She would lias with me regarding any repair and would always find me the best and cheapest repairer. She has always work hard for me and respect my decision. Recently I had decided to put the property on the market and I got KEVIN PHAN to act on my behalf. He was very efficient and give me advised what I need to do to uplift the condition. In addition he was able source for me the cheapest people to renovate the place, saving me times and stress. He would always keep me in the loop at any stage of the progress. He would spend hours negotiating for the best price with all the potential buyers. Kevin has really gone above and beyond helping me to ease the pressure of handling the process. Kevin and his team are exceptional in helping me to sell my apartment. Apartments are not easy to sell in the current market but Kevin understood my situation and took it on without hesitations. I waited outside in cold windy day for 20 minus! No response when calling or texting, no notice for cancel, no apologies! No matter how good property your company provides, I will never choose nor my friends, my family! Sooooooo bad!

Only professional if they see the . 12-10-2020 today i received a message from this business, asking me to remove the review as according to them I'm not their customer. I remember visiting their office when it was located in Springvale. I went their for an enquiry of a house listed for sale. My review was on the basis of the interaction with the staff.

While looking for a house to rent I came across Alesia, who guided me very well through out the process and she was very helpful of finding a house which suited my budget and requirements. I just paid the equivalent of the whole end of lease amount after having cleaned the house before handing over. It is very important to keep a tab of all things not working and constantly complain, else you will be responsible at the end of lease. I have dealt with the rental agencies and this is the worst one
