I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the person I spoke with was Noor herself, as often times the agencies have you speak to a million people before speaking to the agent dealing with the house you’re calling for. Everything from 1st viewing, 2nd viewing, key handover/check-in, and follow-up communication has been great. Noor has been quick at replying to all our inquiries, and has mediated perfectly between us and the property managers. It’s clear to us that she’s professional yet pleasant and has an eye for detail! The best experience working with a real estate professional and renting an apartment I have ever had. Just a small example - the kids and I locked ourselves out when going to the swimming lesson. When I realized it, I tried to reach the people that managed it but eventually couldn’t so I called Noor for advice. It was late in the evening, traffic jams everywhere, stressful with two kids. She just hopped in her car, drove to the apartment to open it for us, waited for us to arrive and was super gracious about the whole story. Deeply grateful!
