The male staff works in the midnight(sorry I forgot his name). He was truly our life saver! Our flight was canceled and hotels all booked out around the airport. We were so lucky got contact with him and got a room in the cold freezing midnight. He was heartwarming welcome us and solve our problems. The room and bath were superbal clean and stylish. It was quiet during the night even the pub still opened downstairs. We had very good sleep. The next day, we had lunch downstairs. The food was amazing! The rib eye was cooked perfectly and juicy! Our rescheduled flight was canceled again. The venue manager was helpful and booked us in another stay and wished us a good rest. Such lovely and heartwarming business. We felt so blessed and lucky we found this place during the flights canceled tragedy. We will definitely visit this hotel again when we visit Melbourne next time! Thank you all the great hospitality

I stayed in this accommodation and can’t fault cleanliness or attention to detail. Bravo!!! However, when I left my room and forgot my card, this guy said he will help me. He was on the phone the whole time and it sounded like he was racially profiling me. I asked who he was talking to and he said ‘my girlfriend’. I then asked him if that was appropriate given he was in work hours. He said yes, is there a problem with that’? Me… of course because I’m a costumer and it’s inappropriate to talk to your girlfriend while trying to sort out my dilemma. Long story short, he says there’s no one here higher than him. I am now feeling unsafe in this place

Customer service very poor. Mould in shower, food was tasty, but drink didn't come out until dessert and only after we asked twice for it. Bed was uncomfortable, and it seemed there was a double quilt in a king cover so there wasn't enough blankets. You also get a breakfast box containing: milk, small packet of cereal, a juice box and a bite size museli bar, which seems fine until you realise this is to SHARE!!! No lift access to rooms, you must walk up a flight of stairs. The best thing about this hotel was driving away the next morning.

Room clean, bed comfortable. Very noisy fan in bathroom. And music playing all night, even after patrons left downstairs at 2am. No sleep at all! Disappointed as meant to be one room two ladies. But when we arrived one room each, no refund!

Second night I brought for dinner lamb shank with veg and mash potatoes ( broccoli , carrots ) It was sooo yummy for $27 ... Would definitely recommend..Staff have been so kind friendly and inviting..

The accommodation wasn't terrible, however, the showers were cold and we feel the staff could have a been a bit more helpful on arrival. The restaurant's roast of the day was a generous portion and well cooked.
