New office location of the Nigerian Immigration in Port Harcourt. Always very crowded but people are well coordinated so things move smoothly especially if you know one ot two people there or with genuine appointment. My general view is that the place is operated by maturity. The officials were friendly especially if you dress well while visiting - as you know, nobody knows who and so would like to behave. Sure ypu know what I mean.

Gosh they're so rude and arrogant, I called the customer care to make inquiry on renewal of passport and the lady that picked arrogantly hung up on me without hearing my purpose of calling just like that. They really needs to be trained seriously. It's so annoying and unprofessional of them.

The staff have made a lot of effort to improve one's experience by ensuring various services are organised as quickly and efficiently as possible. The location is very accessible but parking is inadequate.

The immigration office and it's environs is quite very busy due to the large number of persons processing their passports. 1. The waiting space only accommodates 30% of the crowd 70% stand under the sun

They need to be cautioned trained to treat clients with courtesy respect and regard because it seems they are mannerless in their approach serving customers who come to patronize them so i rate them 1%

Croooooowwwdd control needed. The officers need to learn to treat people better and stick to the actual cost of production. It's just a service. Still ok to go to if u can learn patience

Omo this place is arguably one of the most busy place I went to this year yeah, the number of persons were mad, but still there was law and order with a slice of man know man …

Port Harcourt office of the Nigerian Immigration Service also known as passport office. Mostly crowded, you have to arrive early to leave early except you paid for express service.

Nigeria govt should do better. With the volume of traffic coming in here and the revenue generated they should provide a more conducive environment for their services.

Spectacularly disorganised service. In 2023, I’d expect them to have their act together. The queuing system was awful. I was attended to at 2pm for a 9am appointment.

Am giving Nigeria immigration port harcourt a big tumble up for speeding the process of passport as of 3/5/2023 the speed is quite high. Kudos to the new Boss

Fast with their processing here ..but you will always meet poeple .. advice to go around 9am and don't just stay ..ask questions and ask for assistance

To me the immigration office in Port Harcourt is the best, they are honest and don't collect bribe.

You can get your Nigerian Passport done here. Though it can be stressful but then, this is Nigeria
