If you are not of Asian decent STAY AWAY from this place! When I walked into the store the employee didn't even greet me. When I asked if they carried "semi-mount" rings the employee said No, even those she was clearly standing in front of a case FULL of semi-mounts. I asked again just in case there was a language breakdown and I also pointed to the jewelry in the case and she still said No (looking annoyed I may add). I said that's funny because here is whole case, she then asked me what I was I wanted. I pointed to a ring and she quickly said that the ring was over $3000 (without ever taking the ring out of the case to let me view it or calculate the actual cost) assuming that I could not pay that amount. I then asked about sizing and she spouted off some random lie. At this point I finally picked up that she did not want my business regardless of how much money I came in to spend. I left not only infuriated but disappointed because I was fully prepared and ready to pay for the ring I had chosen but why would I ever give my money to someone who doesn't want my money based on the color of my skin.

I’m Asian so the previous Black poster saying it is about race is not correct. I walked in today and the woman and the man working there were very unfriendly like they did not want to sell anything. The woman asked Me abruptly what I was looking for and I asked her if she carried 24k chains and she said no without a follow up. By the way they did carry 24k chains as I walked around on my own and saw them on display. The woman looked very confused and annoyed. I asked about a 18k good chain and she told me the price and weight without even weighing or checking the tags. Unless she is a genius it would be impossible to know or remember that.

I used to get my necklaces fixed there all the time then out of no where they don’t do that ? The. I had my Asian friend go In there and they did it for 10$ mind you when I went the first 2 times for other chains they charged me 15$ … so I been going to the place across the lot they fix them on weekdays for 10 and they treat you good there. This place I would stay away from Im not spending no more money with them they needs to be shut down how they treat ppl of color

No clue why these people are so rude lol I just called to ask for a quote for a jewellery repair and they said they did not give quotes over the phone. So I simply asked if there was a general price range for what I wanted and the lady said “no,no” and hung up on me. Okay…would’ve stopped by but I guess they don’t want me to.
