This (Malay-owned) restaurant has by far, the BEST japanese food i have ever eaten. The sushi is soft in the outside but crunchy and flaky in the inside. And the noodles are so refreshing and delicious (i recommend the shio or shoyu ramen). Dont even get me started on the salmon. Even the salmon skin tasted amazing. Not to mention this is such an underrated restaurant. And the price isnt that bad compared to other restaurants like rakuzen and sushi zanmai. Would deff come here again Note: when we called in for a reservation the waiter told us we dont really have to book one cause theres usually not a lot of people. But bear in mind the restaurant is quite small. I'd recommend booking beforehand especially on weekends and holidays.

A halal Japanese restaurant chain that has been established for about more than 3 years. There is a wide selection of dishes to pick. The quality of the food is down a bit, so here are my points for improvement : 1) reduce your wasabi container size. 2) The Tempura frying procedure need to be reviewed and improved. Too much oil is trapped in the batter which gives a not so nice eating experience. 3) keeping the raw fish for sushi cool. We will definitely patronise this place for its commitment to Halal requirements, but may need to improve the quality of the dishes.

Why the best place?the menu spread. It's like going to a new restaurant everytime. Spoilt for choice,so many items to try. Missed the dine in experience too! Secondly, I'm pretty sure their team listens to customer concern. Im sure im not the only one who raises concern regarding the amount of Wasabi,Sweet Soy sauce provided for take away. I was able to use the Wasabi,the sweet and normal soy sauce from my previous order. That shows it is not cost efficient. After the input, now,they provide takeaways with the correct sufficient amount of wasabi and soy sauce in smaller packets. No more waste!

Food is not bad at budget style Japanese food. Restaurant interior like Japanese style but the service style like warung melayu . A staff simply sing malay song loudly while working , and feel very noisy from the kitchen , sound like crashing dish or dropping the dinner ware things . The look a like supervisor or manager (tall guy with abit white hair) is more professional in working and he is polite. Overall I feel like entering warung melayu stall , hope they improve this

The restaurant is big with ample seating. However, parking could be an issue as there is limited carpark. The wait staff will not sit you at your table so you can just sit anywhere you want. The store smells “fishy”. I know it’s sushi place but the smell can be repulsive, like things are not cleaned or well maintained. Service takes some time, wait staff won’t come to you and explain how you order unless you call them. Food is average, Empire Sushi has better sushi menu and faster service. X

Coming here expecting curry rice is good, but it is just okay. Sushi king curry rice is better. Curry is bland and not so good. Price is at high end.

The worst Japanese food I've eaten. It doesn't even taste similar to normal Japanese food. If this was sushi king i can accept lack of quality coz its cheap. But this place is not cheap and taste terrible. I ate at the neighbour vietnamese food and it was fine and i came a few times. This nippon sushi was so turn off considering the vietnamese next door is decent taste. Same owner but totally different quality

Muslim owned. Concept similar to sushi king but have plenty more selection on their menu. However i'm not very fond of their ramen. The portion is big but the taste is just basic. My personal opinion, if you really want to eat ramen and crave it, better go for the speciality restaurant to avoid disappointment. Easy to find parking.

Just had a family dinner here celebrating dad’s birthday. The staffs are really friendly and accommodating. Food is reeeeeaaalllyyy delicious. Just pick any, you wont regret. Variety of meals and drinks options compared to other Japanese eatery. Price is really affordable. Easily become my number 1 place for sushi.

Very unhappy with the food here. Skewered scallops tasted like it was taken out of the freezer and straight into the microwave. Supposedly grilled, but was crunchy. Tasted like chlorine and after taste was something like what an unwashed public toilet would smell like. Couldn't force myself to finish it. Also tried yellowtail, tuna and salmon sashimi - all of which did not taste fresh. Would not come here again.

What can I say, this is a very well run business. The manager (well at least he seems to be one) was very attentive, and so were the other staff. They made us feel welcomed and definitely made us wanna go there again. 10/10 would recommend

Beef bowl was so dry and tasted bland. Sashimi wasn't fresh and presentation was horrible. I've finished eating all my mains and sides, yet my appetizer still hadn't arrived after more than half an hour, although I'm the 1st customer who arrived and had been waiting for them to open for the day. Price wise is too expensive considering the low quality food and service. Definitely won't come again.

This is a great outlet. I have been to the Subang Parade outlet, and this one is wayy better! The service was fast even though the restaurant was pretty full, and the food was cooked really well. We celebrated my dad’s birthday here, and we had a great time. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the Prawn Teppanyaki. I would have that over and over again!

had dinner here with my family, food was nice.convenient parking, but i think maybe the staffs need more training to be more professional in serving customers. we are not feeling comfortable,being stared at while we're eating, from 4 different corners (how do i notice this? everytime i lift up my head, we happen to make eye contact ) and lastly, more smiles please

Went back again to this place the second time.. sushi products were fresh and awesome. The set meals were tasty, and was on par with real Japan taste. (I know coz I stayed in Japan, back in my uni days) way better than the typical belt sushi places .. in my opinion better than sushi king.. the robot delivery system (for sushi orders) were fun to watch too..

kedai best, makanan sedap. tapi bila order delivery, option yg ada cuma dari kedai (lalamove). and driver yang hantar pun tak call main tinggal je kat guard house lepastu tak update. terbiar makanan kat guard house sampai 20 minit. mungkin boleh consider letak restaurant dalam grabfood / foodpanda or guna delivery service yang lain.

They have kaiten sushi, ala carte & teppanyaki option for you to choose. Ala cart menu will be delivered by train. Orders were made by write an order paper and you can call the waitress using caller button to take your order and wait for your food to arrive. Big portion food but the kaiten sushi not many options to choose at.

So happy when I knew there’s a certified halal sushi restaurant. Everything we ordered and we took from the train buffet were delicious. The restaurant also looked good. Only the parking might be the reason for me to go to another outlet next time. It was far and at first I couldn’t find the way out to the restaurant.

This place is very new when I went but the sushi here is the best!!! It offers wide selection of sushi & japanese cuisine. Everything is so delicious and actually better than some of the overrated sushi places *cough sushi king cough*. The owner is a female muslim so you don’t have to worry about the Halal status.

Just having dinner with my husband. This is my 1st and last visit this restaurant. 1. Poor service : when visit, no staff was arranged table for us, did not provide menu, need to call few times only have staff walk over 2. Food : Sashimi is not fresh, taste is damn worst and the portion is small.

For sashimi lover very recommended this place. Price berbaloi dengan makanan. Salmon taste sweet and nice. Very satisfied with the service and food. Have halal certificate also.

Loves coming back, loves the food, the environment, staff are friendly, the only things that i dislike is i always get the last sit where the sushi train (not sure what it called) passed by and when is our turns the sushi are always taken by sits before us so we never had any chance to feels

Curry meal/dish is how I determine if the place is a good Japanese place. Hence, the curry udon I ordered. Decent size with decent taste. Not bad. Sushi roll was quite big too. Tried the mochi but it was bad, don’t like the texture at all, too soft. Overall service is good and clean place.

Excellent food in terms of choice and quality. Very responsive staff. Has a loyalty program where every rm1 spend will earn 1 point and 100 points can be redeemed for a serving of sushi (~rm5). Parking is ample in front of the shop and more parking is available in the basement.

Utterly disappointed with the quality and portion size of the food served here compared to other Japanese places i.e Sakae Sushi or Sushi Tei. The taste was artificial and it was very expensive. Today will be the first and last time visiting this place.

Just had my nice dinner with hubby and daughter. Loves overall and especially the aroma and flavour of the soy sauce, wasabi, mochi and macha redbean icecream. Must visit and enjoy meals there again. Location also very easy to find.

Good sushi place. Food is good. But now there's not so much sushi on the sushi belt, have to order. Parking is not easy, last resort have to park in front maybank area and cross the streets.

The sushi was good. But the rice was ok only. Felt you can get better gyudon from Sukiya at Paradigm Mall. On the plus side, there's ample parking and there's more than enough seats.

Went for the 3rd time, the sushi never disappoints us. The food taste amazing and fresh. we will surely come again.

The restaurant seems lack of workers. Services is pretty bad in term of punctuality and accuracy. I believe there is lack of worker and a lot of miscommunication
