I love shopping at this Nike store! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of products. The store is clean and well-organized, and the prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the attention to detail in the displays and the overall shopping experience. Highly recommend!
some of the athletes are very friendly and helpful whereas some others have attitudes and act like you owe them money. Nike has good products but really should do better at training. Also Nike’s customer service line is the worst. Wondering how much sales Nike loses for the bad customer service every year.
I got helped by IVAN. He mentioned the review but since I was in a rush & leaving out of state that night I didn’t have time to. I just got back & the survey page didn’t let me do it. So here I am giving credit to IVAN for good customer service. He helped me save 10% also!
Nice place. they don't have all the models or references in shoes but anyways have many options. If you download the app . . In your first buy you will get 15%. Look at my pictures. . . There's a Jordan boots collections from the first one. . That's nice.
Popular place, if you have teenagers they will love this store. But this store is in Portland city. If you have a stroller or Wheelchair you might be tough to Entrance area. Because tight and a lot of people line up all the time. Way too busy in there.
Everyone was helpful from the minute I walked in. There's hand sanitizer location all over. No temp check or signs for the amount of ppl allowed in. There is mask requirements and plastic shields at check out.. will be back soon as my order shows up..
Great selection of clothing but considering we were in Nike country we honestly expected more. Like the Eugene location it had more clothing that it did shoes which is a bummer. Staff was 5 star, location a little shoddy but beautiful inside.
I want to start by saying that I have always been a fan of the Nike brand and have a deep appreciation for Portland, a city I hold dear. However, my recent visit to the Nike store in Portland left me quite disappointed due to an unfortunate
As soon as you enter your greeted by the casual but cool security that you might mistake for models. I usually head right upstairs and stare at the entire Air Jordan Showcase that wraps the entire second floor before seeing the new Lebron /
NIKE!! What can we say! Swoosh “Just Do It”!! Yes this store is so amazing and is very much an iconic store to be inside and witness all this iconic brand has to offer! Athletes and all alike. I absolutely respect when Bill Bowerman says
Fun and friendly store. My three month old trainers where the sole had become unglued needed a repair (manufacturing fault) was not interesting to the staff. Shame as any glue would have fixed it but the staff member just walked away and
Not terribly special or interesting. When I was a kid, the Nike Town in Portland was awesome and had cool stuff I couldn't find back in the midwest. Now, with the advent of online shopping, why bother. There's nothing that screams Nike
Literally went in to buy 4 items. Once I stepped outside and checked receipt it was 5 items. We were charged for something that wasn't even in our bag as well as the price was different from all the other items in the bag. So where
Awesome store no doubt, but the service is severely lacking. Walked around for about 10 minutes with zero greeting and zero help. I even stood next to the clothing and shoes I was curious about but nada…Ended up leaving. ♀️ …
You can see a collection of past Air Jordans. You can also see many original products from Portland and products made in collaboration with universities in Oregon. As expected, it is the birthplace of Nike. It's worth going once
I love geting my Exercise gear here. They have the best leggings and training bras and shoes. The store is very well put together and there was people around That was able to help me find what I needed.
Near empty store, stating that they are at capacity of people in the store) and are making you stand in que outside in sun!! Plan your time 20ish mins in excess of what you want to spend here.
A little bit disappointed that The shop is small and doesn’t really have a lot of choices. The only interesting is AJ collections, but tbh it was not that exciting.
Being a big showroom I was expecting many models specially canvas shoes not available Was looking for sneakers shoes not available
