Unfortunately I've had to change my previous glowing review from a year ago, to not so great now. It would seem this company has changed hands recently - their breads and baked goods are no longer high quality - they're inferior to what you might get from a supermarket or chain bakery, only far more expensive. Their email customer service is weirdly cold - it's almost automated, as if an actual person isn't communicating with you. To give them credit, they're very quick with responses, and they sort out issues promptly, so there's that. I ordered the fruit damper - at $10 I thought I'd get a loaf of it - instead I received 4 tiny little slices in a packet. Their pizza bases used to be gorgeous - now they're dense and heavy and have an odd smell. Their so called artisan bread is soft and very white; even when it's labelled spelt or wholemeal, it doesn't have that rustic, crusty appeal breads like this usually do, and they aren't anything like the photo or description. Their croissants are soft - they're ok once they've been heated up in the oven but they aren't proper croissants. Their so called 'cottage loaf' is so massive, it's ridiculous and the slices are thin and very dry, again with an odd smell but no flavour. Such a shame. It's like a completely different company now :/

BEWARE OF BUYING THIS PRODUCT. MAY CONTAIN PIECES OF GRAVEL. I bought a serve of their Fruit and Nut Loaf from a local cafe. After consuming and sharing a little with my 2yo daughter, I chewed on something very hard. After spitting out the hard bits, I found the objects to be 4-5mm gravel. After contacting them, they brushed me off saying that they've never had a problem with that product and that the 'foreign object' must have been from the cafe even though it was found INSIDE of the baked slice of bread. Of course they didn't want to admit fault but didn't offer any real form of apology either. Basically, they didn't want to acknowledge there was a problem, nor hint that they'd look further into it. You can't find a problem if you don't go looking for one... Hopefully no one gets hurt or sick from eating this product. I'd hope this review might make Wild Breads look at their manufacturing process and quality control a bit harder in the future. It's not really like me to complain but considering the fact that my daughter could have eaten contaminated food, it didn't sit right with me to keep quiet.

Since Brisbane lacks true artisanal bakers I thought I'd do a search online for one to try and that delivered. I came across Wild Breads they bake the day before delivery not same day. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Definitely not what I see as true artisanal bread. The sourdough and pani di casa purchased were soft and blonde. Not crusty, blistered or dark as I was expecting. The pastries soft also not like from a French bakery I was expecting crisp and layered. Please will Qld bakers look up Iggy's Bread in Bronte NSW to see or taste what artisanal bakers are and please aim for those standards we need more like that not the equivalent to store bread. And for French pastries Choquette new farm. I'm really not sure why Qld lack beautiful made bread. On a positive note there packing and delivery was great as well as their blueberry muffins, sadly that was it. If you turned into an Iggy's equivalent I would order weekly for life!

This company has recently changed hands and is no longer supplying the quality goods it had been known for. For example, an activated charcoal brioche that was been sold to the market organics cafes has had ingredients substituted and now contains blue food colouring instead of/as well as charcoal. I now know what a squid feels like when it's been surprised by shark in the depths and had to dump its full bladder of ink to try and get away. Except on my case the surprise was after the ink had been ejected... This is disgusting to know a company would step in and reduce the quality like this.

Received our first order yesterday! WOW! Ordered directly from the website for delivery which was a super simple process and even scored Free Delivery. Order delivered before 8am Monday Morning which was super fast! The products are to die for. We ordered, Cafe Loaf, Turkish Pide, Chocolate Muffins, Ham and Cheese Danish and Bagels. Everything we have tried so far has been fresh, delicious and amazing! Will be ordering regularly from here for our bakery and bread needs.

Worked for wild breads many years ago. Was pretty young and impressionable at the time so wasn't too up to date on my rights as an employee but making someone come to work on their first day the day after Christmas (drove back interstate to do this shift) and work only 4 days to be told I wasn't up to standard and being sent home with work clothes I had paid for, should have contacted fairwork Australia on that.

Staff restructured. Apparently were willing to pay their existing staff what they deserved. Had non stop mistakes since they left. Very disappointed after being a customer for 2years and has the nerve to say it's my communication after everything is in writing. Still waiting for credits for over 6 weeks now too. Will be contacting my lawyer on monday.

I have ordered a delivery box twice from Wild Breads. Both times the quality of the bakery goods was excellent and the delivery was within 2 days. Their pizza bases, sourdough bread and brioche hotdog buns are really good. Would highly recommend, especially in these COVID times if you want your bakery goods delivered to your door.

Hello team , since Nov your bread has been frozen and not fresh at high cost , I’ve contacted you multiple times you do not fix the bread , mistakes to deliver daily or late bread each day Now only selected days for delivery. Should be ashamed of yourselves and not bought out a company that you can’t bake 1 star

Super fast delivery and the best bagels!! I was craving blueberry bagels and was not disappointed! The bread is delicious too and doesn't make me feel bloated after eating. I am on the Sunshine coast and its so nice to wake up to fresh bread at my door step

Low quality. Expensive price. The worst service. They took money twice but they don't fix the problem. No answer about the issue. Even I text or call to the sales person, there is no answer. Google should make 0 star option. 1 star is too much for them.

I bought the gluten free bundle box. It is a bargain and come before 6am in the morning to Inala. I now have bread rolls for hamburgers or salad roll. I also bought some hot dog rogs which are hard to find in store.

Ordered the Mother’s Day box for $65. It was delivered before 8am to Kedron and the food was awesome! Great value, tasty and fresh. We will definitely be doing this next year.
