if you chose this practice.

Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, doctors are amazing... but they charge a pretty hefty surcharge on your eftpos or credit card.. even though they won’t accept cash. which kinda seems unfair.
