During my one month long stay here at the Sheraton, I have thoroughly enjoyed myself here at the Spa. Neerja Biwalkar; your HR General list has been spectacular with her job. Her warm hospitality, friendliness and kindness has really touched me. More so, she has definitely been one of the reasons I’ve come here so frequently and enjoyed my experience. I have learnt that she is moving to a new branch & I was very disappointed to hear this. She is definitely an asset to your business worth keeping here at the Sheraton. All I have for her is praises. If I could give negative stars I would. The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and management ever. They give both the Sheraton and Niyama Spa a bad name. The 'manager' spoke incredibly rudely to me over the phone, arguing with me over the T&Cs which are clearly stated and saying things like "oh my god" in a condescending tone. Shocked to believe that somebody who holds a management position has no clue how to speak to and explain things to customers in a calm and professional manner. When I asked to me put through to another professional, she refused and told me to "call them myself". Just now i took the treatment from niyama spa at sheraton hotel dubai creek... I would say the massage and the treatment information given by the manager was really helpful and best...Very experience team with helpful staff and professional.... really had an amazing time with you guys with best offers and prices..sure will come soon d recommended my other friends too....Sheraon hotel has one of the best spa...❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Hospitality and trust me The Spa is so Professional and they definitely know what they are in...Amazing experience Niyama Spa, I shall definitely recommend to my friends and family. Yes one more thing the friends referrals also gives u a straight 15% Discount...So who ever wants to experience a Luxurious pampering Niyama Spa is the venue.

The spa and staff was really good. However, there was loud dance music coming from outside which made the experience bad. The spa area should either be made sound proof or the location should be changed so that noise from outside does not hamper the experience. Would not recommend to anyone unless that is changed.

Worst SPA I have ever visited. Booked for a specific facial service but was given another one as their “steamer was broken” with no warning. Lasted 40 minutes instead of 60. Extraction was terrible and only conducted in one area. Tried to speak to management, never called me back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great place to relax with spa therapy. Staff is very nice, professional and courteous, the place is clean and hygienic. Appointment system is also good and systematic with sms notifications.

Niyama spa is so amazing idid facial and head massage it was really anice iliked it ,it has good thyptist welcome ,and giving good care iwould love to visit spa once again
