Jen was the physiotherapist for my grandmother. My grandmother had fractures on her pelvic as she fell on the floor in her room, (she’s in her early 80s). She was lying on the bed since then and couldn’t move, barely even turn her body around. Doctor’s diagnosis was that she needed approximately 4-5 months or even up to 6 months to recover fully. So then we started the physio sessions, and Jen is one of the most patient and kind person I’ve ever met. My grandmother has recovered speedy ever since we started the physio sessions, it’s been 3 months now and my grandma could walk without any stick or walker, her improvement was above our expectations, thanks to Jen! Feeling grateful that we started the physiotherapy and had Jen guiding is through my grandma’s recovery, appreciate and highly recommend Normed physio ❤️

I am satisfied with the physiotherapy service by Sze Jenn. I have neck muscle strained and it was very painful and it limits my movement (eg looking to the right while driving). She first checked my affected muscle first and started to give physio treatment on strained muscle. It turned out my neck muscle recover alot and can turn my neck to the right. She also guided me how to do simple stretching at home so my muscle can recover even faster Her physio treatment is very effective and I would suggest to people who are in sports where easily get injured can come for physio treatment.

Professional knowledge and skills. Highly recommended to those who have muscle soreness or pain. My calf muscles often feeling sore or cramp in sudden last month. Thank you to Jean from Normed Physical for relieving my calf muscles and guide me a few simple ways to relax the muscles. My legs no longer pain now! My calf muscles were too tight due to my incorrect walking and standing posture, so now i know how to take care of my body better.

I have pain in my shoulder for more than 2 years and couldn't find a solution for it. I really appreciate Normed as it help to reliece my pain in only 1 session, i can lift my shoulder full range now without any problem and pain has resolved. Went for a session with 3 places in my body having pain. Physio therapist Zen patiently first explained the cause and then proceeded with the treatment. The treatment was successful and effective and she gave instructions on further strengthening my muscles with the right weight and exercises. She is professional and knowledgeable. Normed was introduced by a friend whose legs were treated well. In my case, we subscribed a 20 times physiotherapy package to treat my father who suffers from stroke,bed-bound.
