I know that none of us enjoy having to get car repairs done. It seems that as time passes, there has been an incredible loss of integrity, interest in excellence, honesty, customer service, and above all FAIR prices. So, when I found that I needed some simple, and some not so simple work done on my 2006 PT Cruiser, I contacted No Worries Automotive Repair - hey, I had passed them a gazillion times, always wondered about them, and was completely tired of paying my hard earned meager retirement income to those 'big box' repair places such as Jiffy Lube - and also wanted to support locally owned business ventures. Immediately, I just needed an oil and filter change - made more interesting due to the stuck hood latch, but was also looking to get some pretty major front end work done. I went to their website - found it attractive and useful - especially the 'quote' tool that links to FB. I am a HUGE tech supporter, and was impressed by what I saw/used. And to my amazement, I got a response via my FB Messenger within 30 minutes. I made and appointment. Today, I took my car in - met Jay (owner) and Larry (AWESOME mechanic) - not only did they unstick the hood latch (boy - I would've NEVER found the problem, but Larry quickly did so!), complete the oil and filter change, SHOW me what my car's front end needed (I had gotten a BS diagnosis from Brake Masters), provide me with a GREAT quote on my planned front-end repairs, but Jay took the time to give me some history of the business. Everyone I ran into there was cheerful and friendly. I actually left smiling! THANK YOU NO WORRIES AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. Your diligence and care for the auto community in Albuquerque has earned you a lifetime customer - and I'm sure you have many!!

I brought my Ford Ranger into them because we were having a gas leak and having some problems with the truck jerking on occasion when we would try to step on the gas. We were told that it was probably the fuel filter and paid $100 to change it out. Not more then two days later, the gas leak returned and this time it was even worse. The jerking was still happening. When we brought the truck back to find out what was going on, we were told that the fuel pump was going out and that it would cost $200 just to drop the gas tank and find out. WOW! Really? If the fuel pump was out, it wouldn't even start. My radar went up immediatly. So I took it to a real mechanic and found out that the leak had been coming from a cracked gas tank, something that should have been seen the first time it came in - before I shelled out $100 for the filter to be replaced. What a rip off!!!

Looking for a new shop for our family after a wonderful 12-year relationship with a shop that was going out of business. Arrived at 1:00 pm. OPEN sign was lit. Door was locked. Door lettering said they were open all day. Tried to call; got no answer. I was about to leave at 1:10 when some guys finally showed up in a souped-up car. They seemed annoyed that I was there, cooling my heels. I pointed out the OPEN sign and the lettering on the door that said they were open all day. One belligerent turkey said "so what -- didn't you eat lunch when you used to work?" He acted pissed, and like he was looking for a fight. This was clearly not the place for me. Big Worries lost thousands of dollars worth of ongoing long-term business. Surly, crabby, insolent bastard to this 78-year-old just looking for help and an opportunity to do business.

This is a five star automotive for sure. I had my car looked at by two different automotive shops. One company quoted me just under 4000.00. I didn't get the work done, but was charged 300.00 for the diagnostic. One issue was the ac. Was told I needed a new compressor. When i took it to No Worries Complete Automotive, they wanted to check before they put in a new compressor. They checked the pressure and did a thorough job of checking it out. Turned out all i needed was a new clamp on a hose and they found a frayed wire connection and fixed it. Ac runs better than ever and all under 300.00 including diagnostic and a day worth of labor. Will definitely take it back in for rest of the work. Also, I needed the car back that evening, and they delivered!!!

Paid 150 for an AC repair, which was warranted. The very next day ac was not working again. Took it in and they wanted another 100 just to diagnose. Finally took to a real mechanic how said there was a hole in the hose. This was supposedly what was fixed. They refused to take responsibility, the mechanic refused to allow me to talk to the owner. I ended up calling the attorney general to file a consumer complaint and they lied to the attorney general saying they made me an offer and I refused, which was a complete lie. They refused to put the offer in writing when asked by the attorney general. This place is a complete scam. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this place and warn your friends and family.

George Suarez de Silva...have two car and one truck troubles in the past few weeks saw this shop and pull in an ask for some estimates, estimates where compatible with the mechanics market but what stroke my attention was the sincere about the vehicles and what it can be done is far is parts and labor with some discounts and time to get it done, sincere young owner (Jay), a very good grumpy old tech (Larry), and a mellow PR dude at the counter Porfirio)...The three amigos...today it is hard to find a decent shop in town sometimes. I even took them the parts that need to be replaced..!!!..I had to give them the title to the car because they wanted to put a lean on it...now I see they have the car running ....totally blows my mind that anyone would even take their car there...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...I am pissed to say the least...hopefully this will save someone the time & money and the BRAIN DAMAGE associated with this poor excuse for a business...SMFH...!!!

Jay, the owner, is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He’s honest, hard working and knowledgeable. My daughter’s Jeep Wrangler had an engine failure as a result of negligence stemming from an oil change she received at a national chain. Jay discovered the problem and advocated on our behalf, showing evidence of the negligence which led to the chain service station paying for an engine replacement. Jay assisted throughout the entire process and also did the work to find and replace the motor. Not many people today go the extra mile for their customers, but Jay does. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Company is a joke, they don't even deserve one star. Went in for AC leak check, paid for check and recharge. A day later no AC. Took it back and was given the run around for a few weeks. Had another shop repair the problem where they found holes in upper and lower hoses. Returned to pure worries shop and was told the other shop must have placed holes in AC lines. The nerve, tried to come to some type of agreement with owner but owner refused to speak with me. Went threw the Attorney General but they were lied too and told they offered me a settlement and I refused. Please be wary of this shady business.

Absolutely wonderful services provided here! A couple of months ago my brakes stopped working mid drive home from work and luckily No Worries was the first auto shop I came across. I am so glad I found them because they fixed my car up on the spot for a reasonable price and were extremely kind and personable to me. I stopped by again today for an oil change and was once again treated with respect, kindness, and wonderful service. I honestly can't recommend these folks enough. They are truly great at what they do and provide fantastic customer service as well! Five stars for sure!

Best automotive service I've ever received. A/C went out on my son's car right before he was leaving for school. Jay got me in immediately to hopefully get it charged and reading to go. A/C needed more than just a recharge but Jay explained everything along the way, communication was great. He also did everything he could to save us money, which was so appreciated. Jay is a phenomenal mechanic as well as a good person. No smoke and mirrors, upsells, etc. All our vehicles will now go to No Worries for service. Highly recommend Jay and No Worries.

HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP.ZERO STARS. Just went to go get an oil change yesterday and today my car was making a rattling noise the noise when my car is low on fuel. So today I check the oil level on my car and there was absolutely NO oil in my car. I had to go buy extra oil so that my engine wouldn't blow. I am pissed. This guy said he was one of the owners and was willing to let my engine blow. Because I am a woman I guess he thought he could take advantage of that. I really can't believe this. What a business.

These men were so great! I approached them with intentions of purchasing and placing a AC compressor @ a more then 800 dollar cost to my self (based on the incorrect diagnosis payed for elsewhere!) And in stead of milking me for every penny they could cave ...they properly diagnosed and fixed my AC in less then a full hour at a fraction of what I thought I would be paying ....and now u can finally ride comfortably with my kids in this awful desert heat! ❄Thank you! I had a bad clicking noise coming from the front right tire. 2 shops now and no one can fix the issue. I go into No Worries Auto shop on Lomas & Washington across from Starbucks and the guy says no worries we can fix it in a jiff. They told me the issue, they said you can go grab a coffee so I did and by the time I was finished with my coffee it had been fixed. 2 weeks later I'm a happy camper! Great all around shop they have been able to service a couple of my vehicles on a regular basis quickly and affordable. Although my vehicles are newer I’m always tearing them up needing alignments tire rotations oil changes I’ve seen them doing heavyline work while I been there. They have never tried ripping me off and have even came to jump a battery for me at my house insurance was going to take forever they got to me in 10min! Thanks for everything

Went in due to suspension problems and was told to rack and pionon. I had it fixed and it was till having the same problem so I took it back and then they said "oh" the power steering then. So I had the fixed AND still not the problem! Come to find out it was what I thought it was all along! The tie rode ends. Spent 42$ for multiple wrong diagnoses. And more because I could have saved not paying for a new rack and pinion and steering pump!!!!!!!!!!

My car was overheating, I looked for a good mechanic tell I went to no worries automotive, the owner took a look at the engine right away he told me its the water pump, in one hour, had this thing replaced and the car was running ready to go, and he was reasonable to deal with, finally, I found not just a mechanic also as a friend, seriously if you want an amazing mechanic to go to him, I'm very sure you will make your car happy and you as well

I had an issue with my Subaru Impreza not letting me take my key out once the car was in park. After months of hassling with this intermittent problem, I called No Worries Automotive. This is a known problem with Subaru's shift design. Jay told me to come in the next day and did a workaround that completely fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend Jay for any repair in the future!

Its too bad I cant give zero stars. The worst mechanics I've ever dealt with. They seem like they are doing the job with no experience expect at skinning the customers. I wont bother detailing the annoying experiences with the shop but I will give the advice, Don't Go there. They overcharge and cheat. Seriously. Highly recommend. This place is the BEST. Ok, you should know that this is LITERALLY a one man shop. Jay does everything here. That means that sometimes he's elbow deep in an engine and can't answer the phone. My wife's catalytic converter was stolen and Jay replaced it in ONE day. Meanwhile, the dealership has taken 4 months to fix my jeep. Be cool and Jay will get it done.

Great service and honest. We rolled into their station telling them that we would need a full on air conditioning job, replacing the condenser. They inspected the system and came back to tell us that it was a far less expensive fix. We didn't know any better and would have paid more. We were so appreciative of their honest work. Good, quick and friendly service. Needed to have my headlight bulbs replaced. Jay showed me the damage done by a prior auto service location who had actually broke the headlight. While he was completing the work he also added in a headlight restoration for me free of charge.
