Never been before but had a voucher for this place so thought we'd give it a try. Firstly, we couldn't use out voucher on their web site to book a session. Tried twice on different days. Contacted voucher supplier who after investigation, stated we had to contact Ninja Parc, which we did once they opened. They were helpful on the phone and advised that they were having issues with their website and all we needed to do was complete the waiver online. We booked the 2-hour session on the phone and were told to arrive 10 mins early and bring our voucher with us, which we did. On arrival, after checking in, we weren't given any direction as to where we had to be. My child went into the play space, and I followed. We started to play but after a few minutes a female employee started shouting at us to get out. My child has ASD and ADHD and found this very confronting as did I. He did not react well, especially as the woman continued to shout at us and threatened that she would call security. We quickly left the premises and returned home but the poor behaviour and lack of clear communication at the Centre had already taken its toll and my child was upset, anxious and frightened for the rest of the day. I have contacted the voucher company to also express my disappointment with this centre and advise them I would not be purchasing further vouchers as we do not intend to return. Thankfully we have an abundance of good activity centres around us, that are caring and respectful to their clientele and very inclusive of participants with disabilities and we will continue to frequent them.
Hi Mac, It’s gonna be tough not going to Ninjas, all of us love it there. It’s super relaxing and friendly environment for me to relax and have some me time. The kids love it! You are and have “ the best coaching, influence and attention for kids, positive attitude, fun, funny and exciting!” Coaching staff I have seen anywhere. NinjaParc Bayswater is a total package, not only for fitness, for a team environment, cleanliness and empowerment to build self esteem and ability for all ages. I really want to thank yourself and all the people there, from Taylor and crew at the door to the instructors themselves. We are really gonna miss our time there. I really hope they get one down Gippsland. It would be a real asset and business opportunity for someone with your flare. I’ve normally got something to say in improving a facility as yours however I can’t think of any. Keep up the great work and when we’re down this way we will definitely be popping in for some “Go Ninjas!” Yours sincerely Cam, Pepa and Rhys.
First visit to today with the kids (4 years old and 7 years old). The introduction to the rules were great but would have appreciated clearer signs (arrows) on the floor circuit and obstacle course (as some were faded). We were hoping to see more help on the floor as mentioned on the site to figure out how to use some equipment. Unfortunately only saw staff busy running birthday parties. We were confused why a party began sitting in the middle of the floor circuit, meanwhile we saw other parties setup in other areas of the floor and brought around to do different activities. While were running the floor circuit the party kids were asked to find different objects such as “How many black objects they could find?”. This sent kids running all over and head on into our kids trying to run the circuit and did our best to avoid crashes and moved on as we realised this couldn’t be avoided. Overall good experience and nice to try something different for the kids.
As an “aunt come grandma” of some middle primary school aged kids, I carefully booked this as a school holiday treat. We arrived, excitement high, to discover I had booked for LAST week. Whoops! I felt like a galah but reception graciously transferred our tickets and was beyond thoughtful and polite. I seriously could NOT fault this beautiful and caring customer service and the kids had an absolute BLAST in this huge space full of fun obstacles. Some were hard and had to be modified (the salmon ladder) but others like the slack line could be worked on for a good period of time and improvement seen inside the time slot. Would highly recommend for both the customer care AND the great time the kids had. Thank you Ninja Parc Bayswater for a great school holiday treat.
The community here is absolutely fantastic. I have never been happier at a place in my life. During the day, the thing I look forward to the most is going to Ninja Parc. The trainers there are so skilled on the topics they teach and I have learnt so much. Looking back to myself a year ago, I've come so far, this gym changed me and how I look upon life. My mindset has improved ten fold since I joined and I've never been happier. Another bonus of this place is I met my favorite person on earth there. I absolutely love this place and to anyone who is considering either, sending their kids here or coming here themselves. I highly recommend it. Thank you Mac and all the other trainers there, you changed my life
Don't recommend for kids that have never been there before for the free play or don't book more then a hour. We attended the free play (regretfully booked 2h) , even the website saying there would be a staff to help the kids to enjoy their time, there was none. The only staff was the lady in the cafe and one ranger in the ground that was running a class. Maybe for kids that attend regular classes, that know how to use the equipments would be more fun. The other down side is that inside was hotter then outside. First time that my kids were done in 30min, I struggled to make they stay there for the 2h .
My friend had a party here and it was the best party I’ve ever been to before!!! The food was 10/10 and the hotdogs were deliciously great. The parkour parts were my favourite! The levels weren’t too easy and weren’t too hard… Perfect! P.S my favourite part were the large blocks of plastic hanging from a piece of rope and you had to try and jump onto each one… P.P.S Parents, don’t worry about your child falling or hurting them self… Underneath all of the obstacles, there are soft mattresses just in case!!! The staff are also super friendly. Definitely come here!!!!!
Our kids attended the 3 hour school holiday program last week. We also paid for the lunch upgrade. It was great to drop them off knowing they were going to be supervised and have fun being active. The feedback from the kids was great, they had so much fun, enjoyed their food and can't wait to go back. The venue is cooled via evaporative cooling it seems so it was hot and humid inside on a summer day but otherwise zero complaints
went here for my sisters birthday, and my sister tripped in the car park and grazed her hand pretty bad and wen we went inside to get a bandaid and the lady behind the counter said she was on the spectrum because she was crying, and was more concearned abput getting my mum to say it wasnt inside the park so we cant sue bassically plus i was charged extra for my drinks and only realised when my friend got the same for less
Despite the advertising, this place isn't well suited for small kids. Kids younger than 10 will struggle with the difficulty of obstacles. And there are so many young children running through obstacles that adults won't be able to use the challenges properly. It really needs more attention from staff to keep things orderly and safe especially during school holidays.
We have had the most wonderful experience at NinjaParc Bayswater, both my boys have loved their time there and learnt so much. Mac and Damian have been absolutely phenomenal, their support, their love for what they do and their understanding of children in general is absolutely unmatched in any other program we have ever been a part of.
Had a birthday party with 24 kids aged from 3-12 years old. They all had a fun time and were well taken care of! We also had the indoor soccer court at the back for the table set-up which was great because there was a lot of space for the kids and adults. Thank you to Taylor for making sure the kids were engaged and happy!
My 6 yr old is crazy about Ninja stuff. She enjoyed herself. The level of difficulty is from Medium to hard I would say. Not for every kid. You got to have strong arms to do the Ninja stuff. On the other hand, we did see kids at a birthday party with a coach to help out which was good. Overall my 6 yr old had a good time.
This is a great place to bring the kids, you can come as an adult but its filled with little kids so you would feel out numbered for sure. There is everything from the warped wall and spider jump to peg wall and net climbs...kids 4,5,7,8 had lots and lots of fun. I was very busy... There is a cafe with snacks and coffee.
Very small- only 2 areas for kids to go- can do the whole thing in 15 mins ... need more equipment - if your kids are under 8-10 def not much for them to do! gates also annoying - constantly have to ask reception to get back in - don't think adults really want to do the course anyway - it's very basic …
I would like to specially thank Levi. I work with a child who has ASD, among other things, and we participated in the school holiday program. Levi was incredibly understanding and checked in with us multiple times. My client had lots of fun and was able to feel safe during his experience. Thank you.
Came here for an 8 year olds birthday party. Great set up, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, plenty of sanitation stations and the toilets were very clean. States for ages 7 and up, but l felt it would better suit 10 and up, as some of the younger kids couldn't do all the activities.
Re Bayswater: Decent range of challenges, some definitely a bit tough for younger kids, some even hard for adults! Authentic to show. Only criticism is they have plenty of space for more activities which would be great to fill as we were struggling with what to do after an hour.
Huge space but very limited activities. They also have a weird kid (appears to be from a staff's child) going around picking on children and reminding them about their session time despite it was none of his business. Not going back again.
We've been for a play and 2 birthdays there and I can honestly say the parties were amazing! So we'll run, the staff, food, entertainment was all 5 ⭐ Definitely recommend it. More suited to kids 7+ but 4yr old can't wait to have a go too.
If you have a little ninja at home, this place is amazing! My 4 year old went hard, for the open play session and loved every minute of it. Won't lie, I challenged myself to a few things as well (definitely not the ninja type lol).
What a fantastic setup! My daughter (4) and I have visited twice, and will most certainly visit again in the future. Clean facility, polite staff, reasonably priced, and lots of challenges for all ages with the obstacle course.
Kids absolutely love this place! The staff are brilliant the way they interact with the kids and teach them different skills. Cafe is great also. Highly recommend this place for casual play, ninja lessons and parties …
Kids loved the variations in all the activities which kept them so engaged and challenged. The facilities are clean and spacious. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so approachable. We will be back soon.
Amazing space with lots of great ninja equipment. It's wonderful to find somewhere fun for both my girls to play at the same time (ages 5 and 8). I would definitely go back. Very helpful friendly staff.
I would highly recommend this place, no matter kids or adults! You will see heaps of tackle and you will have lots of fun. Very spacious and well maintained.
Fantastic place to run the kids raggered. Lots of options for all ages, but probably best suited to 7-8+ depending on your kids size and physical strength.
My boys (7 & 10) had a wonderful time at ninja Parc today. Staff were so helpful, customer service was excellent! We will be back. Thank you …
Great place for older kids, may be a bit to big for little kids. Good food drinks and services! Also great for birthday party's! Highly recommend
My 6 year old son loved it here, he found some of the obstacles course hard but his favourite was definitely the climbing wall.
Had our kids bday here. All the kids loved it. Was super fun. Cafe staff a bit flakey (get a receipt) but the parc was great.
Great place to take the kids. Kind and professional staff. Love coming here. Thanks for the great job you all do
Great fun but you really need to do something about the heat. It was hotter inside then outside on a 31deg day.
Great parc poorly set up though maybe a design issue mind you this came from a 13 yr old.
Watched my grandsons.. amazing place.. they absolutely love it and look forward to going
Great experience, I love the place it's not too crowded, and kids can enjoy a lot.
I went with my 11 year old he had a great time can’t wait to go back
