If I could give this store a zero rating I would... I had a recent experience at this store where I bought a top from them however there was a rule that I couldn't try it on in-store so I bought it. When I went home and took out the plastic package the shop girl had given me, I noticed the top had a black mark around the collar and therefore unwearable. So I went back to the store the next day and this same store girl refused to allow me to get an exchange even though she was the person who had given me the faulty item and it wasn't a change of mind return. The way the staff dealt with this situation was unprofessional and disrespectful as a customer. I will never step foot in this store again and would definitely NOT recommend.

I went in to buy scarves. The girl working there was on her phone the whole time. She served me while still on the phone. I paid $30 for 2 scarves. Then I went to another store across the centre and they had the same scarves, 3 for $25. I walked back into ninety9. The girl was still on the phone, while with another customer, I asked for a refund or price match, she said she couldn't do it. Rip off store, and as polite as she was, she was very unprofessional being on her phone that whole time while working. Not going back there ever again and will definitley not be recommending them to family and friends.

I love this store so much!! They provide all the essentials like body tops and jilbabs in a huge range of colours and in the COMFIEST materials, and a massive range of scarves in all colours and materials :) I have a jersey scarf from them that I’ve been wearing almost daily for the last 7 years and it still looks brand new. Plus the customer service is unmatched. I definitely recommend!

I don't recommend this place. Unprofessional staff. I didn't like the way she talked to me when I changed my mind regarding one of the 4 scarves that I have purchased them, by the way I changed my mind after paying by 5 minutes. It was unrespectful way and she justified her way that she is making me a favour by exchanging it to me..

Worst place I’ve ever been, went in and made sure to ask if I could at least exchange my product while buying it and they said yes. I went back in today and both the staff and manager were the most rudest people Workers I’ve ever met. I was lied to and the manager didn’t even bother listening to my concerns. Never going again.

Best hijabs in town and God only knows I have hundreds! Been shopping here for over 8 years and it is my go to for everything. From body tops, hijabs, to caps, jilbabs, kaftans and body dresses. Love love love the quality. Adore the service. Obsessed with the staff ♥️♥️

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with fitting me for my first hijab. They were also amazing for recommending colours and styles that suite me. Thank you so much for all your help, I will definitely be a returning customer ❤️

horrible store with horrible staff, who don’t understand what good customer service entails. please re-train your unprofessional staff members. i don’t recommend this place at all and i’m surprised they are still open.

The staff don’t speak English well but the scarves are fantastic! $10 each. The jersey scarf I got is honestly incredible. Cheap cheap cheap basic dresses and things too. A small shop but such a gem
