A little overrated and expensive as compared to services. I visited today and was treated well as a new customer. I had hair cut, shave and facial. Hair cut and shave was good as per my expectations. For Facial, the receptionist told me that the staff will check on your skin and recommend it. I saw the menu card and that seems a little weird and different from other salons, like Nirvana has basic facial and advance facial (we are in IT city..lol) and when I asked the staff as to what is the difference between a basic and advance, he was not able to explain me, but I still tried the advance facial to see as to what is the difference from other salons. To be honest, I would NOT recommend males to have a facial here, as its just applying of packs without a face massage. my facial was net 45 minutes (advance facial) or lesser and I could not make any difference like what would have been different in a basic facial. FYI.. Basic facial starts at 900 and advance at 1700. The product which was used was clariglow which I saw online was costing some 300 bucks for entire pack. Recommendation to owner is to add more switches and drawers as half of the items are stored on the ground and staff has to pick it up again and again. I am not sure of being a loyal customer here, as my first experience was not that great. Lastly, its a unisex salon so there is no different menu card which I feel is a reason for high price unlike any male salons. Thanks!

I would give this saloon 0 stars only if Google gave that as an option. This was my first time visit and boy they messed up big time. Firstly the saloon's interior design is good and welcoming. When my haircut started, I could clearly see that barber was an amateur. But I never assume amateurs to be bad barbers. The pace of the haircut was slow as after the initial hair length shortening, the barber started reducing hair length with almost 1mm length at a time. You can judge his confidence now. When the haircut was complete, it seemed okay given that my hair was fluffy from being blown dry, so I could only judge it somewhat. After I came home, I took a shower and when I styled my hair like I do normally using some styling cream, I found that my hair wasn't cut symmetrically. The area above the ears was unevenly trimmed on the right and left side. The right side was fine but the left side seemed as it hasn't been trimmed at all. I was literally in shock. I didn't have the patience nor the trust to go back and show it at the saloon. I took my beard trimmer and trimmed the excess hair on my own. I can safely say that for a haircut, this was the worse experience I ever had in my life.

I am going to this Salon since last 4 years.But today When I asked them why are you charging for sheets which they use during haircuts and waxing. This is basic hygiene rules and as per government regulations you need to follow basic hygiene. So I got response from Shekhar “ government did not say anything and if you have problem then don’t come I don’t need customers. No one asked you to come to our salon “ this is the attitude. So Mr. Shekhar now I’ll make sure no one from my friends & family will come to your Salon. Please understand we don’t have problem in paying for service . But Did you inform us before service that price has increased or you are charging any thing extra? And membership is not applicable Now or need to renew.. even after that I was ready to pay all but “don’t come we don’t need customers is this a way to speak “Then I have complete right to raise a question. But the way Shekhar spoke it is not acceptable. It was very rude. He don’t have any right to speak to me like that

I decided to have a cysteine treatment at nirvana. Lakpe was great and did a great job. The staff maintained the necessary covid rules and were very courteous. I was in a hurry so Lakpe asked another guy to assist him in my hair treatment and so it took lesser time. the next day i had to come back for the final hair iron and wash and since I had a flight to catch i asked if i could come early morning to do that. Although the salon opens at 10am, Lakpe agreed to do the treatment at 7 Am for me. He also brought another colleague with him to help expedite the process for me. I was done by 8am and my hair felt great. In my experience i think this is extraordinary customer service as well as the hair service was so good. On top of that they also offer a 25% off and my total came down to a very reasonable amount depending on the length and volume of my hair and the treatment i did. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and would return whenever i visit bangalore. Thanks!

I went to Nirvana Salon just yesterday, and I must say it was a great experience. I would like to specially call out to Assis for giving me a beautiful hair cut. He suggested what would look good on me and did just that. I loved it. Also would like to call out Babitha for doing the rest of my things. I went there sharp at 10 am because I was in a hurry to go out somewhere after that and the one thing that stood out for me was that all the staff at Nirvana were on/before time. It was a good experience

I m a regular goer to Nirvana Salon. As far as I've experienced, the staffs are very polite and welcoming. To specify Ms. Shabnam to whom I regularly get my services done - a polite very professional person who does a really amazing job. Very comfortable with her service hence I chose her every time I go. Guys I give nirvana 4/5 as overall rating. I do prefer this salon among other good salons because of the above reasons and yes, great offers are going on which is really affordable. MUST TRY!!!

I went for basic services- arms waxing, threading and a manicure. Firstly, nobody takes the masks seriously here. I was being breathed upon while getting my upper lips done. They constantly tried to sell me more services, and particularly the expensive ones. The service wasn't great. Infact I was also warned that if I take the basic manicure, it wouldn't be good enough ( why put it in your list of services then??). There are definitely better salons on Neeladri road.

I went to get a haircut after the reviews I saw. In my case the service was below average, including the haircut. Person promised me layer cut, after he cut , it looked as if I had done a cut from a local place, let alone the layers. The cut costs 750, which I admit is same in other salons as well. For the same cost texture touch offers a better cut as well as good hairwash. This fellow seemed to be conserving water for my hair wash. I wouldn't go here again..

They charged the normal price that these days other salons charge - 800 RS. But for both me and my friend they have not done it properly. We felt it was totally a waste of money. Asked for layer cut and he just cut it short keeping almost unnoticeable layer. It was just a normal cut which even I myself could have done. In less that 5-7 mins it was over. Though they have given good hairwash, it is not the only thing that we go for (nor the important thing)

It'sy first visit to bangalore and this area electronic city ,when i got to know about Nirvana salon .The staff here named (Shobhita ,Lakpa ) are the most common person assissting me in Hair spa ,Waxing ,facial all the time and i am so impressed by the amazing way they treat me .They are so much calm and patience in the work they are doing .Nirvana salon is one of the amazing place a person can come for relaxation.Enjoyed a lot everytime i visit here .

Awesome experience. Anish is my all time hair dresser. He is a fantastic hair dresser. I have always chosen and booked his time for my services. Only place where I visit for my grooming when I am in Bangalore. Highly professional and truly committed towards customers. To add, here Rohan is my go to hair dresser these days and he is the one being best one for me!! I am like in complete awe with his service!! Thanks Rohan. The guy in this picture!!

Worst Service. The only thing they do is get money from you for sitting inside their premises. The person who did the service was not responsive, he was not well equipped to do his job - no battery in trimmer , had only one pair of comb and scissors, mentioned that there was no warm water for hair wash, used dirty styling cape (cloth) and didn't have proper cleaning brushes. If there was a negative rating, I would have gone for that.

I didn't go there for a particular reason, but i felt so happy while leaving from there because of the service, the pricing and the behavior of the staff were all so satisfying that i made up my mind to visit this place the next time i think of a hair spa. These two people Mr. Lakpa and Ms. Sabita were so good at their work that i just can't think of another place for my hair and skin, just loved it.

The staff here was very polite and professional. The best salon experience so far that I have come across. Its a pleasure working with Ashish who is very professional and knows what exactly he is doing. He even recommends what best suits us. I would highly recommend this salon and would love to continue visiting here for my future appointments 5 star service.... ♥️

Tried twice, not even one proper professional. Always uneven haircuts everywhere for Adults and Kids too. We showed a existing picture and asked to short the hairs for Girl kid which ended in giving complete Boy haircut for the Girl kid. One of the worst professionals with pathetic service. Management should arrange some haircut training’s to these professionals first.

I got hair treatment done here. I am very happy with their service. Especially Mr. Ashish is very professional and very polite. He explained the procedure very well to me and was very patient although I booked a late appointment and he had to stay beyond his usual work hours to do the treatment for me. Very happy with his service. Definitely recommend this place.

This salon give most inconsistent service. It's a total waste. Not recommended at all. Invest in hiring good professionals.Last guy didn't even knew to hold scissors , felt like he was doing grass cutting. Avoid this salon. You will get exactly same thing you will get at any local barber shop. This is no brand and they don't care to be one.

Today I had wonderful experience at Nirvana Salon. Trained professionals who were very good at their job. Ms. Ritika was an amazing girl who gave a wonderful service during my visit. I have never seen such service oriented staffs. They have taken all safety measures during this corona season and ensured that their customers are served best.

I had a very good experience here. The staff is very polite and have good experience. Previously I had went here for waxing and haircuts and recently I did my cysteine hair treatment and hair colouring from Ashish. He did a very good job, i am quite happy with the service. Would prefer to go to this salon for all my future requirements.

Roshani, Kavitha and Riya give very good service in skin related services. Bavan , lakpa and Savitha are very good at hair services . Edit: Tried again, it was worse. Didn't like the cut at all! Nothing too bad but nothing great either. The hair cut was done in a hurry, rough and uneven at places. Very generic. Had to ask him to redo several times still not up to mark. In the end I had to accept a subpar cut. Maybe I went in close to closing time(7pm).

Shabnam is a very good staff member at the salon. She tries her best to render great service. I have been getting pedicure done from her for over a year now. Excellent ! The salon too is very neat and clean and they have good offers going on most of the time, making the services very affordable. Highly recommended.

Went for an impromptu hair colour a little late in the evening yesterday. The staff was so kind they stayed till 11ish for us. Mr. Ashish did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond for just a simple hair colour. He was very professional as well. Definitely going back again.

Cheaters.... They charge GST on the already expensive rates and don't issue an invoice. Thus cheating not only the customers but the government also. Had insisted on the invoice and had to visit them twice to get it. No culture in the place.

So fair the experience has been great! Especially for haircuts. Nalimit, Pramila and Lakpa are absolutely amazing! The producer has been done with lot of care and haircuts by Lakpa is always fabulous. I trust him with my eyes closed.

Very good customer service. We took our 4 yrs old son who never likes doing his hair cut and was crying uncontrollably. The staff patiently did his hair cut taking extra effort and time. Salon is maintained very cleanly.
