They don't close 7 pm they close at 6:30 pm they have to change the schedule that shows online. it took me one hour and a half to get from central London to Croydon to buy one thing you still had in stock and your security said you close at 6:30 not 7. disappointing.

Rude and very unhelpful staff more interested in looking at thier phones then actually helping! Then very aggressive when asked a question! No wounder your store is empty! Went to Zara next door who were the polar opposite, very helpful, polite and friendly.

Well I have got surprised by how big this shop was. I used to see a smaller version of Next, but it was great to pop in as I was needed something. I have got it, got lovely lady at the checkout which was made my day.
