In an effort to give others the kind of info we really seek when reading reviews, I’m leaving my first negative review (which I hate having to do) let me say that the staff are all VERY friendly. The office is dated, but clean. I’ve been going here for over a year (I think 3 cleanings now). I’m sure that it’s been 2 different dentists and two different hygienist. This visit last week, the hygienist was so sweet but it was the most rough and careless feeling cleaning I’ve even gotten. I was afraid she would break my other teeth with the metal instruments while working on neighboring teeth. She was smacking those tools all over my teeth, pinching my lip between the tool and her fingernails, and totally missing my gum line while scraping and just scraping the actual gum (not the tooth/gum line) I was wondering how bad this was going to turn out. My 20 year old son went next and I questioned him afterwards to see how it went and he said he had the same shocking experience. Then the dentist came in for a split second, mumbled something to me, peaked at X-rays, looked in my mouth, touched “A” tooth with the tool, mumbled something else and left (like maybe 30 seconds total he was with me!) he then made a beeline back to the cute office staff that he had been chatting up ,since my arrival at the office, to continue their friendly banter. It was unprofessional and actually scary to not be examined or spoken too by the dentist. We have moved a lot through my life and I’ve had numerous dentist. I’ve been getting cleanings every 6 months since I was old enough to get them. This was the most bizarre experience yet! I wouldn’t recommend this office right now. The hygenist is too rough (yet friendly) and the current dentist isn’t taking his job seriously.

I knew going in it was going to be interesting with a crown that had yielded to the underlying bacteria. Upon careful consultation with Dr. Bradberry and Dan who manages insurance claims and the front end we made the right decision and moved forward replacing the crown with more inclusive coverage to save the tooth. You can expect the best possible care of both your teeth and your pocketbook. Their technician/dental assistants are extremely capable and professional in their care as well. 5 Stars easily! July 14, 2022 I have since returned for further dental care subsequent to my 6 month teeth cleaning by my dental hygienist. It seems I had an old amalgam filling that had became dislodged/lost and an adjacent new small cavity that had become apparent that needed attention. That being said, I was presented with the options of care, we made a decision and a few days later during the course of a couple of hours my dental picture looked much brighter. Thanks to AARP Delta Dental insurance I've had for at least 30 years at the same basic rate per month I was out the door for a little over $150 and had the best, most expedient dental care available. Thank you Allysa, Brittany and Dr. Bradberry for your 1st class dental care. Most grateful!

I love this place! I just moved to Jacksonville and was nervous about finding a good dentist within my provider network (United Concordia), but I didn’t need to worry at all! I called and set up an initial appointment and even the receptionist on the phone was so nice and friendly. When I got there, it was clean, bright, and well staffed. I was brought back for X-rays pretty quickly and then seated in an exam chair. A little while later I was greeted by Dr Baxter who is just the nicest person you can imagine. Everyone there was smiling, pleasant, and seemed genuinely happy to be there which made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone! Follow up: this practice has been purchased by another dentist, and Dr Tim is great, too. Very happy with my care today, needed a cleaning BADLY and the dental tech was so nice and did a great job. She found a loose filling which they were able to fix right then and there, which was very convenient. Don’t usually get to say “I love my dentist,” but I do!

Normally I have great visits there but the tech that I got this visit seemed a bit passive aggressive With my situation. I’ve had my wires removed there (I have braces) so they can thoroughly clean my teeth…. and then they give them back so I can get them placed back on with my ortho… well this time around I was told they didn’t have time…. And was asked (not sure why) if I was ok with that even though she had made up her mind that she wasn’t taking them off regardless if I wanted them on or off. I was reminded it’s a courtesy that they take them off yet when i previously scheduled my appointment 6 months ago they didn’t say anything and I called my ortho same day in the dentist office to plan accordingly. Just feel like y’all need to be on the same page when it comes to situations like this. I was told one thing 6 months ago and now another now.

The best dental service i have had. I went to my appointment with something in my eye. After doctor was finished with my teeth he said to me you can use the eye wash if it would help you. Now how thoughtful is that for going to the dentist. Thank you all. Took my daughter to the dentist on the 16th of June needed a prescription to go today for her appointment well prescription was not sent til 8 am this morning day of appointment go to pick up prescription its not ready called dentist office only to be told medicine must be taken 1 hour before hand omg I'm upset let me be late or not make an appointment and see if you don't get charged. Can I charge the dentist for there mess up. Now I have to reschedule her appointment. No apologies needed cause I can't use them to pay the bill.

To read so many wonderful experiences, I am sad to say mine has been less than great. Although service has declined since the previous owners' departures, today's service was the worst. I've never had a dentist not engage his patient during a visit, but today was that day. He continuously jerked my mouth open. One time I thought he was trying to open a bag of potato chips as the corners of my mouth split. I've had rear dental wirk done befire and I've never had this happen. He sucked his teeth, twice. I am just disgusted. I felt undervalued and as if I was just a piece of cattle. Although I've been with this office for over 6 years, today will be my family's last day. Very unfortunate, because his supportive staff are great!

The whole staff was WONDERFUL!! The tech Brittany who brought me back and assisted the dentist was pleasant sweet and patient. When I met the dentist he was sociable thoughtful and respectful and very knowledgeable. I went in for an exam and they did my work the same day. I hadn't been to the dentist in sometime as my kids dental needs always come first so I had been self conscious about my smile for a year or more and when I left the office I felt confident and beautiful!! I plan to return to have more work done and I'm looking forward to making this practice my home for my family. If your looking for a dentist that makes you feel comfortable look no further!

I came about this amazing Office on one of my work deliveries. With being turned away from many other Dentists and having a really bad situation at another I decided to go talk with them. Best thing I ever did! From the front office staff to the Dr's, simply amazing! I have Dental PDST and they made me feel like family! No pain, gentle, talked to me the whole time and explained every step before they made any. My medication was ready for pick up at my Pharmacy when I left the office. I would give 100 stars if I could! They made me feel not ashamed of my teeth. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend. I feel so much better and it's only been 3 hours!

This is by far the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to. They are very professional but can laugh and joke with you at the same time. I really appreciate the care and compassion they have towards patients. I am a new-ish patient and have only had semi major work done including multiple root canals. They check on your level of discomfort during the procedure and will stop and give more novacaine if needed. No questions asked. The staff at the office are super friendly and work with you. This place is awesome. Needed a root canal and crown. Never had a crown before. The result was way more than I expected. I'm a cigar smoker so I expected (and was OK with) this new pearly white tooth the be among a sea of 45-year-old off-white beaten and battered food munchers. This thing matches perfectly, and I can't tell it's not my tooth. In addition, I've never had dental work without nitrous and was a little nervous to find none was available. The staff was so gentle I actually fell asleep for about 30 minutes. Wifie and I were unsure where to take our son on his first dental visit and it will definitely be here.

I always have the best experience whenever I go into the office. All of the personnel are kind and considerate. Especially knowing that I get nervous once I enter the office. I mostly speak with Dan. Dan knows who you are once you walk in the door. He is always so helpful to me. He explains everything to me in details and works with me with kindness and graceful consideration. The New Doctor who is also the new owner is very kind and professional. I recommend if you are looking for a dental office where everyone treats you like family. Please contact this office and you will be very happy you did.

The staff seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Bradberry was professional although he seemed a little hurried, might have just been a busy day with patients. I was very happy they gave me an appt quickly as a new patient with a problem. The Dr’s assistant was a very nice young lady who was thoughtful and caring, explaining what they were doing to fix a broken crown. The waiting area was very small and my appt was delayed about 30 minutes. The cost was a bit more than I have previously paid for crowns in 2021. All in all it was a very good experience and I plan on using them moving forward.

I called in Thursday for a tooth extraction and got seen the same day! When I got into the office I didn’t have to wait long. The receptionist knew me by name, now mind you I’m a new patient. That alone made me feel welcomed and worthy of all of their time! Once I was called to the back all information was explained and clear. They left no room for assumptions about what was to be done and what was expected out of me after the procedure. Thank you to everyone who had a dealing with my appointment. You ladies (mainly who I dealt with) are fantastic and I can’t wait to see you all again‼️♥️

I could not be happier with my experience. I went for a 2nd opinion for planned extensive dental work. Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the appointment coordinator was amazing. They were all friendly, professional and welcoming. The dentist took a great deal of time with me, explaining all my options, and what he would recommend. I was super impressed when he said that my best option was with another practice that specializes in the type of work that I need done. You gotta love someone who isn't in it just for the money. I highly recommend this practice!!

I finally found a great dentist after visiting several in the last two years. Dr. Bradberry and his entire staff are so friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I had to have some extreme work done and walked out today with a beautiful smile. And, when you call them you actually get to speak to someone in the office instead of a random call center someone else in another state, that may take days to weeks to return your call. Old school customer service with up to date technology! This group really takes care of you, you won’t be sorry.

First of all my appointment was at 1030 and they didn't even start until 1145. Just like there time is precious, so is mines. The doctor keep being call out the room as if they was running Doctor Park to death. Maggie was so awesome and she is the only reason I stayed! That place was ran like a circus and I may not be back until they get a handle on how they run there Saturday! If you are running behind give patients the option to reschedule or reschedule the patients that was running behind. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR PERIOD!

From the moment I entered the door, the staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. After completing the new patient form, I was taken in the back for x-rays. Again, I was greeted with warmth. I didn’t feel like a new patient, but an established one. All facets of my first visit was a rewarding experience! All of my questions were answered and explained with clarity. From beginning to end, the professionalism continued. Close to home, excellent parking, and smooth fast service.

The best dental experience I’ve had in my entire life. The staff greeted me as soon as I came in the door waited on me right off the back. When I got to the back I had an even more professional experience, the whole staff was great from the time I walked in, until the time I walked out. The amount of pain I was in there was no waiting they didn’t send me home with medication and tell me to come back another day,they did my extraction the same day, excellent work!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating today during my visit. My technician was phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job!!! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visit. I wish there were a lot more people like her, you can tell that she really loves her job. Thank you Very much!!! My favorite dentistry and people in a long time. I had a great dentist In Scott Yorko on Dunn but he had to sell his practice because his wife developed cancer. I too had cancer and complications with my mouth where the cancer started and presented itself with complications for going to the dentist so I avoided it for almost 2 years. I can't believe I actually enjoyed my appointment as far as dentist appointments goes but any positive is a win..

I went to an appointment to have a tooth remove. They took my BP it stated high. I informed them that my PCP said to take it manually. They didn't have a manual cuff in the office I had to pay 50.00 to go around the corner to care spot to get an accurate reading ( there machine Saud by BP was 233 / 155- should have been having a stroke) with a Manuel cuff only for the the Dr. To say oh we don't feel comfortable removing your tooth.

Loved the front staff, they really count when it comes to first impressions! They were friendly, professional and very accommodating with my difficult work schedule in finding an appointment.The dental hygienist, Rose, is gentle, and very knowledgeable, calming my dental anxiety during a complex cleaning. She listened to my concerns and dental outcomes. I was very pleased with this visit. I have scheduled my next appointment.

I had a tooth that had split into three section and was having a lot of pain. I was able to call and book an appointment the same day. They ended up having to extract my tooth, but were extremely good at their job. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The staff and doctors were very nice and professional. I will definitely be going back to this dental office. Highly recommend, very reasonable prices as well.

The staff at North Jacksonville Complete Dentistry are simply amazing. They explain the entire process from start to finish and put you at ease. Dr. Bradberry has a fine attention to detail and makes visits easy and painless. I was able to do a semi-annual cleaning, plus replace a crown on the same visit. Their flexibility and willingness to meet patients needs is unlike any other dentist I've been to in Jacksonville.

I started my journey with North Jacksonville complete Dentistry, back in October 2021 I have a problem with a needle I'm sure like most of you however everyone there has been awesome and amazing caring people I have several family members that I have referred to them. While a trip to the Dentist isn't necessarily fun, this place is great. From the moment you walk in the door, til the time you leave....everyone is so very friendly and accommodating. The Dentists are great, gentle and friendly...and all procedures are performed in-house (which is a major plus). You couldn't ask for a better, and nicer, team. Highly recommend!

The staff friendly the nurse and doctor was awesome very polite. I enjoyed my visit on the first day. I was nervous at first then the nurse started talking to me I started to feel better not afraid anymore. Everything was explained to me before the work stated I appreciated the front desk explaining everything to me. I will tell others about Them.

I can say four and a half stars definitely they are on the verge of five stars with me the first procedure very well, so I am very pleased with that. I’m having the next procedures done now. Unfortunately it is probably a lot of work that needs to be done to my mom, but thus far they have been very helpful and as far as I can tell, professional.

If you love the feeling of being cared for by competent individuals....this is one of the dental clinics you MUST visit. The office staff is awesome! The dental assistant is incredible...my painful tooth was repaired by one of the most compassionate dentist that I have ever met....I am looking forward to my next visit..(ongoing procedure).

This was my first visit and I have never been in a more welcoming facility. The staff is very warm and friendly. I had my first tooth extraction and was so nervous but the assistant and the doctor made me feel so comfortable. Karima and Dr. Truong were both professional and friendly. I got a very thorough examination and even got to see the X-rays while we talked about my teeth. The front desk folks were also great, smiley and helpful. I left there feeling confident and pleased I’d chosen them. What a nice feeling to have about your dentist!

Great dentist yonunger gentlemen and he dosed me great with novacIne and worked so good I had four extractions andnine grafting only being s free ibuprofen!! amazing visit. And the assistant was great as well... he has food network going and makes you feel at home Emden you are there and is genuine. Great work 10/10

Having anxiety like many others when it comes to the dentist, I have to say this place was wonderful. The staff not only was super friendly but had patience and sincere concern for my comfort. They are very flexible and worked well with my budget. Very excited to be able to smile again. Definitely would recommend.

It was better than I expected. My appointment was 2 o’clock. I showed up 15 minutes early. Went straight to the back. It was done at 2:24. The bedside manner was excellent. The dentist and the hygienist. Work together in harmony I was very please.

Had my Routine cleaning today. I’m always greeted with friendly staff, Mechele was effective and efficient not to mention gentle! Dr Bradberry reviewed my X-rays with me very thoroughly and explained what he was seeing!

I was experiencing extreme toothache. I came in around 10am & they were to work me for a 2pm appointment. Also, the extraction took about 30 minutes & I was able to comfortably drive myself home:-) Great experience.

It’s always a warm and calm atmosphere. The staff is funny and friendly. Dan the office manager doesn’t badger you about money. Dan is a cool dude. Dr K is the only doctor I’d let do anything to my mouth.
