They are seriously the best!! North Coast has been my go-to for dry cleaning & tailoring ever since I moved to UTC a year ago. I've always experienced amazing service and results, plus the owners are super nice! Bruce is amazing at getting any stain out! I brought in a cashmere sweater that had a pretty big 10+ year old coffee stain just for a regular dry cleaning. Several years ago I paid an extra $60 at an upscale dry cleaners for stain removal, despite "trying their best" the stain wouldn't budge. I thought it was hopeless and resorted to just wearing it around the house. I bring it in to North Coast for a regular dry clean, and they literally made the sweater look brand new, I was so impressed! And they didn't charge extra, unlike other places. I'm so grateful they exist and so excited to be able to wear my sweater out in public again!

North Coast Cleaners has always come through when I needed it most. Truth be told, I dont always have dry cleaning, but when I do, it usually comes at a time when I need to get it done quick with quality. There was a time when I was in San Diego for just the weekend when I had some stains on the the suit that I needed to wear the next day (Saturday). Bruce and the North Coast Cleaners team took care of the suit in just a day and I had the suit ready for me before my event, clean and perfectly pressed. I've since referred a good number of friends in the area to them and everyone of them have had exceptional experiences. Give them a try!

Very disappointed! Had a simple blouse with creases pressed and it looked like a small child did the work. When I took it back and pointed out the obvious the woman who works the front desk often immediately started arguing. She said she would fix it. I came back today and NOTHING was different. I’ve never disputed anything before and yet this decision to DO NOTHING cost them a customer. What TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very good service, cleaning, and alterations. I don't typically review online but I noticed a few bad reviews so I thought I'd give my input from recent visits. I work in UTC so it's very close but they are always very nice and do a great job. Often times my clothes are done early too, which is a plus. hope this helps in your decision making...

This is by far the best dry cleaning service in all of San Diego! Bruce & Kathy are amazing!! Bruce has been able to get the most impossible stains out of all types of fabrics and clothing that I have given him. He truly does an amazing job, so don't waste your time with other places, go straight to North Coast Cleaners!!!

I'm not sure about the alterations, but I can say from experience that this is the BEST cleaner I have been to in San Diego! They get everything perfectly clean each and every time! I drive miles to use this cleaner, when there are several cleaners close to where I live.

Had a comforter cleanrd and they did a great job with a quick turn around. They even provided a plastic carrying bag for the comforter. Will be coming back for my dry cleaning needs

Stood there for 10 minutes without being helped even though numerous people doing nothing. Finally when helped by rude person. to $30 00 to hem unlined dress 1 inch. No thank you!

The workers here are friendly. They are very accommodating with their same day service. Wrinkled old stained lab coats come back crisp and white. Would definitely recommend them!!

Amazing attention to detail and service! Brought in a dress that I thought was unsalvageable and they made it brand new! They do alterations as well, highly recommend this place!

When I first came in they told me that I brought too many articles of clothing....I had roughly 10 items. When I picked up all my suits were shrunken. Will not be returning
