This place is honestly the best. Kate is so caring and warm with her treatment. She took a thorough and holistic history before my treatment and I feel like she really listened to me. By the end of the first session I already had relief to my pain. She had such a clear plan for my progress, gave active treatment in the sessions and followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. They also have a great app which demonstrates exercises and can help track your progress. I am so happy I found this clinic!

Kate and Sally have overseen my Pilates practice for over four years, and I'm feeling the benefits of their professional skill and personal approach. Separate physio appointments to deal with shoulder and back problems have had excellent outcomes, so I thoroughly recommend this clinic.

I am a long term client at this clinic where the staff headed by Sally are professional and friendly.Individual treatment and group therapy( Pilates) continue to be very successful in keeping my back in good working order and building up strength. More recently individual intensive therapy has been very helpful in improving function of a frozen shoulder. Exercises to reinfoce what is acheived in the clinic are encouraged and readily given

As a first timer trying pilates, the team at Nth Balwyn Physiotherapy have been amazing. Starting with a 1-1 assessment and introduction, I felt very comfortable starting in the Clinal Pilates class at a time that suited me. The instructors are very experienced and work closely with each class member during the session. The tailored program developed for me has been an integral part of my triathlon training.
