I called this establishment to enquire about their pizza as it was listed as spicy beef but yet contained pepperoni on the menu. The first member of staff didn't know what I was saying. The second member of staff who came onto the phone was rude and abrasive. He told me to go order it and call back. I said I am already calling now, can I give you the details of what I want on my pizza as I don't like peppers etc. He literally hung the phone up on me. Do not order from here. They are exceptionally rude and obviously haven't a clue what the words customer service mean.

Made an order through Just Eat. These accepted the order on their side (NOM NOM KITCHEN). Been calling their takeaway for God knows how long and how many times (A bit too many) no answer. Have not received my takeaway!. Left hungry on my night shift in the hopes it will arrive but bloody NO! Disgraceful service!!!. Payments gone out so i will be requesting a refund!. Never again!!! Would give 0 stars if i could!!!. Bunch of bhen chods!!!. GUYS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT!!!

just simply didnt receive my order, rang up twice. the first time (which was half an hour after expected arrival) they said it would be five minutes away. The second time (over an hour after expected time of arrival) and the man said less than a minute away. It is now two and a half hours since i ordered and one hour and 15 minutes after ETA and the order says delivered, my food never arrived and now the resteraunt wont answer the phone. absolutely ridiculous.

oh my god, ive never experienced such RUDE service ever! or lack of it we rang up 1.30am over the festive period `do you still deliver? ``yeh bro`` was the answer we go - DIDNT SOUND PROFESIONAL AT ALL! placed the order online right away, and it was DECLINED! no reason given! rang back to ask why, and the phone call was diverted horrific experience,and worse still the feedmeonline who took the payment, take up to 5 working days to refund the money! appalling!

Ordered my family a family bucket of chicken , half of it was still clicking on my plate , the other half was laying eggs , rang the takeaway to tell them the chicken was still bleeding and all they could do is say sorry and send my money back , they asked for the chicken back on return which I was more then happy too do . And today we have all woke up I'll as anything !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK

Very pathetic service been waiting for the food more than 1 hour 20 mins when i call back they said call back in 5 or 10 mins when i called they put me on hold for 10 mins no1s talking now when i finaly recieved it after 2 hours most of the stuff i ordered is not there no drink i ordered naan they gave me normal home made chapati food is cold as if its taken out of fridge please dont order from this place

SCAM! FOOD NEVER CAME!!! VERY RUDE!!! EXTREMELY POOR. 1 HOUR and still my order had not left the shop. I was lied to saying it was on its way, then I was told its still in the shop. The staff didn't care and very poor attitude. First and last time I order from here. I'm going to bed without dinner tonight because its too late at night now for anymore waiting around 11.42PM now!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't eat from this takeaway even if you paid me I ordered a takeaway and estimated arrival time was 150 am takeaway didn't get here till after 3 a.m. and then the delivery driver tried swindell in £5 but then when I realised he was begging for a tip and most important thing of all bad customer service and my food got dropped all over the floor and the driver said it's ok

Horrible service and delivery Ordered a delivery of a pizza, charged me £12 but it never arrived. Got given multiple excuses (ie delivery driver phone switch off or not answering his phone or your food is on the way and will be with in the next 10 min...) If you value your time and money please stay away from this place

Avoid this place at all cost. I rang to check where my food was after 35 minutes and been told it takes 45 minutes. Rang again after 55minutes to be told that “something” happened and it’s gojng to be 25 more minutes and I am still waiting after an hour an half. Wish there was a zero star to give them. Very rude staff

Ordered from Uber eats, rang to get an update as it was past the time of delivery. They claimed they never received my order even though money have been taken from my account and the order was accepted from there end, horrible place and still trying to get my money back.. will never visit this place again
