Highly recommend this service. I was in agony from a swollen throat that wasn't getting better with over-the-counter medicine. Went to lie down and realised the swelling was cutting off my airways. Called North Doc in a panic, who settled me down and talked me through the process. They took my details, a nurse rang me back for more information and then a doctor called me sometime later with an appointment time. Attended a medical centre and the doctor checked my vitals and finally my throat, which required antibiotics. He was able to give me a small number of tablets to take straight away, a prescription for when pharmacies opened and a sick note. It was a necessary move and I'm grateful to the staff and service. Thank you!

Phoned call centre at 7am of a Sat. Triage nurse called back about 30 mins later to discuss symptoms and booked urgent GP appointment for Coolock clinic. In and out of GP by 9am. Staff super friendly. Very impressed

rang no problem - it is actually an administration Office - not a place to find a Gp if you need one for sure - fantastic staff answering the phone and direct to the right people to talk to
